技术领域
本发明涉及一种偏心螺杆泵。
背景技术
由DE 19804258A1公开了一种弹性体定子,它不仅具有一个均匀厚度的定子套,而且具有弹性体衬。连接法兰的内边缘与该衬的内表面齐平地封闭在定子端部中的至少一个上。连接法兰的内表面及与其对置的密封面平行于定子端部地延伸。在此,密封面取决于锭子衬的厚度。
DE 2937403A1示出了一种装置,用于使定子端部相对一个法兰密封。在所有实施形式中,厚度不均匀的定子衬伸出超过定子端部的终端。突出于定子端部的弹性体部分环形地突出,设有倒圆的或平坦的面。突出的密封面位于连接法兰上的、平坦的平行于定子端部延伸的面的对面。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于,改进具有弹性衬的定子与连接法兰或适配器之间的密封,它们被彼此夹紧。
根据本发明,通过一种偏心螺杆泵来解决该任务。具有一个基本上管状的刚性定子套,具有几乎在定子的整个长度上基本上厚度均匀的弹性衬,它具有两个或多个螺杆螺距并且至少在一个端部上具有密封面,该密封面至少部分地设置在定子套的内部,其特征在于:对该衬的基本上锥形的密封面配置连接法兰或适配器部件的、互补的密封面。
由于弹性体密封面的锥形构型及连接法兰(终端法兰)及可能的适配器的密封面的锥形、互补的构型,密封面被增大。尤其有利的是,定子衬由如似的弹性材料如人造材料、例如橡胶构成,其几乎在所有长度上具有恒定的小厚度。但根据现有技术,只要弹性体层不也在定子套的端侧上延伸并且在此例如作为密封材料或密封面使用时,该在少的材料需求、良好的温度过渡值及例如小的弯曲负载方面有优点的小厚度但仅可在端侧上获得一个太小的密封面。
通常,在现有技术中,对衬材料(弹性体)加载压力以与一个法兰连接的终端部件或适配器部件压紧导致持久的材料应力,尤其是在定子内侧与定子端侧之间的过渡区域中。
因此,该密封的根据本发明的构型加大了密封面并且减小了密封区域中作用在衬上的机械负载。此外,减小了在运输期间及泵工作期间密封面的损坏危险,因为该密封区域至少部分地位于定子的内部。
根据本发明的一个改进方案,这些密封面具有一个或多个突起。连接法兰或类似物具有相应的、沟槽形式的凹部,与所述突起互补。视定子具有什么样的横截面和所述衬具有什么样的尺寸而定,密封面及由此定子套与弹性体之间的压力可被提高,而不会损坏它们。
与定子衬的弹性体材料相关地,有利的是,这些密封面设有一个或多个凹部。沟槽形式的凹部可在定子与终端法兰或适配器法兰接合时导致更快速的形状配合连接。
根据本发明的另一方案,这些密封面可具有螺纹线,通过它们使得弹性体衬压在定子套的内表面上的径向压紧力被提高,尤其是当连接法兰或适配器的密封面的锥度大于弹性衬的锥度时。当所述衬与所述法兰/适配器之间的这些密封面之间的螺纹曲线反向于转子的旋转方向延伸时,可实现所述衬的密封面由通过转子产生的挤压运动卸荷。
本发明的一个改进方案是这些密封面的锥形加长,它不具有突起及凹部并且为了改善介质的进入而被设置在定子通道中。
本发明的另一方案涉及多个环形部分面的设置,这些部分面彼此同心地设置。该构型使得定子与法兰或适配器的连接变得容易。
为了避免介质进入到定子套内侧与弹性体衬之间,可以考虑,所述衬也部分地在定子套的端面上延伸。

具体实施方式
偏心螺杆泵的一个定子10的在图1中示出的端部被用弹性的衬12涂层,该衬由弹性体或橡胶或类似物构成。连接法兰14或适配器位于定子的端部上。该用于泵壳体或抽吸及压力壳体的连接法兰14例如通过拉伸杆柱与该定子(10)夹紧。为此,相应的拉伸杆柱穿过一些孔16并且设有一个可再调节的装置。弹性的衬12被硫化在定子套18中。不仅定子套18而且衬12在其几乎整个长度上具有相同的厚度或者说壁厚。仅仅是衬12的厚度部分地在定子端部的区域中改变,如果在此设有一个圆形的横截面形状的话。连接法兰14也可以是一个适配器法兰,以便适配不同的过渡横截面形状。连接法兰14围卡定子套18并且置于端面20上。连接法兰14的内侧在定子10的中心轴线24的方向一直延伸到所述衬12中。不仅所述衬12而且连接法兰14都在该重叠区域中成形成锥形的。所述衬12及连接法兰14的锥形延伸的面构成彼此的弹性衬的密封面和法兰或适配器的密封面26、28。
根据图2,弹性衬的密封面26具有一个环形突起30及凹部32。在所述衬12的径向内端部上也连接着一个锥形构造的面34,它改善了介质流到定子中。
从图3中得出本发明的一个构型,其中,弹性的衬12也在定子套18的端面20的部分区域上延伸。由此,当所述衬12重叠过渡位置之后,在需要时提高密封效果,尤其是用于防止介质进入到所述衬12及定子套18之间。所述弹性衬的密封面26及连接法兰14或适配器的密封面28由多个环形的部分面构成,其也可被设置在不同的平面中。在此,连接法兰不仅直接靠置在支撑面36上而且靠置在所述衬12上。

Claims (10)

1.偏心螺杆泵,具有一个基本上管状的刚性定子套,具有几乎在定子的整个长度上基本上厚度均匀的弹性衬,它具有两个或多个螺杆螺距并且至少在一个端部上具有弹性衬的密封面,该弹性衬的密封面至少部分地设置在定子套的内部,其特征在于:对基本上锥形的该弹性衬的密封面配置互补的连接法兰或适配器部件的密封面。
2.根据权利要求1的偏心螺杆泵,其特征在于:弹性衬的密封面和连接法兰或适配器部件的密封面(26,28)具有一个或多个突起(30)。
3.根据权利要求1或2的偏心螺杆泵,其特征在于:弹性衬的密封面和连接法兰或适配器部件的密封面(26,28)具有一个或多个凹部(32)。
4.据权利要求1或2的偏心螺杆泵,其特征在于:锥形的弹性衬的密封面(26)仅在该衬(12)的厚度的一部分上延伸。
5.根据权利要求1或2的偏心螺杆泵,其特征在于:整个弹性衬的密封面(26)由多个部分面组成,部分面彼此同心地设置。
6.根据权利要求1或2的偏心螺杆泵,其特征在于:在弹性衬的密封面(26)的加长部中在定子的纵向轴线方向上连接着锥形或平行于定子端部延伸的面(34)。
7.根据权利要求1或2的偏心螺杆泵,其特征在于:所述衬(12)在锥形的弹性衬的密封面(26)的后面具有加长部,加长部至少部分地在定子套(18)的端面(20)上延伸。
8.根据权利要求1或2的偏心螺杆泵,其特征在于:连接法兰(14)或适配器部件不仅具有连接法兰或适配器部件的密封面(28)而且具有平行于端面(20)设置的支撑面(36)。
9.根据权利要求1或2的偏心螺杆泵,其特征在于:所述弹性衬(12)的密封面(26)及连接法兰(14)或适配器的密封面(28)具有螺纹线。
10.根据权利要求9的偏心螺杆泵,其特征在于:转子的转动方向与由所述衬及法兰构成的螺纹的转动方向相反地定向。
