侧壁3的自由端50突出进入铰链18的折叠处,且铰链板17转至壁3的外侧以使得铰链板17的阶梯51至54与阶梯44的反面邻接。通过与将阶梯51至54彼此分开的槽56对应的三条槽55将阶梯44分开,且这些槽56与壁3的外侧的槽55的反面弹性地接合,以将壁3与壁1锁定。
为使箱保持或锁定为闭合,设置了附加的或可选的装置。例如,为了槽56中的孔中的推入配合保持力,可将双头螺柱模制在铰链板17中,或者将铰链板17焊接成闭合。
具有上述的箱C的形式的箱,可彼此叠放以提供利于储存和运输的粘着垛。图5示出了在构成这样的垛的示例中仅包括三个箱C1至C3的初始阶段。
参考图5,箱C1和C2并排地设置,而箱C3横向地设置在其上面。箱C1和C2的侧壁3和2分别通过由彼此邻接以吸收横向冲撞的凹进45至49背面在每面壁的外侧形成的阶梯状的截头圆锥体凸起57(图1)而彼此相靠(在所示出的方向)。在这样的邻接中,通过将箱C3的底壁1与每个下方的箱C1和C2联锁而将箱C1和C2固定在一起。通过模制在箱C1和C2的顶壁4中的凹进35和36及模制在箱C3的底壁1中的凹进25而实现该联锁。
更具体地,如图6所示,每个凹进35和36的背面在顶壁4的外侧形成了阶梯状的截头圆锥体凸起58,其中升起部分39的背面形成了窝59。类似地,每个凹进25和28的背面在底壁1的外侧形成了阶梯状的截头圆锥体凸起60,然而在这种情况下,将顶部61压配合(在图6中箭头X所示)在窝59中。当将凸起60的顶部61完全容纳在窝59中时,凹进27和28背面在底壁1外侧形成的阶梯状的截头圆锥体凸起62与下面箱C1和C2的铰链6和7邻接。凹进37和38背面在每个箱C1和C2的顶壁4外侧形成的相应凸起63(图1)与箱C3的铰链18邻接。
通过将箱(未示出)沿着箱C3并排设置,并将更多的箱子相应地叠放,其中相连的层相互横向地设置,从而构造垛的剩下部分,以提供用于提高垛的刚度的连接方法。除了通过相邻箱的阶梯状的截头圆锥体凸起57彼此相邻而吸收垛的横向冲撞以外,还通过每个箱的阶梯状的截头圆锥体凸起60与下面的箱的阶梯状的截头圆锥体凸起58的邻接而吸收垂直冲撞。
当上面的箱与下面的箱对齐时,也实现了箱C相互的联锁和其间的冲撞弹性缓冲。然而,在这种情况下,上面的箱C的凸起60的顶部61在下面的箱C的两个凸起58的座59中的压配合,使得上面的箱C的凸起62与下面的箱C的相应凸起63邻接。
阶梯状形式的截头圆锥凸起57、58、60、62和63为每个箱C提供了一定程度的弹性缓冲,从而抵抗会损坏包装的物品A或箱C本身的冲撞。所提供的保护对于与壁1至4垂直角度的冲撞分量特别有效,并且促进了由阶梯23、24、33、34、43和44形成的壁1至4的底座区域22、31和42的弹性缓冲。然而,阶梯43和44与阶梯23和33的嵌入邻接,以及阶梯43和44与阶梯34和24的嵌入邻接还形成对在壁1至4的其它角度和铰链5至7和18的冲撞构件的抵抗。所有这些是除了在箱的每端的凸缘8至11的边缘的脊和槽模制而提供了波纹状结构获得的弹性缓冲之外的缓冲。脊13和15模制有圆形(与尖锐的相反)顶部,且槽14和16具有相应的圆形底部,因此每个凸缘8至11的边缘具有强回复弹性的可压缩性,从而抵抗纵向地施加在箱C上的冲撞。
此外,凸缘8至11的蜿蜒外形减少了沿着凸缘间的邻接界面传递冲撞的可能性。
可在与铰链5、6、7和18以及自由边缘50相邻的槽14和16的底部钻小孔。这些孔加固凸缘8至11的邻接边缘,且提高了减震的效果。此外,为了加固的目的,每个铰链5、6、7和18沿着其全长开槽,或者至少在自其端部的短距离开槽。槽的存在,当然在铰链得端部,优势在于对施加在箱的八个角落中任何一个的冲撞提供了增强的抵抗和缓冲。
示出了箱C的修改的形式,且将参考图7至9而进行说明。
首先参考图7和8,修改的箱C’与箱C相似,形成为具有底壁71、两侧壁72和73(在图7中侧壁73只画出局部)及顶壁74的整体真空成形的热塑板。壁71至74分别与箱C的壁1至4对应,且通过与箱C的铰链5至7分别对应的铰链75至77而铰接在一起。
壁71至74具有直立端凸缘78至81,与箱C的凸缘8至11基本相同,其具有的单和双峰的蜿蜒外形的相互嵌入的带脊和槽的边缘。然而,在箱C’中,凸缘78和81的外表面82从双峰形状伸直,从而在竖立箱C’的每端没有与孔12对应的孔(见图8)。
箱C’特别适于包装装载有电子芯片和卡的矩形托盘T。通过在垛S的任一端的包装盖83而将各个托盘T彼此叠放地固定,从而箱C’以垛S的形式而装载盘T。
现在同样参考图9,每个是热塑材料(例如,聚丙烯)的真空成形整体模制板的包装端盖83是矩形U截面,使其能装配在垛S的端部,从而包围垛S的端部。其形成有倒圆的阶梯构成的阶梯状的轮廓的加强筋84,从而为保护垛端而提供弹性缓冲。缓冲筋84的弹性使得盖83可拉伸,用于装配在垛S的端部,且将其弹性地支撑。
每个端盖83具有凹槽85,其在背面(在盖83的内部)提供与盘T上的校正槽的弹性接合,用于增强盖83在垛S的端部的保持力。此外,筋84之间的间隔,允许两条或三条带(未示出)而纵向地将盖83与盘T绑在一起而作为一体。
装配有一个端盖83的垛S通常与干燥剂包一起密封在防静电包中;将干燥剂包设置在包中,放在与箱C的凹进29对应的任何特别提供的凹进中。由于模制的内部阶梯状的和凹进形状,在包中会有用于空气流通的空间,以使得干燥剂生效。
箱C’结合有进入每面壁71和74的两端的凹进86,及进入每面壁72和73两端的凹进87,以容纳端盖83。可在每面壁71至74的两端设置靠着凸缘78至81的凹槽,以保证在端盖83中的垛S的边角浮空。

Claims (15)

1.一种用于包装一件或多件物品以保护所述物品在储存和运输过程中不受损坏和冲撞的包装箱,其中所述箱具有板材制成的壁,且所述壁用于彼此边缘对边缘地邻接,所述板材具有用于加固的凹进,其中所述壁的邻接边缘各形成有在互相邻接时脊嵌在槽中的彼此嵌入的脊和槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的包装箱,其中所述箱是模制板结构。
3.根据权利要求2所述的包装箱,其中所述箱是整体模制板。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一权利要求所述的包装箱,其中所述箱适于通过折叠而从平坦形状竖立起来。
5.根据权利要求4所述的包装箱,其中所述壁彼此铰接以实现箱的竖立。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一权利要求所述的包装箱,其中所述壁沿着用于彼此邻接的边缘而彼此铰接,且所述边缘呈阶梯状以提供所述边缘的纵向的相互脊嵌在槽中的嵌入。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一权利要求所述的包装箱,其中所述壁具有彼此边缘对边缘邻接的凸缘,且其中所述凸缘的邻接边缘各形成有脊和槽,以在互相邻接时彼此脊嵌在槽中地嵌入。
8.根据权利要求7所述的包装箱,其中所述壁是矩形的,且彼此纵向地铰接,用于所述箱从平坦形状竖立,且所述凸缘从所述壁的端部直立起来,以在所述箱竖立时彼此边缘对边缘地邻接。
9.根据权利要求8所述的包装箱,其中所述凸缘为蜿蜒外形。
10.根据权利要求9所述的包装箱,其中凸缘问的所述边缘对边缘邻接在大体等角的、分别为双和单峰的蜿蜒外形的凸缘之间。
11.根据权利要求1至10中任一权利要求所述的包装箱,其中所述壁中的所述凹进包括圆形结构的凹进。
12.根据权利要求11所述的包装箱,其中所述圆形凹进分别是具有随着深度而直径减小的分层形状。
13.根据权利要求12所述的包装箱,其中所述箱是模制板结构且所述圆形凹进在所述箱内部,以在所述箱的外侧提供阶梯状的减震凸起。
14.根据权利要求1至13中任一权利要求所述的包装箱,其结合用于与将包装在所述箱中的物品的相应端接合的端盖。
15.根据权利要求14所述的包装箱,其中在所述箱的所述壁中设置凹进,以在与所述物品的相应端接合时容纳所述端盖。
