技术领域

为了在储存和运输过程中对诸如电子部件等进行保护采用了各种包装方法。这些方法，除了通常为劳动密集型以外，还通常包括大笔费用成本，以及例如纸板箱和装在纸板箱中的特别设计的塑料泡沫制品和褶皱纸板制品的形式的包装制品的材料资源。 
在GB-A-2414728中描述了一种形式的包装箱，其在使用中可以具有环境和经济上的优势。所描述的矩形包装箱是具有四个壁的热成形的塑料板结构，所述四个壁铰接在一起，从而在安装所述箱时围绕被保护的一个或多个物品从平面折叠起来。尽管已经发现这种形式的包装箱在提供冲撞保护方面是非常有效的，但是诸如平板电视机和其它重型家庭电子产品、计算机显示器和计算机本身的一些物品，通常过大以致于在这种形式的情形中是不适合的。本发明涉及提供可以用在这些情况中的其它形式的包装。

具体实施方式
参考图1，在运输和储存中通过四个角部盖1保护了大且重的物品A(在这个例子中被示为服务器柜形式的计算机部件)。各角部盖1是具有两个成直角的翼2和3并且折叠成L形角部形式的整体式热成形模制件(例如，高密度聚乙烯或聚丙烯)。在图2和3中分别示出了每个角部盖1的折叠的和展开的状态。 
现在也参考图2和图3，两个翼2和3通过整体铰链4互连在一起，并且沿着它们的具有脊-槽结构5和6的、相对的、纵向边缘分别在模制件的内侧上形成。通过从铰链4贯穿翼长度的起始的、倾斜部分9以45度上升到全部高度的一对直立的凸缘或肩部7和8，将各翼2和3的纵向边缘限定在内侧上。结构5和6的具有居间槽的脊贯穿各肩部7和8的全部长度延伸。

在被保护的物品非常大的情况下，设计和制造能延伸到贯穿整个周边的包装材料通常并不切实可行。在这些情形中，可以通过将多个热成形的包装部件端对端地组装在一起产生完整的周边包装，其中每个热成形的包装部件都包括两个或多个铰接在一起的翼。在图9中示出了这种类型的仅仅由两个翼41和42组成的部件40的例子，其中这两个翼41和42通过铰接到翼42的锁定凸片43相互铰接在一起。在翼41和42之间的斜接合部中提供了脊在槽内的嵌合。
