本发明涉及包装,并且尤其涉及用于保护物品以在储存和运输过程中避免损坏和冲撞的包装。
为了在储存和运输过程中对诸如电子部件等进行保护采用了各种包装方法。这些方法,除了通常为劳动密集型以外,还通常包括大笔费用成本,以及例如纸板箱和装在纸板箱中的特别设计的塑料泡沫制品和褶皱纸板制品的形式的包装制品的材料资源。
在GB-A-2414728中描述了一种形式的包装箱,其在使用中可以具有环境和经济上的优势。所描述的矩形包装箱是具有四个壁的热成形的塑料板结构,所述四个壁铰接在一起,从而在安装所述箱时围绕被保护的一个或多个物品从平面折叠起来。尽管已经发现这种形式的包装箱在提供冲撞保护方面是非常有效的,但是诸如平板电视机和其它重型家庭电子产品、计算机显示器和计算机本身的一些物品,通常过大以致于在这种形式的情形中是不适合的。本发明涉及提供可以用在这些情况中的其它形式的包装。
根据本发明,提供了用于物品冲撞保护的整体式热成形包装装置,其中所述装置包括多个细长翼,所述多个细长翼铰接在一起并且各自具有沿着各翼侧向地间隔开的直立凸缘,以限定用于接收被保护从而免遭冲撞的物品的一部分的居间通道。当围绕将这两个翼铰接在一起的铰链折叠所述装置时,各翼的一部分可以邻接另一翼的一部分。具有居间槽的脊可以沿着所述两个翼在互相邻接的部分之内纵向延伸,以便于在互相邻接的部分之间实现脊嵌合在槽中。所述部分可以是凸缘的倾斜部分,并且当处于相互邻接状态时可以形成例如90度的斜接合部。

具体实施方式
参考图1,在运输和储存中通过四个角部盖1保护了大且重的物品A(在这个例子中被示为服务器柜形式的计算机部件)。各角部盖1是具有两个成直角的翼2和3并且折叠成L形角部形式的整体式热成形模制件(例如,高密度聚乙烯或聚丙烯)。在图2和3中分别示出了每个角部盖1的折叠的和展开的状态。
现在也参考图2和图3,两个翼2和3通过整体铰链4互连在一起,并且沿着它们的具有脊-槽结构5和6的、相对的、纵向边缘分别在模制件的内侧上形成。通过从铰链4贯穿翼长度的起始的、倾斜部分9以45度上升到全部高度的一对直立的凸缘或肩部7和8,将各翼2和3的纵向边缘限定在内侧上。结构5和6的具有居间槽的脊贯穿各肩部7和8的全部长度延伸。
三个圆形凹进11位于各翼2和3的肩部7和8之间。各凹进11具有分层的形式,其中凹进11的直径随着深度呈阶梯状逐渐减小,以在模制件的外侧上形成提供冲撞保护的弹性凸起12。
如同在图2中最清楚地示出的那样,所述翼2和3在铰链4上朝着彼此折叠。这使各翼2和3的两个肩部7和8与另一翼的肩部7和8产生邻接, 以贯穿它们的倾斜部分9形成斜接合部。所述两个翼2和3现在以直角延伸到彼此,并且在这个结构中依靠使翼2的凸起13进入并弹性保持在翼3的窝14中而锁定在一起。此外,在两个翼2和3的脊-槽结构5和6之间的邻接部件9中有互锁。
更具体地是在后面的方面中,翼3的各脊-槽结构5和6的脊和居间槽相对于翼2的相应结构5和6侧向地偏移半个间距。结果是贯穿翼2和3的部分9的邻接伴随以肩部7与肩部7以及肩部8与肩部8的脊在槽内的嵌合。这提供了两个翼2和3的互锁,防止相对侧向移动,并且也提供了对冲撞的缓冲和吸收,趋向于使翼2和3进一步闭合到彼此上。
各角部盖1配合到物品A的周边,如同在图1中所示的那样,其中物品A的角部接收在各翼2和3的肩部7和8之间的通道中。这些通道通常是互相对准的,但是能构造成是热成形的以适于被保护的物品A的特定外形。如同在图2和3中通过举例的方式所示的那样,在这个情形中,肩部7和8之间的通道被构造成适合斜角或曲线轮廓的物品A的一部分。这在图4的放大比例的横截面图中更具体地示意性地示出,其中物品A的外形的角部被示为插入在肩部7和8之间。这个情形中的肩部7被模制有挖出的外形以非常符合物品A的外形。
除了在角部的场境中之外,可使用具有与盖1相同的通用形式的盖(包括对应于斜接合部中的结构5和6的脊-槽结构)进行保护。在这个方面,参考图5,长的、矩形物品B在它的角部处通过折叠的角部盖20受到保护,而沿着它的较长的侧部通过同样的,但是展开的盖20受到保护,所有的盖都在轻量纸板箱21中。展开的盖20在折叠的、角部盖20之间的空间中,为物品B的侧部提供保护,该展开的盖20以与折叠盖20被推进到角部上的方式相同的方式被简单地推进到侧部上。
作为这样做的延伸,可如同在附图中的图6到8中所示的那样生产用于在例如,轻量纸板或其它容器之内的物品保护的包装材料。图6在前视图中示出了由四个翼31到34组成的热成形包装材料30,所述四个翼31到34铰接在一起用以围绕计算机显示器C以给它提供周围保护。显示器C的底座首先进入到翼32中,准备使翼31和33围绕显示器C向上包装,并且使翼34包装在顶部上,以给出由图7和8所示的那样的结果。
翼31到34分别被模制成具有与上面所描述的角部盖1的每个翼2和3 的结构相类似的结构,但是具有与显示器C的宽度和高度相关的增加的长度。翼31到34在两个端部处都具有倾斜面,以致于当翼31、33和34围绕显示器C向上折叠时,在显示器C的角部处同时建立了脊在槽内的嵌合以及翼31到34之间的斜接合部。
通过锁定凸片35保持被包装在显示器C的周边周围的翼31到34,该锁定凸片35铰接到翼34的自由端并且包括进入到并弹性地保持在翼31的腔(未示出)内的柱头36。
在被保护的物品非常大的情况下,设计和制造能延伸到贯穿整个周边的包装材料通常并不切实可行。在这些情形中,可以通过将多个热成形的包装部件端对端地组装在一起产生完整的周边包装,其中每个热成形的包装部件都包括两个或多个铰接在一起的翼。在图9中示出了这种类型的仅仅由两个翼41和42组成的部件40的例子,其中这两个翼41和42通过铰接到翼42的锁定凸片43相互铰接在一起。在翼41和42之间的斜接合部中提供了脊在槽内的嵌合。

Claims (8)
1.一种用于物品冲撞保护的整体式热成形包装装置,其中该装置包括多个细长翼,该多个细长翼铰接在一起并且各自具有沿着各翼侧向地间隔开的直立凸缘,以限定用于接收被保护从而免遭冲撞的物品的一部分的居间通道,当围绕将这两个翼铰接在一起的铰链折叠所述装置时,每个翼的一部分邻接所述翼中的另一个翼的一部分,并且其中具有居间槽的脊沿着两个翼在相互邻接的部分之内纵向地延伸,以便在相互邻接的部分之间实现脊嵌合到槽之内。
