本发明涉及一种带有小型电动马达、传动装置和两个彼此对准的输出轴的驱动单元,其特别用于驱动常见的高尔夫球车(golf caddy)的两个轮子,本发明还涉及高尔夫球车。
背景技术
越来越多的高尔夫球车采用小型电动马达来机动化。当被起动时,这种车就直线前进一段预先选择的时间以前进一段预先选择的距离。通常,这种车在轮子之间具有端到端的轴线,在轴线中间某个地方带有齿轮,在此处马达与传动装置的支柱(rest)相啮合。由此马达从该轴线凸出。
这种车的驱动单元不紧凑并且由此使车缺乏美感。
本发明的主要课题是寻找使驱动单元更加紧凑的解决方案,以获得更具美感的车。

具体实施方式
图1中示出的驱动单元显示了一种几乎完美的外形。其示出了几乎高度对称的圆柱形结构。在两端是作为该驱动单元的输出轴的短轴头。那里可以安装车或任何其他设备的两个驱动轮。从两个轴头往里是两个传动装置,每侧有一个。两个传动装置是相同的。在该优选实施例中,这些传动装置具有圆柱体的外形,其中所有圆柱体具有相同的轴线。在中央处是电动马达,形成了最粗的圆柱体。在左侧处传动装置和电动马达之间有小中间环的情况下,存在些微的不对称。这个中间环具有与传动装置相同的外径。从这个环处引出马达和传感器装置的导线。
当然,带有具有相同直径的马达、传动装置和中间环的装置也能解决该问题。
在这个优选的实施例中,该传动装置是行星齿轮类型并且由此是共轴结构。仅出于机械的原因,可以使用任何其他类型的传动装置。于是,当然也不必是这种共轴结构。可以得到具有圆形截面的其它装置,其中沿着两个传动装置、中间环和马达具有公共表面线,其也可以获得美的效果。
由于传感器装置仅仅被用在最为优选的实施例中,所以该中间环并非绝对必需。当然,如果这种环存在,那么它也可具有马达的外形。
图2示出与图1中相同的装置,但是是以机械图的形式来示出的。由于这里与尺寸并不相关,因此隐藏了他们。这里以剖切的方式示出了轴头及其周围部分。
图3以剖视图示出了图2中左边的传动装置以及包括了已提及的传感器的中间环。因为常常示出带有右手侧输出的传动装置,与图2相比,此处以镜像图示出这个传动装置。因此,在这里中间环位于左侧。
驱动单元的优选实施例载有带有至少一个霍尔磁体和至少一个霍尔传感器的霍尔传感器装置。当该驱动单元是高尔夫球车的一部分时,可以使用计数器来替代定时器以表示车已运行的路程。当驱动单元是其它设备的一部分时,能够感知精确的运动可能甚至更加重要。
此处,这种霍尔传感器位于中间环内。传动装置的输入轴(其也是马达的输出轴)载有这里作为霍尔磁体的磁体。在优选的实施例中,该霍尔磁体是具有矩形横截面的环。该环被磁化,使它沿其圆周具有两个北磁极和两个南磁极。原则上,一对南北磁极就足够了。通常为此目的环形磁体带有1至12对磁极。
在霍尔磁体的右手侧以及靠近它的位置,存在载有至少一个霍尔传感器的固定盘。带有一个霍尔传感器时,只可能测量旋转角和旋转速度,但是不能测量旋转的方向。这可以使用两个具有90度间隔的霍尔传感器来测量。
在这个优选的实施例中,该传动装置是行星齿轮。为了具有足够的齿轮减速,该传动装置应该至少是两级的,在所给出的例子中它是两级的。为了处理高转矩,第一级齿轮优选是锌铸造法来制造的。对于第二级和任何潜在的其他级的齿轮而言,塑料就足够了。
塑料齿轮还具有如下优点:他们不像金属齿轮那么重(load)。但是,倾斜联接(sploped linked)的齿轮不像正齿齿轮那么重(load)。这就是为什么第一级齿轮优选是倾斜联接的。
输出轴由两个给予该短轴头以足够支撑的球轴承来支撑。

Claims (5)

1.一种带有小型电动马达、传动装置和两个彼此对准的输出轴的驱动单元,用于驱动常见的高尔夫球车的两个轮子,其中,在所述两个输出轴之间设置所述电动马达,从而在所述电动马达和所述输出轴之间横向相反地设置两个相同传动装置中的每一个传动装置,其特征在于:所述传动装置是行星齿轮,每组行星齿轮至少是两级的,第一级齿轮由锌铸造法来制成,以及其他级的齿轮由塑料制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的驱动单元,其特征在于,所述电动马达的轴线、所述两个输出轴以及所述行星齿轮的轴线是对准的。
3.根据权利要求1所述的驱动单元,其特征在于,所述第一级齿轮是倾斜联接的。
4.根据权利要求1所述的驱动单元,其特征在于,在所述电动马达和其中一个传动装置之间连接有随所述电动马达的输出旋转的至少一个固定的霍尔传感器和至少一个霍尔磁体。
5.一种带有根据权利要求1所述的驱动单元的高尔夫球车。
