滑动门的保持开启锁定结构
技术领域
本申请涉及车用滑动门,且更具体地,涉及一种滑动门的保持开启锁定结构,其中当该滑动门的内手柄被操作时,保持开启锁起作用,使得即使在斜坡上开启滑动门,该滑动门也能够保持锁定的开启状态。
背景技术
通常,车门安装于车身上,以便可开启地关闭乘客车厢。滑动门即为这种车门的一个实例。
当开启或关闭时,滑动门沿着安装在车身上的轨道移动。用于开启或关闭滑动门的内、外手柄分别设置在滑动门的内、外侧壁上。
设置在滑动门内侧的内手柄在其第一端通过铰链可转动地连接于滑动门的门板。触发杆与内手柄连接,使其能够随内手柄一起整体地转动。内手柄连杆在其第一端连接于触发杆,使其可与触发杆联动操作。内手柄连杆在其第二端连接于内手柄杆,该内手柄杆可转动地连接于门板。
内手柄杆通过销与外手柄杆连接。外手柄拉杆在其第一端连接于外手柄杆,并在其第二端连接于保持开启锁定杆。与保持开启锁连接的内手柄拉杆,连接于该保持开启锁定杆。
当用户例如沿顺时针方向转动内手柄时,触发杆随内手柄一起整体地转动,从而牵引内手柄连杆。因此,内手柄杆通过由触发杆牵引的内手柄连杆,沿顺时针方向转动。通过内手柄杆的转动,向下推动外手柄拉杆,同时使保持开启锁定杆沿顺时针方向转动。内手柄连杆因保持开启锁定杆的转动而被推动。结果,保持开启锁被释放。
然而,在常规滑动门的保持开启锁定结构中,当车辆在斜坡上处于停车或驻车状态时,如果用户通过操作内手柄而完全打开滑动门并释放内手柄,则因为滑动门已处于保持开启锁被内手柄的操作释放的状态,所以存在由于滑动门未被锁定在开启状态而引起安全风险的可能性。
发明内容
本发明的实施例提供了一种滑动门的保持开启锁定结构,使得当操作滑动门的内手柄以开启滑动门时,保持开启锁不被释放,因此防止了在滑动门已开启后释放内手柄时,由于滑动门没有锁定在开启状态,而是因其自身重量沿着关闭方向不希望地移动,而在斜坡上发生安全风险。
根据本发明的实施例的滑动门的保持开启锁定结构包括内手柄,其一端通过转轴可转动地安装于门板上。第一和第二释放杆连接于该转轴,使其能够随内手柄的转轴一起整体地转动。内手柄连杆在其第一端连接于该第一释放杆。内手柄杆可转动地安装于门板上并连接于内手柄连杆的第二端。内手柄杆在预定位置形成有通槽。外手柄杆可转动地安装于门板上并通过第一销与该内手柄杆的槽相连接。外手柄拉杆在其第一端连接于该外手柄杆。保持开启锁定杆可转动地安装于门板上并连接于该外手柄拉杆的第二端。内手柄拉杆在其第一端连接于保持开启锁定杆,并在其第二端连接于第二释放杆。在每个内手柄杆和外手柄杆上均设有回位弹簧。

图1是根据本发明的实施例的、用于滑动门的保持开启锁定结构的主视图。图2是显示图1中的关键部件的详细视图。参照附图,内手柄2在其一端安装于门板1上,使其可围绕转轴沿顺时针或逆时针方向转动。第一和第二释放杆3a和3b连接于内手柄2的转轴上,使其能够随内手柄2的转轴一起整体地转动。
第一释放杆3a中具有槽。内手柄连杆4的第一端通过销穿过该槽与第一释放杆3a相连接,以使内手柄连杆4与第一释放杆3a联动工作。穿过内手柄连杆4的第二端形成有槽。内手柄杆5通过销穿过该内手柄连杆4的槽与内手柄连杆4连接,以使它们可彼此联动工作。
内手柄杆5通过销安装于门板1上,使其能够沿顺时针或逆时针方向转动。穿过内手柄杆5在预定位置形成有槽5a,并且外手柄杆7通过销6与内手柄杆5的槽5a连接。外手柄拉杆8在其第一端与外手柄杆7连接,以使它们可彼此联动工作。
外手柄拉杆8在其第二端通过销穿过槽连接于保持开启锁定杆9的第一端,其中该槽穿过保持开启锁定杆9的第一端形成。保持开启锁定杆9通过销可转动地安装于门板1上。内手柄拉杆10在其第一端通过销穿过槽连接于保持开启锁定杆9的第二端,其中该槽穿过保持开启锁定杆9的第二端形成。内手柄拉杆10在其第二端与第二释放杆3b连接。
此外,回位弹簧11的第一端锁定于外手柄杆7上,且该回位弹簧11的第二端锁定于门板上。因此,回位弹簧11用于在外手柄杆7的操作完成后,将外手柄杆7回位至其初始位置。另一回位弹簧11与内手柄杆5连接,以便在内手柄杆5的操作完成后,将内手柄杆5回位至其初始位置。
在本发明中,当内手柄2沿着使门开启的方向A转动时,第一释放杆3a随内手柄2一起整体地转动。第一释放杆3a的转动被传递到内手柄连杆4,因此牵引内手柄连杆4。
当内手柄连杆4被牵引时,内手柄杆5沿顺时针方向转动。这时,由于形成在内手柄杆5中的槽,即使内手柄杆5转动,外手柄杆7也不移动,尽管外手柄杆7的销6相对于内手柄杆5的槽发生移动。
因此,外手柄拉杆8、保持开启锁定杆9和内手柄拉杆10不移动。因此,在斜坡上,即使在通过操作内手柄而使滑动门完全开启后,滑动门也能够保持锁定于保持开启锁并开启的状态,因此,可以防止在滑动门已开启后,由于其自身重量而沿着关闭方向发生不希望的移动,从而对使用者造成伤害。
其间,当内手柄2沿着使滑动门关闭的方向B转动时,第二释放杆3b随内手柄2一起整体地转动。内手柄拉杆10由于第二释放杆3b的转动而被牵引。于是,保持开启锁定杆9沿顺时针方向转动。结果,保持开启锁被释放。
由以上显然可见,在根据本发明的滑动门的保持开启锁定结构中,当内手柄沿着使滑动门开启的方向转动时,保持开启锁不被释放。因此,在斜坡上,即使在滑动门完全开启后释放内手柄,滑动门也会由于保持开启锁的作用而保持锁定状态。因此,本发明消除了,在滑动门已开启后释放内手柄时,由于滑动门没有锁定在开启状态,而是因其自身重量沿着关闭方向不希望地移动,而在斜坡上发生安全风险的可能性。

Claims (2)

1.一种滑动门的保持开启锁定结构,包括:内手柄,其一端通过转轴可转动地安装于门板上;第一和第二释放杆,连接于所述转轴,以便能够随所述内手柄的转轴一起整体转动;内手柄连杆,其第一端连接于所述第一释放杆;内手柄杆,可转动地安装于所述门板上并连接于所述内手柄连杆的第二端,其中所述内手柄杆在预定位置形成有通槽;外手柄杆,可转动地安装于所述门板上并通过第一销与所述内手柄杆的所述通槽相连接;外手柄拉杆,其第一端连接于所述外手柄杆;保持开启锁定杆,可转动地安装于所述门板上并连接于所述外手柄拉杆的第二端;内手柄拉杆,其第一端连接于所述保持开启锁定杆,并且其第二端连接于所述第二释放杆;以及设置在每个所述内手柄杆和所述外手柄杆上的回位弹簧。
2.如权利要求1所述的滑动门的保持开启锁定结构,其特征在于:所述内手柄连杆的所述第二端形成有通槽,使得通过使用第二销穿过所述内手柄连杆的所述通槽,使所述内手柄连杆与所述内手柄杆相连接。
