技术领域
本发明涉及一种工具安装座尤其是用于组合锤的冲击工具安装座,它通过可径向移动嵌接的锁紧元件与一工具主轴可拆卸地相连。
背景技术
一般来说,冲击工具安装座通过具有开口的导向套与一旋转的工具主轴可拆卸地连接,该开口用于径向可移动地嵌接到工具主轴中的锁紧元件,该锁紧元件通过一手动的可轴向移动的锁紧套被轴向地锁紧。按照US 2003188877,在此类冲击工具安装座上,带钢球的锁紧和从工具主轴到工具安装座的扭矩传递通过一个匹配地相互嵌接的径向齿实现。在轴向冲击的工作模式中,工具安装座的、在孔中轴向范围有限自由的钢球碰撞引起强烈的轴向振动,由此通过所述的轴向振动释放断续的大的力,它会使工具安装座疲劳。
此外,按DE 29612795U在冲击工具安装座中,一个松的、可径向翻转的锁紧体与一个手动的可轴向移动的锁紧套相连接,该锁紧体用于嵌入轴向可有限活动的冲击工具的锁紧槽中。用于冲击工具的扭矩传递不再通过锁紧体而是通过嵌入转动同步槽中的转动同步接片完成。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,实现一种适合于冲击的工作模式的工具安装座。另一方面在于简化工具安装座的复杂性。
该目的主要通过权利要求1所述的特征得到实现。有利的扩展构造由从属权利要求得出。
因此,一种可与工具主轴可拆卸地连接的工具安装座具有一带孔的导向套以及一个手动可移动的、径向锁紧锁紧元件的锁紧套,所述孔用于多个可径向移动地嵌入到工具主轴中的锁紧元件,其中该锁紧元件设计为翻转弓形件,该翻转弓形件具有一个轴向固定支承的支承部分和一个径向可翻转地嵌入到导向套的孔中的锁紧部分。
通过轴向固定支承的且仅仅径向可翻转构成的锁紧元件实际上防止自由的轴向振动。由此与振幅的平方成正比的振动能量也明显地减小。
有利地,翻转弓形件在支承部分书在纵截面中具有一扇形(从纵截面看),由此它可轴向固定地以及径向可翻转地支承在导向套的匹配地配置的环形槽中。
有利地,翻转弓形件径向朝外构成一径向下移的滑动面,由此它通过手动移动锁紧套的匹配地配置的径向下移的锁紧面到第二翻转位置可以被锁紧。
有利地,锁紧套由弹性地预紧,因此用于从工具主轴松开工具安装座的翻转位置不稳定地构成。
有利地,锁紧套可以轴向移动,因此工具安装座与工具主轴可以容易地手动分开,尤其无需工具主轴的旋转止动。

有利地,翻转弓形件由塑料制成,更有利的是由抗冲击且耐高温的塑料如聚芳脂(PAR),由此在压入到匹配地配置的、由金属制成的工具主轴的内锥形表面时形成一低磨损的高阶-低阶配对(Hochlage-Tieflage Paarung)。因为塑料相较于金属具有明显高的减振性,从工具安装座经由翻转弓形件到导向套的碰撞冲击的传递被中断。此外,在由塑料制成的翻转弓形件上碰撞冲击只能激发小的固有振动幅度。
有利地,所有的翻转弓形件环状地相互连接成一整体的翻转弓形件环。更有利的是,成形在一个与导向套的环形槽匹配地配置的圆环上,由此,相对于多个单独的锁紧体,减少零件的数量和工具安装座的装配步骤的数量。

根据视图,一个与绕轴线A旋转的中空的工具主轴1可拆卸式相连的冲击工具安装座2具有一带孔4的导向套3以及一个可手动移动的、径向锁紧翻转弓形件5的锁紧套6,所述孔用于多个圆周分布的、径向可移动地嵌入到工具主轴1的、形式为翻转弓形件5的锁紧元件。翻转弓形件5设计为具有一个轴向固定支承的支承部分7和一个径向可翻转地嵌入到导向套3的孔4中的锁紧部分8,其中在纵剖视图上看,支承部分7构成一扇形19,该支承部分轴向固定且径向可翻转地支承在导向套3的匹配地配置的环形槽9中。翻转弓形件5在径向朝外构成一个径向下移的滑动面10,它通过将锁紧套6的匹配地配置的径向下移的锁紧面11手动移动到两个翻转位置<锁紧位置>和<解锁位置>可以被锁紧。其中在上半幅图中示出锁紧位置并且在下半幅图中示出解锁位置。在锁紧位置,轴向可移动的锁紧套6稳定地通过工具侧的螺旋弹簧12轴向弹性地朝一轴向止挡13预紧。由抗冲击和耐高温的聚芳脂(PAR)塑料制成的翻转弓形件5在锁紧部分8形成了两个径向朝内定向的锥形表面14a、14b,所述锥形表面在锁紧位置压入到各一个导向套的匹配地配置的内锥形表面15a、15b以及金属制成的圆柱形光滑的工具主轴1的凹槽1a中,由此除了轴向力也传递全部的扭矩,以及在工具安装座2中轴向冲击地导引的冲击工具16到工具主轴1上的碰撞冲击(Stossimplusen)的传递断开。通过所有的翻转弓形件5成形在与导向套的环状槽9匹配地配置的圆环18上,环形地相互连接并且通过其扭转可弹性地翻转,所有的翻转弓形件5连接成一整体的翻转弓形件环17。

Claims (8)

1.一种工具安装座,它可以与一工具主轴(1)可拆卸地连接,具有一带孔(4)的导向套(3)以及一个可手动移动的、径向锁紧锁紧元件的锁紧套(6),所述孔(4)用于多个可径向移动地嵌入到工具主轴(1)中的锁紧元件,其特征在于,锁紧元件设计为翻转弓形件(5),该翻转弓形件具有一个轴向固定支承的支承部分(7)和一个径向可翻转地嵌入到导向套(3)的孔(4)中的锁紧部分(8)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的工具安装座,其特征在于,翻转弓形件(5)在支承部分(7)上构成一扇形(19)。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的工具安装座,其特征在于,翻转弓形件(5)径向朝外构成一径向下移的滑动面(10)。
4.按照权利要求1至3之一所述的工具安装座,其特征在于,锁紧套(6)弹性地预紧。
5.按照权利要求1至4之一所述的工具安装座,其特征在于,锁紧套(6)可轴向移动。
6.按照权利要求1至5之一所述的工具安装座,其特征在于,翻转弓形件(5)在锁紧部分(8)中构成至少一个径向朝内定向的锥形表面(14b),该锥形表面可压入到工具主轴(1)的匹配地配置的内锥形表面(15b)中。
7.按照权利要求1至6之一所述的工具安装座,其特征在于,翻转弓形件(5)由塑料制成。
8.按照权利要求1至7之一所述的工具安装座,其特征在于,所有的翻转弓形件(5)环状地相互连接成一整体的翻转弓形件环(17)。
