与本发明的开发相联系,已测试了一些不同的条带结构,而没有有益效果。例如,PP/带(tie)/EVOH/带/PP吹塑薄膜的共挤塑(co-extruded)条带结构以及PP/带/PA/带/PP吹塑薄膜的共挤塑条带结构都导致包装材料边缘附近的条带结构损坏。 
发明内容

在优选实施例中,具有面向外侧的PP表面的所述第一和第二层为多层,每层均包括:PP或PP共聚物的第一面向外侧的部分层;以及直接面对对应的一个粘合层的第二部分层;以及可选地,一个或多个中间部分层。适宜地,直接面对对应的一个粘合层的所述第二部分层由包括PP、接枝(graft)PP、茂金属(metallocene)聚乙烯、聚乙烯共聚物(诸如乙烯丙烯酸,例如“EAA”)、以及PP共聚物的组中的聚合物构成。可以想像,可选的中间部分层是具有阻挡氧气传输能力的层。还可以想像,可选的中间部分层是由茂金属聚乙烯和线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)组成的组中的聚合物。作为实例,当从外部朝向粘合层看过去时,该结构可以为:(PP或PP共聚物)/(茂金属PE或LLDPE)/EAA。 
应该理解的是,在当前情况下,使用茂金属PP的可能性包含在术语PP的概念中,即,在所有提到PP的情况中其可以为普通PP或茂金属PP。 
优选地,具有面向外侧的PP表面的所述第一和第二层为(共)挤塑吹塑薄膜的层。然而,还可以想像,具有面向外侧的PP表面的所述第一和第二层为流涎膜(cast film)构成的层,或者它们被直接挤压涂覆到粘合层上。 
根据具有面向外侧的PP表面的所述第一和第二层的又一个方面,这两个层中的每一个都具有10-50μm的总厚度,优选地,具有20-40μm的总厚度,而最优选地,具有22-28μm的总厚度。 
而且,虽然,如果具有面向外侧的PP表面的所述第一和第二层是由多层构成的,则它们优选地是镜像反转的(mirror inverted),但是它们应彼此相同。 
根据本发明的另一个方面,所述第一和第二粘合层优选地为聚氨酯粘合剂(基于溶剂的或无溶剂的)、电子束(EB)可固化或紫外线(UV)可固化粘合剂的层。UV和EB可固化粘合剂具有立即固化的益处。EB可固化粘合剂作为液体分散而应用在芯层膜上。之后,立刻使具有面向外侧的PP表面的层(作为膜或通过挤压)与之相接触,并将该结构送入到EB固化室中。高能电子(通常在100-300kV的电压下)激发粘合剂内的反应组分的聚合作用。一旦退出与层压线成一条直线定位的EB固化室,粘合剂就已固化成固态粘合层,粘接到芯层和PP层。在使用UV可固化粘合剂的情况下,也可以在与层压线成一条直线的固化室中进行固化。 
第一和第二粘合层构成条带的最薄层,优选地,每一层都薄于5μm,而最优选地,每一层都薄于3μm。 
根据另一个方面,所述第一和第二粘合层是可挤压粘合层,或者至少每个层均包括可挤压粘合剂部分层,优选地,该部分层直接面对具有面向外侧的PP表面的所述第一和第二层中的对应的一个。 
还可想像,粘合层可替换为(instead)非常薄的,即,薄于0.5μm,在这种情况下它们可以表示为“初级”层。在条带的制造工艺中,将第一和第二粘合层涂覆到隔氧性聚合物的芯层上。 
优选地,所述隔氧性聚合物的芯层是可挤压隔氧层构成的层。 
优选地,所述隔氧性聚合物的芯层是聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET),更优选地,是双向拉伸的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(BOPET)构成的层。然而,还可想像,所述隔氧性聚合物的芯层是聚酰胺(PA)或乙烯基乙烯醇(EVOH)构成的层,其中的任一种优选地为双向拉伸的(BOPA或BOEVOH)。芯层具有6-25μm的厚度,优选地,具有8-19μm的厚度,而最优选地,具有10-15μm的厚度。 
根据本发明的又一个方面,条带具有35-120μm的总厚度,优选地,具有50-80μm的总厚度,而最优选地,具有60-70μm的总厚度。 
在根据本发明的条带被切割(slit)成通常为6-10mm宽度的条带并应用到需要它的包装容器之前,其优选地由三层膜的粘合层压预先形成。可替换地,在如上所述的切割所获得的膜之前,可以通过将外部PP层挤压涂覆到粘合层(所述粘合层已被涂覆到芯层上)上来制造所述条带。 
在一个标准大气压的氧气(1atm O2)下,期望条带具有低于120cm3/(m2*24h),优选地,低于100cm3/(m2*24h)的氧气传输率。在具有较好隔氧层(诸如(BO)EVOH的芯层或具有面向外侧的PP表面的第一和第二层中的中间专用阻挡层)的情况下,氧气传输率甚至更低,诸如在一个标准大气压的氧气下,低于70cm3/(m2*24h),而最优选地,低于50cm3/(m2*24h)。 
此外,取决于其中使用根据本发明条带的包装容器的类型,在将包装材料剪裁成坯件,并将所述第一纵向边缘热封到第二纵向边缘的内侧上进而与之结合在一起以形成具有纵向接缝的套筒之前,根据本发明的条带可围绕包装材料的第一纵向边缘连续地折叠180°;或者在通过热封进行连接,进而形成所述接缝之后或在连接过程中,在包装主体的内侧上,根据本发明的条带可基本平坦地被连续热封到所述纵向接缝上,在这种情况中可连续地形成包装主体,即,不是在坯件上,而是从包装材料幅片上通过连续的形成-填充-密封工艺形成包装主体。 
当根据本发明的包装容器从包装材料的坯件形成为套筒时,该包装容器优选地设置有塑料顶部,该塑料顶部包括开口装置并在其 一端处热封到容器主体的内部,因此该塑料顶部被热封到所述纵向接缝的相应端部。根据本发明的目的,塑料顶部包括PP的外层。 
优选地,根据本发明的包装容器是无菌的,优选地通过消毒而达到无菌。可选地,根据本发明的包装容器可以在填充并密封之后被蒸馏。

具体实施方式
根据本发明且如图1所示的优选条带36是对称结构10的,并且通过三层预制膜12、14、16的粘合层压而制成。预制芯层12具有12μm的厚度并由双向拉伸PET膜制成。 
条带10的面向外侧的表面由已分别与接枝PP部分层14b和16b共挤塑并吹塑在一起的PP部分层14a和16a构成,以分别形成25μm的预制膜14和16。接枝PP部分层14b和16b各直接面对一个粘合层18、20,并由于PP部分层14b、16b的接枝特征而适合于适当地粘接至这些粘合层。能适当地发挥功能的PP级别的 实例为:来自于Dow的Inspire 112、来自于Dow的Inspire 114、来自于Borealis的Borclear RB707CF、来自于Borealis的RB501BF、来自于Borealis的BA110CF、来自于Borealis的Daploy SF203HMS、来自于Exxon Mobil的PP4352F1或来自于Atofina的PPH3060。能适当地发挥功能的接枝PP级别的实例为:来自于Mitsui的AdmerQF830E。 
进而2μm的粘合层18、20直接面对(直接应用于/涂敷于)所述芯层12。能适当地发挥功能的粘合剂级别的实例为:来自于ForboSwift Adhesives SA的SWIFT EC2 1340R/EC2 1367D-聚氨酯粘合剂、来自于Rohm&Hass的ADCOTE 545/Catalyst F-聚氨酯粘合剂、来自于Rohm&Hass的ADCOTE 545/Coreactant 200C、来自于Rohm&Hass的ADCOTE 585K-60+Catalyst F-聚氨酯粘合剂、以及来自于Rohm&Hass的MOR-FREE ELM 415A+CR-190-聚氨酯粘合剂。能适当地发挥功能的EB可固化粘合剂级别的实例为来自于Northwest Coatings LLC的51345C和52100。 
当然应该理解的是,在通过将14和16挤压涂覆到粘合层18、20上已制成条带的情况下以及在流涎层14、16的情况下,横截面结构看起来与图1中的相同。还应该理解的是,在可替换实施例中,芯层12可以由诸如聚酰胺(PA)或乙烯基乙烯醇(EVOH)的另一种隔氧性聚合物构成,它们中的任一种优选地是双向拉伸的。 
图2示出了包装材料30的坯件,该坯件即将形成为管,从而在待形成的接缝42中,包装材料的第一纵向边缘32终止于管的内侧上,而第二纵向边缘34终止于管的外侧上,见图4。在优选实施例中,包装材料坯件具有以下横截面结构,如从管/容器主体的内侧向外所看到的:PP/粘合剂/铝箔/LDPE/纸板/PP。然而,许多变型是可想得到的,尽管它们具有大部分的纸板层和面向外侧的PP表面,但它们都有共同之处。 
通过根据本发明的条带36来防止图2中包装材料的第一纵向边缘32接触食品,该条带36已围绕第一纵向边缘32折叠180°并已热封到其上,优选地通过热空气和/或感应热密封而热封到第一纵向边缘32的两侧上。待形成的管的上端,以及纵向接缝的上端将被热封于包括开口装置的顶部,见图4,并且管的下端将被折叠并热封成不漏液体的底部。 
图3示出了条带36是如何保护接缝中的纵向边缘32的。侧面A是面向包装容器内部的侧面,因此将暴露于其中的流质食品,而侧面B是面向包装容器外部的侧面。 
图4示出了包括保护其纵向接缝42的条带36的包装容器40。塑料顶部44被热封48到用于形成管或容器主体的纸板基包装材料30的上端的内侧。塑料顶部44具有开口装置46。在优选实施例中,塑料顶部具有以下横截面结构,如从顶部的内侧向外所看到的:PP/粘合剂/EVOH/粘合剂/PP。便利地,最外层PP比最内层PP厚。然而,许多变型可想得到的,尽管它们具有面向外侧的PP表面,但它们都有共同之处。 
已证实本发明条带的优选实施例在用于具有纸板基的壁和底部以及塑料顶部的这种无菌包装容器的填充机中能适当地发挥功能。尤其是,条带提供了良好的密封性能、热稳定性、以及机械特性,并且由于密封在包装材料边缘周围的条带,所以不会导致结构损坏。而且,在一个标准大气压的氧气下,该条带显示出100cm3/(m2*24h)的氧气传输率。 

Claims (22)

1.一种条带(36),其特征在于,具有按顺序排列的以下层的结构(10):
-第一层(14),具有面向外侧的聚丙烯(PP)表面;
-第一粘合层(18);
-隔氧性聚合物的芯层(12);
-第二粘合层(20);
-第二层(16),具有面向外侧的聚丙烯(PP)表面;
其中,具有面向外侧的PP表面的所述第一和第二层(14、16)是多层,每层均包括PP或共聚物PP的第一面向外侧的部分层(14a、16a)、直接面对对应的一个粘合层(18、20)的第二部分层(14b、16b)和一个或多个中间部分层,PP或共聚物PP的所述第一面向外侧的部分层(14a、16a)与所述第二部分层(14b、16b)之间的中间部分层由包括茂金属聚乙烯和线性低密度聚乙烯的组中的聚合物构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的条带,其特征在于,具有面向外侧的PP表面的所述第一和第二层(14、16)彼此相同,以及相对于彼此呈镜像反转。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的条带,其特征在于,具有面向外侧的PP表面的所述第一和第二层(14、16)是PP或PP共聚物的同质单层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的条带,其特征在于,直接面对对应的一个粘合层(18、20)的所述第二部分层(14b、16b)由如下组 中的聚合物构成,所述组包括:PP、接枝PP、茂金属聚乙烯、聚乙烯共聚物、以及PP共聚物。
5.根据权利要求4所述的条带,其特征在于,PP或共聚物PP的所述第一面向外侧的部分层(14a、16a)与所述第二部分层(14b、16b)之间的中间部分层,所述中间部分层由如下组中的聚合物构成,所述组包括茂金属聚乙烯和线性低密度聚乙烯。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的条带,其特征在于,具有面向外侧的PP表面的所述第一和第二层(14、16)是(共)挤塑吹塑薄膜的层。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的条带,其特征在于,具有面向外侧的PP表面的所述第一和第二层(14、16)是流涎膜构成的层。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的条带,其特征在于,具有面向外侧的PP表面的所述第一和第二层(14、16)是挤压涂覆层。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的条带,其特征在于,具有面向外侧的PP表面的所述第一和第二层(14、16)中的每一层均具有10-50μm的厚度。
10.根据权利要求1或2所述的条带,其特征在于,所述第一和第二粘合层(18、20)是如下组中的材料构成的层,所述组包括:聚氨酯粘合剂、电子束可固化粘合剂和紫外线可固化粘合剂。
11.根据权利要求1或2所述的条带,其特征在于,所述第一和第二粘合层(18、20)是所述条带(36)的最薄层,每一层都薄于5μm。 
12.根据权利要求1或2所述的条带,其特征在于,隔氧性聚合物的所述芯层(12)是如下组中的聚合物构成的层,所述组包括:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇醋(PET)、聚酰胺(PA)和乙烯基乙烯醇(EVOH),其中的任一种为双向拉伸的。
13.根据权利要求1或2所述的条带,其特征在于,隔氧性聚合物的所述芯层(12)具有6-25μm的厚度。
14.根据权利要求1或2所述的条带,其特征在于,所述条带具有35-120μm的总厚度。
15.根据权利要求1或2所述的条带,其特征在于,在一个标准大气压的氧气下,所述条带具有低于120cm3/(m2*24h)的氧气传输率。
16.根据权利要求1或2所述的条带,其特征在于,在一个标准大气压的氧气下,所述条带具有低于100cm3/(m2*24h)的氧气传输率。
17.一种包装容器(40),具有由包装材料(30)形成的容器主体,所述包装材料包括纸或纸板芯层和聚丙烯(PP)的外部热封层,所述包装容器具有纵向接缝(42),在所述纵向接缝中所述包装材料的第一和第二纵向边缘(32、34)相互搭接并彼此热封,从而所述第一纵向边缘(32)面向所述容器主体的内部,所述第一纵向边缘由条带(36)保护,所述条带热封在所述接缝(42)的区域中,其特征在于,所述条带(36)是根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的条带。
18.根据权利要求17所述的包装容器,其特征在于,所述条带(36)围绕所述第一纵向边缘(32)折叠180°并热封。 
19.根据权利要求17所述的包装容器,其特征在于,在所述包装主体的内侧上,所述条带(36)基本平坦地被密封到所述纵向接缝上。
20.根据权利要求17至19中任一项所述的包装容器,其特征在于,所述包装容器具有塑料顶部(44),所述塑料顶部在其一端处热封到所述容器主体的内部,因此所述塑料顶部被热封到所述纵向接缝(42)的相应端部,所述塑料顶部(44)具有PP的外层。
21.根据权利要求17至19中任一项所述的包装容器,其特征在于,所述包装容器为无菌的,通过消毒而达到无菌。
22.根据权利要求17至19中任一项所述的包装容器,其特征在于,所述包装容器被蒸馏。
