轴组件
本发明涉及相应于权利要求的轴组件。
要求保护的不只是权利要求中和/或下面的描述中和/或附图中明确地指示或者表示的特征组合,而是要求保护原则上根据上述特征的任一进一步组合。
一种根据本发明的轴组件示例地在附图中示出。其中:
图1是一个俯视图,
图2是一个侧视图,
图3是一个透视图,
图4是相应于图1和图2中的剖面线IV-IV的前视图。
在一个仅在图1和图2中示出的车架或车体100上布置有一个可围绕车架或车体100的下中纵轴1转动的双臂下横梁2。另外,布置有一个可围绕车架或车体100的上中纵轴3转动的上横梁4。
一个右支承件5和一个左支承件6铰接在横梁2和4的两个臂的自由端,其中每个铰接轴校准成平行于中纵轴1和3。结果是,支承件5和6与横梁2和4构成一种平行四边形结构,其中支承件5和6的竖直的垂直轴校准成各至少大致平行于车体100的竖直的垂直轴,因为中纵轴1和3固定地布置在车体100上,并且在一个车体的包含中纵轴和中垂直轴的平面内延伸。
每个支承件5或6支承一个右或左可弹簧施压的轮悬挂装置7或8,根据本发明的一个适当的构造,该轮悬挂装置7或8能够构造成纵向平衡杆(Lngsschwinge)9或10,它们可各围绕一个横轴在所配属的支承件5或6上转动地支承。

至少一个平衡杆,例如图1中的右平衡杆9,能够形成为发动机或马达平衡杆,其支承一个发动机或马达15,该发动机或马达驱动由各平衡杆导向的轮12。发动机或马达15能够通过一个可无级控制的皮带传动装置或者原则上以任意的方式与所配属的轮12传动连接。
如果两个平衡杆9和10都形成为发动机或马达平衡杆,则通过相应的发动机或马达控制装置,使得传递给轮12的扭矩至少接近相同。
如果形成为一个四轮车辆,车辆100能够具有一个类似地设计成的另一种轴组件,带有易于操纵的轮。
然而,还有可能并且有利的是,车辆形成为三轮车,其中示出的轴组件支承车辆的后轮,并且作为前轮,一个唯一的易于操纵的轮设置在一个相应于摩托车或者轻便摩托车的组件中。
所示的轴组件的轮12能够设置有较小的轮距,从而得到带有两个相邻布置的后轮的轻便摩托车或者摩托车,两个后轮以与车体同样的方式向旁边倾斜。
因此,这样的三轮摩托车或者这样的三轮轻便摩托车可以与传统的摩托车或者传统的轻便摩托车一样行驶。
同样,能够有一种可能性,即在缓慢的行驶(爬行)以及直的车体100的情况下,借助于可手动操作或者自动起作用的控制装置,阻碍横梁2和4中至少一个横梁的摆动,使得驾驶员能够将车辆停止或者停放在直的位置,不必插入支架来支承车辆,或者不必利用支柱。
上述的制动装置(Arretierung)优选作用于下横梁2,下横梁2在所示的例子中形成为承载的横梁,而上横梁4实质上只具有导向作用,并且应当用于支承件5和6以及轮12的径向平面的导向,使之总是平行于包含车体100的纵轴和垂直轴的垂直的中纵平面。能够设置相互分离的横向导臂以代替不承载的上横梁4,从而将支承件5和6保持在车辆横向的位置。

Claims (2)

1.一种无轨道约束的转弯倾斜的车辆的轴组件,具有
一个可围绕车辆的车架或车体(100)的下中纵轴(1)转动的下双臂横梁(2),其带有一个设置在车辆右侧的臂和一个设置在车辆左侧的臂;
一个可围绕车辆的车架或车体(100)的上中纵轴(3)转动的上双臂横梁(4),其带有一个设置在车辆右侧的臂和一个设置在车辆左侧的臂;
一个在车辆右侧铰接到横梁(2,4)的右臂的自由端的右支承件(5);
一个在车辆左侧铰接到横梁(2,4)的左臂的自由端的左支承件(6);
一个在右支承件(5)上的、右轮的可弹簧施压的轮悬挂装置(7);
一个在左支承件(6)上的、左轮的可弹簧施压的轮悬挂装置(8)。
2.根据权利要求1的轴组件,其特征在于,
作为轮悬挂装置(7,8),各设置一个可围绕右或左支承件(5,6)的横轴转动、弹性地支承在各支承件上的平衡杆(9,10)。
