Abstract

含过氧化物酶的戒毒药品，重量份数过氧化物酶GPS(5－40)、超氧化物歧化酶SOD(20－50)、过氧化物氢酶CAT(5－20)，分子量32000以下；纳米级分子量200－50。涉及戒毒药品及其用途，特别是一种含过氧化物酶的戒毒药品及其用途，是以植物玉米(谷物)或大豆(豆类)为原料制备，应用于戒毒领域的技术，明显改善氧胁迫状态，全面缓解戒断症状，成为一种新的戒毒药，用于解毒和戒毒，治疗海洛因中毒。其构思新颖，设计合理，提供了一种安全、有效、简便、价廉和长久的戒毒方法和药品，满足人类健康之需求。适当剂量过氧化物酶即可明显改善氧胁迫状态，全面缓解戒断症状，有希望发展成为一种新的戒毒药，是在海洛因戒断中口服、舌下、肌肉注射、皮下注射、腹腔注射和静脉注射的应用。
