背景技术
在WO 03/033316 A1中公开了一种具有无铰链刮水片的刮水器，该刮水片具有一个用于刮水臂的刮水杆的铰链接头，其中所述刮水臂具有钩形端部。铰链接头包括一个连接机构，该连接机构借助于夹紧爪固定在刮水片的支承件上。连接机构具有一个铰链轴，该铰链轴固定在其两个侧壁中，并且适配体借助于一个朝刮水片敞开的套筒可回转地支承在该铰链轴上。
刮水杆的钩形端部从前面推到适配体上，并且然后以弧形部分的内侧面紧贴在敞开的套筒的圆周上凸形的接触面上，而以其上支腿的内表面紧贴在适配体的支承面上。钩形端部和适配体之间的侧向导引通过适配体的侧颊实现，适配体的侧颊伸出接触面和支承面。钩形端部借助于定位横档与适配体锁紧，所述定位横档在前面区域中布置在适配体的侧颊的延长部分上，并且在安装期间向外弹性变形。在安装好的状态下，定位横档重新占据其初始位置，并阻止钩形端部在工作中与适配体松脱。
为了避免定位横档由于刮水片短时间的峰值负荷而过压设置了一个罩，该罩构成了连接机构的前面区域，并且与该连接机构可拆卸地连接。罩的内接触面避免定位横档向外变形并由此过压。连接机构的侧壁在侧面盖住适配体以及刮水杆的钩形端部，并且在罩的区域中相应开槽。一个侧壁在面向罩的端面上具有一个轴承元件，该轴承元件的轴承轴线基本上垂直于汽车风挡玻璃延伸，并且该轴承元件与罩上的一个轴承元件共同作用。所述轴承元件中的其中一个具有敞开的套筒的造型，并且可以与另一个辊子形的轴承元件夹紧在一起。由此罩可以绕着轴承轴线回转。为了将罩固定在连接机构上，该连接机构在与轴承元件对置的一侧具有定位元件，这些定位元件与连接机构上的定位元件共同作用，并且保证了罩的闭合位置。
发明内容
根据本发明，覆盖罩具有一个可以打开并且可以闭合的盖，该盖在其盖壁中具有一个开口，刮水臂通过该开口可以与适配体连接。由此简化了安装，并且保证了刮水臂可靠地连接在刮水片上。
覆盖罩最好包括连接机构，并且通过该连接机构夹紧，其中盖在其内侧面上具有界限面。通过上述开口在盖的打开位置中将刮水臂的钩形端部安装在适配体上。然后在盖的闭合位置中，钩形端部在其安装位置中固定在适配体上。最好由界限接片构成的界限面可以直接作用在钩形端部的外轮廓上，也就是不依赖于弹性变形的定位横档，该定位横档可以另外设置，也可以取消，其中界限接片在前壁的区域中在盖的内侧面上突出。因为覆盖罩包括连接机构，并且在其侧壁和/或后壁上最好通过导向肋或支承肋进行支承，锁紧力就通过界限面、盖以及连接罩作用在连接机构上，而不必对适配体在铰链栓上的支承加载，从而铰接功能不会受到沿刮水片纵向作用的力的影响。
盖基本上可以任意地与覆盖罩连接。盖最好在指向刮水片的驱动侧端部的覆盖罩后壁区域内可回转地支承在覆盖罩上。为了将盖固定在闭合位置中，盖在其前壁的区域中具有至少一个定位销，该定位销在闭合位置中嵌合在覆盖罩上的定位开口中。定位连接不会由于沿刮水片的纵向的力而打开。
为了将盖支承在覆盖罩后壁区域中，要么盖要么覆盖罩具有至少一个敞开的套筒，该套筒与辊子形的、在圆周上削平的轴承元件相互作用，使得敞开的套筒在盖完全打开的位置中可以套在轴承元件的削平部分上，而在盖半打开或者闭合的位置中，套筒保持在轴承元件上。在准备就绪的状态下，铰链连接的外表面更多地由具有盖的覆盖罩确定，其中这些部件齐平地以较小缝隙或间隙相互均匀连接。由此产生视觉上令人喜欢的设计，这种设计由于其紧凑的形式即使在行驶期间也提供了流动技术上的优点。

具体实施方式
刮水片18和具有钩形端部12(图8)的刮水杆10之间的铰链连接包括一个具有一个盖50(图1)的覆盖罩26、一个适配体66(图2)以及一个连接机构84(图3)。刮水杆10是刮水臂的组成部分，并且可以与刮水臂未示出的铰接件一体构成。
覆盖罩26具有两个基本上相对于纵向中平面对称地构造的侧壁28，侧壁28通过后侧的后壁30以及前侧上的牵条36相互连接在一起。由侧壁28构成的空腔34可以由盖50向上部分闭合。盖50在后壁30的区域内在侧壁56的延长部分中在每一侧都具有一个敞开的套筒52，套筒在打开位置(图1)中可以以其开口54推到形状为辊子形轴颈46的轴承元件46上，该轴颈在其圆周上具有相应于开口54构造的削平部分48。通过将盖50回转到半闭合或者完全闭合的位置(图4)，套筒52和轴颈46就相互卡锁。在盖50闭合的位置中，盖50的对置内侧面上的定位销62就卡入牵条36区域内覆盖罩26侧壁28上相应的定位开口40中。为了在牵条36的区域内对盖50进行导向，在侧面在牵条36上设置了导向销38。
适配体66具有两个平行延伸的侧颊68，其通过一个朝着刮水片18敞开的套筒78连接在一起。楔形向外扩展的开口用80表示。在敞开的套筒78的外圆周上，该适配体66具有一个用于刮水杆10的钩形端部12的、形状为凸形接触面72的固定面72以及一个用于钩形端部12的上支腿14内侧面的、形状为支承面70的固定面70。在侧面，钩形端部1 2通过侧颊68伸出支承面70和接触面72的部分导引。在前面，适配体66在侧颊68的延长部分中具有侧翼74，在该侧翼上设置了内定位横档76。在安装钩形端部12时，侧翼74向外弹性变形，从而钩形端部12可以通过定位横档76。在安装结束后，侧翼74重新占据其初始位置，其中定位横档76确保了钩形端部12的安装位置。在侧颊68的外侧面上，适配体66具有滑行面82或者相应的肋。
连接机构84沿刮水片18的纵向具有一个细长的底部88，在该底部上在每一纵向侧上都相互间隔开地成型了两个夹紧爪86。在夹紧爪86之间设置了两个平行延伸的侧壁90，其远离刮水片18指向，并且在这两个侧壁之间设置了一个铰链轴96。该连接机构84对于刮水片18驱动侧的端部具有后侧壁92，后侧壁在其后端面上分别具有一个向内成型的边缘94，该边缘是驱动侧的界限。连接机构84可以由钢板借助于无应力造型通过冲压、弯曲、压铸、深拉伸或者类似工艺制造，或者由塑料以注塑方法制造。
图1至图3基本上示出了安装顺序。首先将盖50和覆盖罩26合在一起，方法是将敞开的套筒52推到轴颈46上。然后将盖50闭合，其中定位销62卡入定位开口40中。预安装组在图4中示出。闭合位置表明，盖的侧壁56以微小的缝隙连接在覆盖罩26的侧壁28上。覆盖罩26的顶壁32在后壁30的区域内位于与盖50的顶壁33相同的平面内，其中该平面比盖50的前面部分的上部轮廓更靠近刮水条22延伸。盖50具有一个前壁58，空腔34利用该前壁向前盖住。在前壁58中可以为扰流板20设置一个连接型材60。
在第二安装步骤中，将连接机构84和适配体66组合在一起，并且借助于夹紧爪86固定在刮水片18的支承件24上。接着将具有盖50的覆盖罩26套到连接机构84上，其中覆盖罩26通过导向肋42支承在侧壁90、92、94上。覆盖罩26以内部的、不可见的定位横档卡锁在侧壁90、92上的凹口和/或深凹98、100上。
为了将刮水片18安装到刮水臂的刮水杆10上，打开盖50，并将钩形端部12沿着刮水片18的纵向插过盖50的开口44。一旦钩形端部12的下支腿16通过适配体66的接触面72，朝上支腿14的方向推动刮水片18，直到支承面70贴靠在上支腿14的内侧面上。然后将刮水片18朝着钩形端部12的弧形部分的方向推动，直到内表面贴靠在适配体66的接触面72上。在进行该运动时，将具有定位横档76的侧翼74事先弹性向外挤压，从而可以通过钩形端部12。在最终位置中，定位横档76重新占据其初始位置，从而定位横档可以将钩形端部12保持在接触面72上(图7)。在盖50闭合时，形状为界限接片64的界限面64贴靠在钩形端部12弧形部分的外轮廓上，由此钩形端部12可以不依赖于定位横档76地保持在接触面72上。界限接片64是盖50的组成部分，并且一部分伸入覆盖罩26的空腔34中，使得其可以满足所述功能。图8示出了闭合的铰链连接均匀地连接在刮水片18上，并且满足所有有利于流动的设计的要求。

Claims (6)

4.按权利要求3所述的刮水片(18)，其特征在于：或者盖(50)或者覆盖罩(26)在后侧(30)的区域内具有至少一个敞开的套筒(52)，其与辊子形的、在圆周上削平的轴承元件(46)相互作用，使得敞开的套筒(52)在盖(50)完全打开的位置中可以套在轴承元件(46)的削平部分(48)上，而在盖(50)半打开或者闭合位置中，套筒(52)保持在轴承元件(46)上。
