Abstract

本发明涉及聚丙烯发泡技术。针对现有技术所使用聚氯乙烯是不可降解材料,对环境有一定污染,耐热性差,生产成本高等不足,而提出一种制造方法简单,符合环保要求的可降解、物理耐热性高,成本低的聚丙烯发泡片材制造方法。所采用技术方案是,将聚丙烯发泡料投入挤塑机的料斗内,挤塑机的温度升到100℃-280℃,使聚丙烯发泡料熔炼,启动挤塑机的螺杆旋转,挤出聚丙烯发泡料从T型头口模挤出,再经挤板机组辊压成片状材,切成一定规格,即成成品。

聚丙烯发泡片材制造方法
一、技术领域
本发明涉及一种发泡片材的制造,特别是涉及一种聚丙烯发泡片材制造方法。
二、背景技术
在专利申请号为00128789.3,公开了“一种聚氯乙烯发泡仿木门片的制造方法”专利技术,所采用聚氯乙烯是一种不可降解的化工材料,对环境有一定污染,在物理耐热性差,只有65℃,不能做100℃以上热变形温度的产品,其生产成本较高等不足之处。而采用聚氨脂材料的仍然存在上述不足之处。
三、发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种制造方法简单,符合环保要求的可降解、物理耐热性高、生产成本低的聚丙烯发泡片材制造方法。
本发明的目的所采用技术方案是,其制造方法步聚如下:
含有均聚聚丙烯、碳酸硅、AC发泡剂,按重量比分别为70-80、10-20、10-15的聚丙烯发泡料,投入挤塑机的料斗内,将挤塑机的温度升到100℃-280℃,使聚丙烯发泡料熔炼,启动挤塑机的螺杆旋转,使熔炼的聚丙烯发泡料从机内向100℃-280℃的T型头口模挤出,挤出已发泡的聚丙烯发泡料流向挤板机组两辊筒缝楔中去,经辊压成片状材,自然冷却到室温后,按需要切成一定规格片材,即成成品。

本发明,挤塑机采用双螺杆。
本发明制造方法简单,操作筛便,所生产的片材,质轻、隔热、隔音、缓冲、比强度高、成本低,且具有降解性能,利於环保的聚丙烯发泡片材。可广泛地作为包装、热绝缘、汽车摩托车零部件、建筑等领域材料使用。
四、具体实施方式
下面结合实施例进一步说明本发明。
含有均聚聚丙烯、纳米级碳酸硅、AC发泡剂偶氮二甲酰胺,按重量比分别为80、10、10的聚丙烯发泡料,投入Φ90挤塑机的料斗内,将Φ90挤塑机的温度升到100℃,使聚丙烯发泡料熔炼,启动挤塑机的双螺杆旋转,使熔炼的聚丙烯发泡料从机内,向100℃的T型头口模挤出,挤出已发泡的聚丙烯发泡料流向挤板机组两辊筒2mm缝楔中去,经辊压成片状材,自然冷却到室温,切成1.5米×1米规格,即成聚丙烯发泡片材成品。

1、一种聚丙烯发泡片材制造方法,其特征是制造方法步骤如下:
含有均聚聚丙烯、碳酸硅、AC发泡剂,按重量比分别为70-80、10-20、10-15的聚丙烯发泡料,投入挤塑机的料斗内,将挤塑机的温度升到100℃-280℃,使聚丙烯发泡料熔炼,启动挤塑机的螺杆旋转,使熔炼的聚丙烯发泡料从机内向100℃-280℃的T型头口模挤出,挤出已发泡的聚丙烯发泡料流向挤板机组两辊筒缝楔中去,经辊压成片状材,自然冷却到室温后,按需要切成一定规格片材,即成成品。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种聚丙烯发泡片材制造方法,其特征是挤塑机采用单螺杆。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种聚丙烯发泡片材制造方法,其特征是挤塑机采用双螺杆。
