Description

本发明涉及将已知化合物4-[[[(3-甲氧基-4,5-二氢-4-甲基-5-氧基-1H-1,2,4-三唑-1-基)-羰基]-氨基]-磺酰基]-5-甲基噻吩基-3-羧酸甲酯(别名:5-甲氧基-4-甲基-2-[(4-甲氧羰基-2-甲基噻吩-3-基)磺酰基氨基羰基]-2,4-二氢-3H-1,2,4-三唑-3-酮;“式(I)化合物”)及其盐,尤其是其钠盐选择性控制有用作物中的阿披拉草属杂草,尤其是控制谷类和玉米作物中的这类杂草的用途。

本发明主题是式(I)的5-甲氧基-4-甲基-2-[(4-甲氧羰基-2-甲基噻吩-3-基)-磺酰基氨基羰基]-2,4-二氢-3H-1,2,4-三唑-3-酮化合物和/或其盐用于选择性控制有用作物,尤其是谷类作物例如小麦作物或玉米作物中的阿披拉草属杂草的用途:

本发明进一步提供一种选择性控制有用作物中,尤其是谷类作物,特别是例如小麦作物或玉米作物中的阿披拉草属杂草的方法,该方法包括将式(I)化合物和/或其盐与表面活性剂和/或常规增容剂一起施用于有用作物,例如谷类作物或玉米作物中。
式(I)化合物是已知的(参见WO 01/05788)。

如下属的单子叶杂草:稗属(Echinochloa),狗尾草属(Setaria),黍属(Panicum),马唐属(Digitaria),梯牧草属(Phleum),早熟禾属(Poa),羊茅属(Festuca),牛筋草属(Eleusine),臂形草属(Brachiaria),黑麦草属(Lolium),雀麦属(Bromus),燕麦属(Avena),莎草属(Cyperus),高梁属(Sorghum),冰草属(Agropyron),狗牙根属(Cynodon),雨久花属(Monochoria),飘拂草属(Fimbristylis),慈姑属(Sagittaria),荸荠属(Eleocharis),藨草属(Scirpus),雀稗属(Paspalum),鸭嘴草属(Ischaemum),尖瓣花属(Sphenoclea),龙爪茅属(Dactyloctenium),剪股颖属(Agrostis),看麦娘属(Alopecurus),山羊草属(Aegilops),虉草属(Phalaris)。
式(I)化合物及其盐的用途不限于上述植物,然而也可以同样地扩至其它植物。
当施用至土壤和土壤上的植物部分时,式(I)化合物及其盐显示了强除草活性和广谱作用。其适用于在单子叶作物,尤其是谷类,特别是小麦和玉米作物中苗前和苗后选择性控制单子叶和双子叶杂草。
通过向含有式(I)化合物的除草组合物加入安全剂可以提高作物的耐受性。
下组化合物是尤其适宜的安全剂:
1)二氯苯基吡唑啉-3-羧酸类化合物,优选化合物例如描述于WO91/07874中的1-(2,4-二氯苯基)-5-(乙氧羰基)-5-甲基-2-吡唑啉-3-羧酸乙酯(S1-1)(“吡咯二酸二乙酯”,已知于British CropProtection Council的e-Pesticide Manual(农药手册),2002-2003,第12版,编者C.D.S.Tomlin=“e-PM”),以及相关化合物。
2)二氯苯基吡唑羧酸衍生物,优选化合物例如EP-A-333 131和EP-A-269 806中所描述的1-(2,4-二氯苯基)-5-甲基吡唑-3-羧酸乙酯(S1-2)、1-(2,4-二氯苯基)-5-异丙基吡唑-3-羧酸乙酯(S1-3)、1-(2,4-二氯苯基)-5-(1,1-二甲基乙基)吡唑-3-羧酸乙酯(S1-4)、1-(2,4-二氯苯基)-5-苯基吡唑-3-羧酸乙酯(S1-5),以及相关化合物。
3)三唑羧酸类化合物,优选化合物例如解草唑,即1-(2,4-二氯苯基)-5-三氯甲基-(1H)-1,2,4-三唑-3-羧酸乙酯(S1-6,解草唑乙酯,已知于e-PM)以及相关化合物(参见EP-A-174 562和EP-A-346620)。
4)5-苄基-或5-苯基-2-异唑啉-3-羧酸类或5,5-二苯基-2-异唑啉-3-羧酸化合物,优选化合物例如描述于WO 91/08202中的5-(2,4-二氯苄基)-2-异唑啉-3-羧酸乙酯(S1-7)或5-苯基-2-异唑啉-3-羧酸酯(S1-8)以及相关化合物,或描述于专利申请WO-A-95/07897中的5,5-二苯基-2-异唑啉羧酸乙酯(S1-9,双苯羧酸乙酯)或正丙酯(S1-10),或5-(4-氟苯基)-5-苯基-2-异唑啉-3-羧酸乙酯(S1-11)。
5)8-喹啉氧基乙酸类化合物(S2),优选化合物例如描述于EP-A-86 750、EP-A-94 349和EP-A-191 736或EP-A-O 492 366中的1-甲基己-1-基(5-氯-8-喹啉氧基)乙酸酯(S2-1,解草酯,已知于e-PM),
1,3-二甲基丁-1-基(5-氯-8-喹啉氧基)乙酸酯(S2-2),
4-烯丙氧基丁基(5-氯-8-喹啉氧基)乙酸酯(S2-3),

6)(5-氯-8-喹啉氧)丙二酸类化合物,优选化合物例如描述于EP-A-0 582 198中的(5-氯-8-喹啉氧基)丙二酸二乙酯、(5-氯-8-喹啉氧基)丙二酸二烯丙酯、(5-氯-8-喹啉氧基)丙二酸甲基乙基酯以及相关化合物。

本说明书同样提供并非先前特定所述WO 03/026427的主题并且包含由式(I)化合物和该说明书中所述安全剂之一所组成的活性物质组合的除草组合物。其尤其适用于选择性控制谷类和玉米作物中的杂草。
现已出人意外地发现多种已知的安全剂或解毒剂能对抗除草剂对作物的损害作用,特别是上述某些特定的安全剂适用于几乎完全消除视需要与一种或多种下列已知除草共组分相组合的式(I)活性成分及其盐对作物的损害作用,并且同时对杂草的除草活性无不利影响。

当与来自不同化合物类的已知除草化合物一起施用时,值得注意的是式(I)化合物与共组分的组合显示了控制杂草的显著增效作用和/或显著提高了作物的耐受性,并且可以作为广谱组合产品尤其有利地用于选择性控制有用作物中的杂草,例如棉花、大麦、玉米、马铃薯、水稻、大豆、向日葵、小麦和甘蔗中,尤其是小麦和玉米中。
出人意外地,由式(I)化合物和所列共组分组成的本发明活性成分组合的除草活性显著高于单个活性成分作用之和。
因此,存在不可预见的增效作用并且不仅仅是补充作用。该活性成分组合在多种作物中良好耐受,并且还对其它难于控制的杂草提供有效的控制作用。因此,该新的活性化合物组合物是颇有价值的除草剂。
本发明的活性成分组合的增效作用在某一浓度比例下尤其显著。尽管如此,其仍能在相对宽的范围内改变活性成分组合中的活性成分的重量比。通常来说,对于1重量份的式(I)活性成分来说,优选0.05至100重量份的共组分。尤其优选的混合物含有0.1至10重量份的共组分相对于1重量份的式(I)活性成分。
只要活性成分组合的除草作用大于所施用的各活性成分的除草作用,则该除草剂存在增效作用。

最应强调的是A+Pinoxaden或A=Pinoxaden+喹氧乙酸异庚酯的组合。由含有化合物A和Pinoxaden组成的活性成分组合以及视需要的安全剂喹氧乙酸异庚酯组成的除草组合物尤其适用于本发明的方法中,并且还用于控制阿披拉草属杂草。
由于该组合物未详细描述于WO 03/026426中,因此含有上述活性成分组合的所有除草组合物同样地由本说明书来提供。
上述具体所列出的活性成分组合中的活性成分可以在播种前、苗前(播种后)、苗后(1-2叶期)、苗后(2-4叶期)以及苗后(6叶期)以组合形式(例如以桶混物),或顺序使用,从而获得例如如下的常规施用方案:

如上所述,可以将本发明的式(I)化合物以及与除草共组分和/或安全剂的上述组合产品用于处理所有的植物及其部分。在一个优选的实施方案中,将野生植物品种和植物栽培品种,或通过常规的生物育种方法如杂交或原生质体融合得到的植物品种及其部分进行处理。在另一个优选的实施方案中,处理通过基因工程方法,视需要常规方法相结合(基因修饰生物体)得到的转基因植物和植物栽培品种及其植物部分。术语“部分”或“植物的部分”或“植物部分”在上面已作过解释。
按照本发明,特别优选处理在具体情形下市售可得的或在使用的植物品种的植物。植物品种应理解为表示具有所定义的特征(“特性”),并且已通过常规育种、通过诱变或通过重组DNA技术获得的植物。它们可以是品种型、生物属型或基因型。
根据植物种类或植物栽培品种、它们的栖息地和生长条件(土壤、气候、植物生长期、营养),按照本发明的处理还可导致超加和的(“增效”)作用。因此,例如可达到减少用量和/或拓宽活性谱和/或提高本发明所用化合物和与其它活性农业化学成分相组合的组合物的活性、改善作物生长、增强对高或低温的耐受性、增强作物对旱灾或水灾和土壤盐量的耐受性、增加开花性能、易于收获、加速成熟、提高收获量、提高收获产品的品质和/或提高产品的营养价值、提高产品的储存稳定性和/或可加工性,这些超出了实际所期望的效果。
本发明优选进行处理的转基因植物或植物品种(即通过基因工程得到的)包括通过基因材料的基因工程修饰得到的所有植物,所述基因修饰赋予这些植物特别有利的有用性能(“特性”)。这种特性的例子是较好的植物生长、增强对高或低温的耐受性、增强对旱灾或水灾或土壤盐量的耐受性、增加开花性能、易于收获、加速成熟、较高的收获产量、收获产品较好的质量和/或较高的营养价值、收获产品较好的储存稳定性和/或可加工性。进一步和特别强调的所述特性的例子是提高植物对动物和微生物的害虫,如昆虫、螨、植物病原真菌、细菌和/或病毒的抵御性,以及提高植物对某些除草活性物质的耐受性。可提及的转基因植物的例子是重要的农作物,如谷类农作物(小麦、稻)、玉米、大豆、马铃薯、棉花、烟草、油菜和水果植物(苹果、梨、柑橘和葡萄),特别强调的是玉米、大豆、马铃薯、棉花、烟草和油菜。特别强调的特性是通过在植物中产生的毒素,特别是通过来自苏云金杆菌(Bacillus Thuringiensis)的基因物质(例如通过基因CryIA(a)、CryIA(b)、CryIA(c)、CryIIA、CryIIIA、CryIIIB2、Cry9c、Cry2Ab、Cry3Bb和CryIF及它们的联合)(下文称作“Bt植物”)在植物中产生的那些增强植物抗昆虫的性能。还特别需要强调的特性是提高通过系统获得的抗性(SAR)、系统素(Systemin)、植物抗毒素、Elicitoren和抗性基因以及相应表达的蛋白和毒素来抗真菌、细菌和毒素的植物防护作用。此外,特别强调的特性是植物对某些除草活性化合物,如咪唑啉酮类、磺酰脲类、草甘膦类或膦基麦黄酮(例如“PAT”基因)的增强的耐受性。给予所需性能的基因也可以在转基因植物中相互联合存在。可提及的“Bt植物”的例子是以商品名YIELD GARD(例如玉米、棉花、大豆)、KnockOut(例如玉米)、StarLink(例如玉米)、Bollgard(棉花)、Nucotn(棉花)和Newleaf(马铃薯)出售的玉米品种、棉花品种、大豆品种和马铃薯品种。可提及的耐受除草剂的植物是以商品名Roundup Ready(耐受草甘膦,例如玉米、棉花、大豆)、Liberty Link(耐受膦基麦黄酮,例如油菜籽油菜)、IMI(耐受咪唑啉酮类)和STS(耐受磺酰脲类,例如玉米)出售的玉米品种、棉花品种、大豆品种。可提及的抗除草剂的植物(通常用于除草剂耐受育种)包括以商品名Clearfield(例如玉米)出售的品种。应理解的是这些叙述也适用于具有所述特性或将来还要改良的基因特性的将来开发的植物和/或将来投放市场的植物品种。
所列的植物可以以特别有利的方式用式(I)化合物进行处理,对杂草的有效控制进一步伴随着上述对转基因植物或植物栽培品种的增效作用。对于活性成分和/或混合物来说,上述优选范围也适用于处理这些植物。特别强调的是用本文中特别提及的化合物和/或混合物处理植物。
式(I)化合物和含有该化合物的混合物可以转换成常规制剂,例如溶液、乳液、可湿性粉剂、悬浮剂、粉剂、粉尘、糊剂、可溶性粉剂、颗粒剂、悬乳剂、用活性成分浸透的天然材料、用活性成分浸透的合成材料、以及以聚合材料形式的微胶囊剂。
这些制剂通常通过例如将活性成分与增容剂,即液体溶剂和/或固体载体,视需要与表面活性剂即乳化剂和/或分散剂,和/或起泡剂相混合制得。
若所使用的增容剂包括水,则也可以使用有机溶剂作为助溶剂。适宜的液体溶剂基本上包括如下化合物:芳烃例如二甲苯、甲苯或烷基萘,氯化芳烃化合物如氯苯,氯化脂肪族烃化合物例如氯乙烯或二氯甲烷,脂肪族烃如环己烷,或石蜡,石油馏分,矿物油和植物油,醇类如丁醇或乙二醇及其醚和酯,酮类如丙酮、甲基乙基酮、甲基异丁基酮或环己酮,强极性溶剂如二甲基甲酰胺和二甲亚砜,以及水。
适宜的固体载体包括如下化合物:例如铵盐和天然石粉,例如高岭土、粘土、滑石、白垩、石英、硅镁土、蒙脱土或硅藻土,以及合成石粉,例如高分散的氧化硅、氧化铝和硅酸盐;适用于颗粒的固体载体为:例如碾碎的或分级的天然矿石如方解石、大理石、浮石、海泡石和白云石,以及有机和无机细粉状的合成颗粒,以及有机材料颗粒如锯屑、椰子壳、玉米芯和烟草杆;适宜的乳化剂和/或起泡剂为:例如非离子和阴离子乳化剂如聚氧乙烯脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚,例如烷基芳基聚乙二醇醚、烷基磺酸酯、烷基硫酸酯、芳基磺酸酯以及蛋白质水解产物;适宜的分散剂为:例如木质素-亚硫酸盐废液和甲基纤维素。
在制剂中可以使用粘合剂例如羧甲基纤维素,以及以粉末、颗粒或胶乳状的天然和合成的聚合物,例如阿拉伯树胶、聚乙烯醇或聚乙酸乙烯酯,或其它的天然磷脂如脑磷脂或卵磷脂,以及合成磷脂。其它的添加剂可以为矿物油和植物油。
可以使用着色剂如无机颜料,例如氧化铁、氧化钛、普鲁士蓝(Ferrocyanblau),以及有机染料如茜素染料、偶氮染料或金属酞花青染料,以及微量营养素如铁盐、锰盐、硼盐、铜盐、钴盐、钼盐或锌盐。
该制剂通常包含介于0.1和95重量%之间的活性物质,优选介于0.5和90%之间。
式(I)化合物及其盐可以以其制剂或通过进一步稀释该制剂所制得的使用形式来施用,例如即刻可用的溶液、悬浮剂、乳液、粉剂、糊剂和颗粒剂。其可以通过常规方法进行施用,例如通过浇注、喷雾、弥雾、喷粉或撒播。
式(I)化合物及其盐可以在植物出苗前和出苗后施用。其也可以在播种前混入土壤中。
所使用的活性成分的量可以在相对宽的范围内变化。这实质上取决于所需作用的本质。该施用量通常介于1g(有效8g)和125g式(I)活性成分/公顷土壤表面,优选介于2g和60g/公顷之间,更优选介于10g和30g/公顷之间。有创造性的最优选施用量未10g至15g/公顷。
以某一浓度比率加入可以用于本发明方法中的安全剂,作物耐受活性成分组合的尤其有利作用特别显著。然而,式(I)化合物与安全剂的重量比可以在相对宽的范围内变化。该重量比优选为1至25重量份的安全剂和更优选3至6重量份的安全剂/重量份的式(I)活性成分。
通过如下实施例来说明式(I)化合物及其盐的用途。
应用实施例:
A.苗后试验/大田
在德国和波兰,于大田条件下的冬小麦中,测试式(I)化合物控制经济重要性杂草阿披拉草(Apera spica-venti)的作用。在所使用的农业耕地上建立小区试验,并且通过调查认为其栽培条件和气候在一定时期内具有代表性。择优选择具有特别高的杂草种群的区域。
通过喷雾中等大小的液滴,将活性成分苗后(春天)施用至整个区域。通过以10WP(10%w/w水分散粉剂)配制活性成分,与以15WG(15%w/w的水分散粒剂)的安全剂吡咯二酸二乙酯并与作为添加剂的烷基醚硫酸酯相混合来制得活性成分的适宜制剂,并且用常规量的水施用。
为了评价作物耐受性,待处理1至7周后,相比未处理对照的发育来说,以损害%来评定植物生长抑制作用或叶片面积减轻作用。待处理一定时间后,相比未处理对照来说,基于杂草发育以减少%来评价除草活性。对此:
0%=对作物无损害或无除草作用,
100%=分别完全毁灭作物或杂草。
所进行的试验显示式(I)化合物尤其有效地控制谷类中的阿披拉草一年生品种。
