技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械领域。具体而言,本发明涉及为使用过的并要求提供保护以防止个人被刺伤而增加发炎风险的“锋利刃”如针和金属丝提供保护。因此,本发明的特征可以是“针套”,但其目的是能等同应用于任何与针或金属丝相同类别的需要保护的尖锐的装置。
背景技术
美国专利6,280,419描述了一种针套装置,当针尖缩回到该保护装置内部的封闭容积或者腔室内时,该装置与针自动接合。该针套内与针接合的机构是根据斜板进行工作的,该斜板上具有能让针杆从中穿过的孔。在使用针套之前,具有孔的斜板的方向与针杆的轴线正交,在针杆与孔周之间存在紧密的滑动配合。当针尖缩回到针套内时,斜板通过弹簧的作用从其相对于针杆的正交方向“倾斜”或者旋转。由于针杆与斜板中的孔之间的紧密的滑动配合,孔的周边边缘将与针的表面强制接合,从而防止针沿着将使斜板进一步倾斜的方向进一步缩回。
在美国专利6,280,419的针套设计中,斜板的作用是保持针杆以防止针杆通过针套腔室进一步缩回。由于针尖的缩回经过传感臂的支翼上的开口,针在锁止动作开始之前经过该开口,所以上述的倾斜动作在针尖已经缩回到腔室内时发生,并且连接到斜板上的传感臂能够移动其位置。
在这篇参考专利的具体设计中,提供了金属丝,该金属丝经过针芯和针套体。在针套和针缩回时,它们沿着金属丝滑动。为了允许这种运动在针尖已经进入到针套的腔室内之后能够继续,传感臂的支翼上的开口为狭槽形式。狭槽的底部足够大,以允许针杆在使用针套之前通过。底部上方的狭槽具有缩小的宽度,足以让金属丝通过,但同时要足够窄以便在针尖已经从传感臂的支翼上的孔中缩回时防止针尖从针套中重新露出。在该设计中,通过传感臂的支翼上的、限定狭槽的边缘的侧面防止针的重新露出。这些侧面保持在针尖将会经过的路径上,如果针尖要从针套中重新露出的话。
用于防止针尖从针套中重新露出的该系统关键要依赖于针的侧壁与传感板的锁紧支翼中的狭槽的侧面之间的接合。当针壁具有相对较小的宽度时,用于防止针尖重新露出的这种方法不能提供最大的可靠性。
本发明提供一种用于防止针尖重新露出的系统,该系统与上述系统相比可以替换使用或者可能会更加可靠。
下面将首先描述本发明的一般形式,然后将参考后面的附图针对具体的实施方式对其应用进行详细描述。这些实施方式的目的是演示本发明的原理及其应用方式。本发明的最宽、最具体的形式将在每个权利要求中作进一步的描述和限定,这些权利要求推断出说明书。
发明内容
本发明的一个方面涉及针套,该针套具有针从中伸出的容纳外壳。在外壳内的腔室中,具有斜板,该斜板具有开口如孔,针穿过该开口伸出,该孔具有通过在针周围提供紧密滑动配合的第一和第二周边边缘所界定的内表面。传感臂形式的对准装置接合到斜板上,在针尖从容纳外壳中伸出时,用于对准周边与针滑动接合。弹性推压装置在外壳和传感臂之间动作,在针尖缩回到容纳外壳中时使斜板相对于针旋转。该旋转在针尖经过传感臂上的传感支翼缩回时发生,该传感支翼作为选择可以包括狭槽、孔或者其它开口。斜板的倾斜导致在斜板的孔处界定的第一和第二周边边缘与针杆的表面锁紧接合。
斜板在腔室内对准,用于在连接到斜板上的第一和第二压力点与设置在容纳外壳的腔室内的第一和第二支撑装置之间连接。第一压力点定位成在针尖缩回到针套腔室中时与第一支撑装置接合,该接合影响斜板的倾斜度,在针尖位于针套中时阻止针进一步缩回。第二压力点定位成在斜板处于倾斜方向时与第二支撑装置接合,由此在任何试图使针尖从针套中重新露出时,第二压力点和第二支撑装置之间的接触趋向于旋转斜板,从而使周边边缘与针杆表面进一步接合。
因此,一旦斜板相对于针旋转,则针在相对于容纳外壳的任何方向的前进都会导致通过支撑装置对压力点施加压力,以影响周边与针表面的锁紧接合。结果是将针尖锁紧容纳在容纳外壳内而使得针不会缩回或者针不会重新露出。
传感臂连接到斜板上,用作斜板的对准装置。这些部件一致旋转。从斜板延伸的传感臂包括支翼,在针尖从容纳外壳中伸出时,该支翼通过孔、狭槽或拨爪支撑针或针杆的侧面。只要传感臂上的支翼支撑针杆,斜板就不会相对于针旋转。在针尖经过传感器上的该支翼缩回时,该支翼、传感臂以及相连的斜板都可以自由旋转,允许斜板处在倾斜方向,允许针套与针锁紧接合。
传感臂上的支翼可以为传感臂延伸的形式,包括具有孔或狭槽的板,该孔或狭槽的位置和尺寸被设计成在针缩回到针套中之前,通过该孔或狭槽接收针。或者,其可以简单地包括一个拨爪,只要拨爪支撑针杆,该拨爪就能防止支翼和传感臂移动。
作为防止针从针套中重新露出的补充保护,支翼的阻挡部分可以在其中的孔或狭槽的下部延伸,这种阻挡部分在斜板位于锁紧方向时停留在针的移动路径上。
通过进一步变化本发明,可替换的补充的重新露出阻挡器可以设置在独立推压的支撑件上,该阻挡器带有传感面,该独立的支撑件由容纳外壳支承,优选地位于针的相对于锁紧板的传感臂的相反侧。当针尖经过独立的阻挡器的传感面被拉出时,推压的支撑件迫使重新露出阻挡器进入到针的路径上,从而防止针重新露出。
根据本发明的针套可以在存在或者不存在穿过针芯的金属丝的情况下进行使用。因此,本发明的针套适合于和Sircom的美国专利5,458,658;5,611,781和5,662,610的设计进行结合,以及和其它依赖于斜板作用的设计进行结合。

具体实施方式
在图1中,容纳外壳1可以圆筒包围带有针尖3的针2,容纳外壳1的内部具有用于提供本发明锁紧机构的金属簧片4。金属簧片4的底端5以紧密的滑动配合的方式位于容纳外壳1的内壁的狭槽S中,允许底端5稍微移动。簧片4的锁板部分6具有开口7,例如孔,针2从中伸出。簧片4和板6可以是单件式金属带。作为替换,锁板部分6可以是点焊在较薄的金属簧片4上的硬质钢板。孔7的尺寸使得当装置处于图1中所示的待用状态时可提供与针2的紧密滑动配合。簧片4延伸有传感臂部分或者带有传感端9的传感臂8。传感臂8可以通过例如通过横截面为“L”形状的凸缘予以加强。
传感装置10从传感端9延伸,钩在针2的下面。传感装置10可以是从传感端9向下延伸的板的下部,板中切割有孔或者狭槽(见图2),或者可以只是在针2的下面延伸的拨爪。
簧片4的弯曲部分11是被弹性加载,推压锁板部分6在图1所示的结构中沿顺时针方向转动。簧片4的弯曲部分11推压锁板部分6进行旋转,因此该部分11能够由较薄的弹簧或者其它类似的金属制造,而锁板部分6则由较厚和较硬的材料制造。
当针尖3经过图2中所示的传感装置10缩回到容纳外壳1的右边时,传感装置10被释放从而在弯曲的弹性加载部分11的作用下顺时针向上转动。传感臂8也向上升起,同样沿顺时针方向转动。外壳1的相邻内壁29可以形成为与传感臂8向上摆动时端部9的移动路径一致。所述向上摆动随之导致锁板6沿顺时针方向转动。因为针2与孔7之间的紧密的滑动配合,锁板6的旋转几乎被立即停止。并且,在簧片4被针2带动时,底端5可以在狭槽6中移动,留下微小间隙SG,如图2中所示。
外壳1内表面上的第一支撑面12接收簧片4的锁板部分6的下端13。针2试图从外壳1中继续缩回(向图3中的右边)将会迫使锁板6进一步沿顺时针方向旋转。由于孔7的相邻边缘与针2的表面接合,因此基本上不会发生实际的旋转,而是锁板6在针2的表面上被紧紧地锁紧就位,从而防止针2从外壳1中进一步缩回。
当针2试图前进以从外壳1中重新露出时,即向图3中所示的左边移动时,正在向上旋转的传感臂8将在外壳1中被带着前进,直到传感臂8的上部14和末端9抵接外壳1内部的第二支撑面15。与此同时,簧片4的底端5可以向间隙SG中移动。任何试图使针2向左进一步前进以便从外壳1中重新露出都将对锁板6的上端16施加力。如前所述,这将迫使锁板6旋转,从而引起与针2的进一步锁紧接合。第二支撑面15优选限定在切口或者凹槽25内,并且可以具有面向端部9的后斜面。并且,狭槽S可以替换地向上打开到外壳1中,如图所示,处于方便性的考虑,仅仅在图3中予以示出,狭槽S的侧壁26(仅示出一个)为定位簧片4提供限制,以保证末端9与支撑面15对齐。
当传感臂8的上部14首先上升到其如图2所示的旋转位置时,它变成与第二支撑面15对齐。切口或者凹槽25可以是圆形槽的形式,符合容纳外壳1的曲率,以方便所需的对准。另外,第一支撑面12可以具有弹性元件17,比如弹性垫或者螺旋弹簧(后者没有图示),用于帮助将底端5在其狭槽内向前移动,以及保持锁板6的旋转推压而与针2接合。
通过图3中所示的运动,传感臂8的上部14和末端9移动到与第二支撑面15相接触,该运动的程度尽可能最小。位于第一支撑面12处的弹性元件17有助于确保锁板13的下端在针的微小前进过程中被带着向前移动,将锁板6保持在其锁紧方向。这进一步确保了锁板6被迫旋转以实现与针2的进一步锁紧接合。在元件17是弹性垫的情况下,垫可以包括弹性聚合物材料。
当图1至图3中所示的针套被锁紧就位以阻止针2的运动时,防止针尖3从外壳1中进一步缩回或者重新露出,可以提供补充的重新露出阻挡器20,如图4和图5所示。该阻挡器通过第二弹簧推压带21提供,该弹簧推压带21的底端位于外壳1内表面上的狭槽22中。在该第二带21的另一端,阻挡板23具有传感端27。
在图4中,传感端27支撑针2的侧面。在图5中,针尖3已经通过传感端27缩回,由此带21的弹簧推压导致重新露出阻挡板23上升到针2的路径中。然后,通过重新露出阻挡板23使针前进而重新露出的任何企图都被阻止。
以这种方式可以为防止针尖3从外壳1中重新露出提供额外的安全性。

Claims (9)
1.一种用于具有针尖和针杆的针的保护装置,所述装置包括:
容纳外壳,其内部接收针的腔室;
位于所述腔室内的斜板,所述斜板具有孔,通过所述孔接收针,所述孔具有通过在针的周围提供紧密滑动配合的第一周边和第二周边界定的内表面;
接合到斜板上的传感臂,在针尖从容纳外壳中伸出时,用于对准所述周边以便与针滑动接合;
弹性推压装置,在外壳、传感臂与斜板之间动作,在针尖缩回到容纳腔室中时,使斜板相对于针旋转;
传感臂上的传感支翼,其在针缩回到容纳腔室中之前与针杆接触,只要传感支翼保持与针杆接触就限制传感臂和斜板旋转,但是一旦传感支翼不再与针杆接触则允许所述旋转;
设置在斜板和传感臂上的第一和第二压力点;
设置在容纳外壳的腔室内部的第一和第二支撑装置;
其中,斜板和传感臂在腔室内对准,用于分别在所述第一和第二压力点与所述第一和第二支撑装置之间接触,第一压力点定位成在针尖缩回到腔室内时与第一支撑装置接合,此接合影响斜板的斜度;第二压力点定位成在斜板位于倾斜方向时与第二支撑装置接合,由此
在任何试图将针从针套中进一步缩回时,斜板的斜度导致在斜板中界定孔的第一和第二周边边缘与针杆的表面处于锁紧接合,以及
