Abstract

Description

电连接装置
本发明涉及一种具有用于插头板的插座板的电连接装置,插座板具有两列相互平行的插座触点,优选地两列用于外部导线的接头通过接触轨与所述插座触点连接,其中插头板具有相应成对并排设置的可插入插座触点中的触针。
本发明的目的是,提供这种类型的连接装置,其中用结构上最简单且费用低廉的制造方法可实现两列并排设置的触针在插座板上的触点接通。
该目的按本发明通过以下措施实现,即每一对插座触点由一接触元件组成,所述接触元件设有总共三个弹性的接触舌簧,其中中间接触舌簧位于两触针之间的区域并且这样地成形,使得形成与两触针互相对置的并且保证两触针的触点接通的接触区域。
所述接触元件简单地构造并且只需一个用于相邻插座触点的共同的中间接触舌簧。
优选地所述接触元件整体式地构成,这保证费用低廉的制造。
中间接触舌簧的功能有利的结构在于,该中间接触舌簧设计为波形的,其中每个波峰构成朝向触针的接触区域。
可选择地,中间的接触舌簧阶梯状或曲折形地朝互相对置的触针的方向成形,用于形成接触区域。
接触元件的合乎目的的制造方案在于,接触元件以其接触舌簧和必要时接触轨部分设计为冲压件/弯件。
重要的是,接触舌簧的弹簧力这样设计,使得在所有接触点上的接触力至少几乎相同。
尤其要注意的是,触针不仅与中间接触舌簧还是与外侧接触舌簧通过相同的力接触,以便以这种方式和方法保证弹簧系统的持续作用。

在图1中示出的并且用附图标记1标注的电连接装置以本身已知的方式包含一插座板2和一插头板3。该插座板2具有两列相互平行的插座触点7a、7b,两列用于外部导线9的接头8a、8b通过接触轨4与所述两列插座触点连接,所述接头在此以拉簧技术构造,但也可以其它的连接技术构造。
插头板3具有相应成对并排设置的、触针可插入插座触点7a,7b中的触针6。
为此,两互相平行的插座触点7a、7b由只具有三个弹性的接触舌簧5a、5b、5c的接触元件5构成。
如图1清楚地显示,接触舌簧5a、5b和5c如此布置,使得以附图标记5a和5b标注的接触舌簧分别与成对并排设置的触针6从外侧相接触,中间接触舌簧5b位于两触针6之间并该中间接触舌簧从内部接触。
为此,中间接触舌簧5b在所示的实施例中是波形的,既沿一个触针也沿另一个触针6的方向弯曲,其中每个波峰5d形成朝向触针6的接触区域。
在此,接触元件5的总结构应符合目的地这样设计和计算,使得接触舌簧5a至5c的接触力在与触针6的接触区域内至少几乎相同。
除了所示的实施例之外,中间接触舌簧5b也可以阶梯状地朝触针的方向变形,用于形成接触区域,其中在此甚至可能获得较大的接触面积的优点。
接触区域既包括中间接触舌簧5b也包括外侧接触舌簧5a和5c,同时这些在装配状态下紧贴于触针6的接触区域可以根据需要也下凹地变形,以便构成朝触针6的较大的接触面。
优选地,接触元件5构成为整体式的构件,优选地为冲压件/折弯件。
接触元件5优选地由铜合金制造。
通过本发明,可用最简单的方式和方法进行最终的且费用低廉的制造,两个成对并排设置的触针6分别与带有三个接触舌簧5的接触元件5相接触。
所述类型的连接装置1有利地在插孔区域内用于信号的“接通回路”。
由于无需附加的元件,可持续保征触针之间的接触。整个接触系统的装配将通过所述的结构简化,特别是无需不安全的焊接过程。同时按本发明的结构可传输更高的电压/电流。

Claims (8)

1.一种具有用于插头板(3)的插座板(2)的电连接装置(1),其中所述插座板(2)具有两列相互平行的插座触点(7a,7b),优选地两列用于外部导线的接头(8a,8b)通过接触轨(4)与所述插座触点连接,其中插头板(3)具有相应成对并排设置的、可插入插座触点(7a,7b)中的触针(6),其特征在于,各一对插座触点(7a,7b)由一接触元件(5)组成,所述接触元件设有总共三个弹性的接触舌簧(5a,5b,5c),其中中间的接触舌簧(5b)位于两触针(6)之间并且这样地成形,使得形成与两触针(6)互相对置的且保证两触针(6)触点接通的接触区域(5d)。
2.按权利要求1所述的连接装置,其特征在于,接触元件(5)设计为整体式的。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的连接装置,其特征在于,接触元件(5)整体地通过接触轨(4)与第一接头相连接。
4.按上述权利要求任一项所述的连接装置,其特征在于,中间的接触舌簧(5b)波形地弯曲,各波峰构成朝向触针(6)的接触区域(5d)。
5.按上述权利要求任一项所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述中间接触舌簧(5b)阶梯状地朝触针(6)的方向变形,用于形成接触区域(5d)。
6.按上述权利要求任一项所述的连接装置,其特征在于,每个接触元件(5)以其接触舌簧(5b,5b,5b)和优选接触轨件(4)设计为整体式的冲压件/折弯件。
7.按上述权利要求任一项所述的连接装置,其特征在于,接触舌簧(5b,5b,5b)朝向触针(6)的接触区域根据触针(6)的外轮廓拱曲。
8.按上述权利要求任一项所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所有接触舌簧(5b,5b,5b)的作用在触针(6)上的接触力至少几乎相同。
