Abstract

Description
背景技术
本发明涉及一种用于用于硬化柔性管的组件和方法。
柔性管或者诸如导管、立管、脐带和缆绳等其它柔性部件(下文统称为“柔性构件”)常常受到相当大的弯曲力矩。例如,当在海底作业中使用柔性构件来传输流体时,水流的流体动力效应会在该柔性构件上(尤其是在它们的端头处)造成相当大的弯曲力矩。这会导致在柔性构件中形成疲劳破坏。
为了防止由这些弯曲力矩所造成的任何损坏,常常环绕着该柔性构件设置弯曲加固件,以增强其硬度并从而降低该弯曲力矩。一种典型的弯曲加固件是由弹性体锥形套筒来形成,该弹性体锥形套筒环绕着该柔性管延伸并且通过转接器固定至该管上。然而,该转接器的内径通常接合该柔性构件的外表面,这会在该柔性构件上造成过度磨损,从而危及到柔性构件的完整性。
因此,对于柔性构件来说需要一种转接器来消除该问题。

详细说明
参见图1和图2,示出了为管10形式的柔性构件,并且可以理解,其被布置在会受到前述弯曲力矩的环境中。圆筒形弯曲加固件12围绕着需要被加固的一部分管10,诸如该管的两个相邻段之间的接合处、该管的端头附近的区域或类似位置处。该弯曲加固件12的内表面与该管10的相应外表面相接触,并且可以理解,该弯曲加固件12的剩余部分(未示出)的外表面可以在朝着该管的方向上稍微渐缩。优选地,该弯曲加固件12是由弹性体材料制成,诸如聚氨酯或聚氯丁二烯。
安装环16围绕着该管20延伸,并且用螺栓拧到该弯曲加固件的上端,如图1所示。
通过环形焊接结构22将该圆筒形转接器20的下端焊接到该环16的上表面。该转接器20的内径与该管10的相应外表面成间隔关系地延伸,以便形成容纳圆筒形插入件24的环形空间。该插入件24的内表面与管10的对应外表面相接触,而该插入件的外表面与该转接器20的对应内表面相接触。通过环形焊接结构26,将该插入件24的下端部的内表面焊接至该转接器20的下端,并焊接至环16的上表面。
该插入件24是被分割开的,例如,其是由两部分24a和24b形成(图2),每一部分具有半圆形横截面,以便于将该插入件组装到管10和转接器20之间的上述环形空间内。优选地,还插入件是由聚氨酯制成。
该插入件24的外表面具有台阶,环状锥形法兰30焊接至在该台阶处形成的肩部。如果在该弯曲加固件12的上方围绕该管10(或该管的一部分)布置有一外管结构(未示出),那么该法兰30允许利用一种管扩口系统将该管结构的扩口固定到转接器20和弯曲加固件12。
环形法兰24a从插入件24的上端径向向外延伸,以90度间隔隔开的四个垫状键(padkey)32a-32d(图2)被螺栓拧到该法兰上,以便接纳牵引线或类似物(未示出)。
由弯曲加固件12、转接器20和插入件24构成的组件加固该管10中在该组件内延伸的部分,同时该插入件避免了转接器与该管之间的任何接合以及所导致的磨损。
可以理解,在不偏离本发明范围的情况下可以对上述内容进行变化。例如,诸如“上”、“下”“竖直”“倾斜”“径向”等空间基准的使用是为了说明的目的,而不是将上述结构的特定朝向和位置。而且,焊接结构22和26可以用其它类型的连接器(例如螺栓等)来替代。
对本发明具体实施例的前述说明是为了示例和说明。它们并不是要穷举或者将本发明限制成所公开的确定形式,很明显按照上述教导可能有很多的变化和变型。实施例的选择和描述是为了更好地解释本发明的远离及其实际应用,从而使得本领域的其它技术人员能够最好地实施本发明以及具有各种变型的各种实施例,这些实施例适合于所期望的特定用途。本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同替换来限定。
Claims (16)
1.一种用于加固柔性构件的组件,该组件包括:加固构件,该加固构件在一部分柔性构件上延伸;转接器,该转接器固定在该加固构件上并且在另一部分柔性构件上延伸,该转接器与所述柔性构件成间隔关系,以便形成一环形空间;插入件,该插入件设置在该环形空间内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组件,还包括环,该环连接至该加固构件的一端,其中,通过在该转接器和该环之间延伸的焊接结构将该转接器的一端固定至该加固构件。
3.根据权利要求2所述的组件,其中,该插入件固定至该转接器和该环。
4.根据权利要求3所述的组件,其中,该插入件通过在插入件和转接器之间延伸的焊接结构以及在该插入件和该环之间延伸的焊接结构而固定至该转接器和该环。
5.根据权利要求1所述的组件,其中,该插入件固定至该转接器。
6.根据权利要求5所述的组件,其中,该插入件通过在该插入件和该转接器之间延伸的焊接结构而固定至该转接器。
7.根据权利要求1所述的组件,其中,该柔性构件是管,而该加固构件、该转接器以及该插入件是圆筒形。
8.根据权利要求7所述的组件,其中,该插入件由两个半圆形插入件部分构成。
9.一种用于加固柔性构件的方法,该方法包括:用加固构件环绕一部分柔性构件;用转接器环绕另一部分柔性构件,该转接器与所述柔性构件成间隔关系地延伸,以便形成一环形空间;将该转接器固定至该加固构件,并且将该插入件插入到该环形空间内。
10.根据权利要求9所述的方法,还包括将环连接至该加固构件的一端,其中,该固定步骤包括将该转接器焊接至该环。
11.根据权利要求10所述的方法,还包括将该插入件固定至该转接器和该环。
12.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中,该较后的固定步骤包括将该插入件焊接至该转接器和该环
13.根据权利要求9所述的方法,还包括将该插入件固定至该转接器。
14.根据权利要求9所述的方法,还包括将该插入件焊接至该转接器。
15.基本上按照上文所述并参考附图所构造和布置成的装置。
16.基本上如上文参考附图所描述的方法。
