Abstract

本发明涉及一种塑料管(1),该塑料管含有至少一个连接部位(2),其用于连接另一塑料管(3)或者另一连接件,所述连接部位有一个密封区域。一种增强件(5),被施用到密封区域内的连接部位(2)来基本上或完全防止连接部位(2)的塑料在密封区域蠕变。本发明还涉及到生产一种相应塑料管的方法和设备。

Description

用缠绕焊接的方法将增强件施用到塑料管的方法和设备
本发明涉及一种在塑料管上制造增强件以及一种制造带有增强件的塑料管的方法和设备。
制造塑料管上的增强套管的方法和设备在现有技术中已有记载。例如从德国专利DE 101 52 604 A1可知:将塑料管的一个末端滑动到芯棒上,将塑料管随同芯棒一起绕其纵轴线旋转,在这个旋转的过程中一层塑料会被挤压到管子上预先成型的套管区来构成在塑料管上构形的增强套管。尽管事实上这种方法的确增强了塑料管抵抗瞬时(one-time)静负载的能力。然而,它对可以防止塑料蠕变的抵抗持久静负载的能力增强很小。当另一个塑料管插进套管,环形的密封条以巨大压力从内部抵压套管的时候,该种持久静负载主要出现在套管的密封区域内。随着时间的持续,这种压力会引起塑料管的蠕变,导致在密封区域的泄漏。
因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种在连接部位或者套管处具有增强件的塑料管,提高连接部位和套管处对于持久负载的承载能力,从而防止塑料管蠕变。本发明的目的同时也在于提供一种制造上述塑料管的方法和设备。
这一目的可以通过如权利要求1所述的方法、权利要求22所述的设备和权利要求14所述的塑料管来实现。从属权利要求涉及本发明的有利的结构。
通过下列附图对本发明的示例性实施方案作更详细的说明。

图1所示为一种具有波纹状外壁和光滑内壁的塑料管1。塑料管1有用于连接另一个塑料管3的套管或者连接部位3,连接部位2用密封垫4进行密封。在密封垫4的区域内,塑料管1的连接部位2包括增强带5,根据本发明,其不仅增强了对瞬时静负载的抵抗,也增强了对持久静负载的抵抗,以防止连接部位2在密封垫4的区域内蠕变。
增强带5由塑料制成,尤其是热塑性塑料,例如塑料管材,高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)或者聚丙烯(PP);增强件5还含有一种或多种具有高度持久抗拉强度的增强材料,尤其是天然纤维、合成纤维、合成纱、玻璃纤维、玻璃丝纤维、凯夫拉尔纤维、碳化纤维、金属纤维或金属丝。在这点上,使用这些增强材料制成的单纱或者编织纱或由这些增强材料制成的织造织物是尤其有利的。最显著的是,平幅金属网织物被证明尤其适合用作本发明的增强材料。金属网织物不仅具有高度持久的抗拉强度,而且还对塑料管施加了相对较小的表面压力,从而避免在具有预应力的增强材料被施用到塑料管上时造成任何刻痕。
增强材料取向于增强带的纵向是有利的,并且可以从一侧被施用到该塑料带上。不过,如果增强材料的两侧都用塑料包裹上或者被嵌入塑料中则效果更好。该提议的增强材料带来了此前一直没有获得的对持久静态负载的抵抗能力,因此可以防止塑料管的塑料在套管的密封区域内蠕变。在这点上,尤其是使用编织的钢绳或者金属网织物更好。这样能够确保对直径超过2米的塑料管件进行永久密封。
加强带5可围绕连接部位2缠绕一圈,在此情况下,加强带5的始端和末端结合在一起。然而,增强带围绕其自身缠绕超过一圈——如图13所示——以获得自锁效果会更好。在这种情况下,增强带5可以围绕连接部位2以螺旋线和/或者重叠的形式缠绕,被缠绕的增强带的末端区域被直接焊接或胶接到连接部位或增强带5的紧下方的绕圈上。把增强带5热焊接到连接部位2上是有利的。然而,仅仅把增强带5胶合在连接部位2上也是足够的。
增强带5可以通过下文描述的缠绕焊接法(wrap welding)施用到连接部位2上。不过,依据本发明也可以将增强带5连同增强材料一起直接挤压到连接部位2上。
图2示出了依据本发明在塑料管1上制造增强带的设备6的第一示例实施方案。图2左手边部分所示的是一个喂送装置7,通过该喂送装置,如图2中间部分所示,塑料管通过杠杆臂8被传送到本发明设备6的工作位置9。也可以采用提升的横向传送带来替换在图2中所示的杠杆臂8。塑料管1被支撑辊10、11和上压力辊12保持在工作位置9,支撑辊11被马达13驱动从而能够旋转塑料管1。设备6还包括输送增强带5的装置和将增强带5焊接到塑料管1上的装置,它们在图2中一起用参考标号14标注。
图2中,装置14被固定布置在设备6中,增强带5的绕圈受到塑料管1旋转1次或者多次的影响。然而,如图3所示,也可以是装置14被引导围绕塑料管1旋转一圈或者多圈,而塑料管1被夹紧装置16夹住保持固定不动。装置14的旋转运动可以通过由马达17驱动的传动环形件(live ring)或者转子15对其旋转来实现。在图3中,转子15通过V型皮带或者传动皮带18连接到马达17上。马达17也可以直接安装在设备6上,这时装配在马达上的小齿轮直接与转子15的外圆周上的齿啮合。
在本实施方案中,装置14必须能够旋转至少约360度。如果能够绕塑料管1旋转多圈则更有利。装置14可以被反向驱动以更方便地使用连接电缆提供动力电源,该连接电缆在被永久连接时不能够围绕塑料管缠绕任意圈。
装置14围绕塑料管1旋转运动带来的特殊优点在于,在此情况下,本发明的设备6可以被布置在如图14所示的生产波纹管的设备或者波纹加工机19的紧邻下游。波纹加工机19由装配有注射头21的挤压机20为其提供增塑塑料来制造塑料管1。在这个生产过程中是无法旋转塑料管1的。因此,装有旋转装置14的本发明的设备6可以在波纹加工机19的成型阶段之后紧接着在第一时间施加增强带5。
因为塑料管1在制造过程中是沿着成型工段缓慢移动的(参见图14中箭头22),所以如果设备6能够在电机23的作用下沿轨道25随着塑料管1的生产速度同步移动则更优。在这种情况下,装配夹紧装置26来确保精确操作是有利的。因此,在所发明的缠绕焊接工艺中,设备6从轨道25的上游端移动到其下游端。然后设备6依靠电机23移动回到上游端来准备为下一个连接部位2提供增强带5。这里需要说明的是,塑料管的生产是一个连续的过程,在其内部设置连接部位。塑料管制造好了以后才被切成需要的长度或者按定尺剪切,以生产出单个的塑料管件。
制造或者施用增强带5的装置14的不同实施方案在图6到9和图11和12中进行了说明。图7所示的为绕有增强带5的鼓30。增强带5通过传动设备33的导辊31和压辊32喂送,传动设备33将增强带5从鼓30上解下来并将其送到在塑料管1上的工作区域34。传动设备33包括从动辊35以及通过气缸或者液压缸37压在从动辊35上的反向辊36。带有热风喷嘴39的热风吹送器38对工作区域34进行加热来局部塑化塑料管1。增强带5的塑料也被所产生的热风塑化,当随后的压辊40、41将增强带5压到塑料管1上时,增强带1就被焊接到塑料管1上了。
图6是提供了装置14中含有切刀43的切割装置42的更详细的图示。当增强带5在塑料管1上缠绕到预定的长度时,切刀43通过气缸的作用横移到左边来切断增强带5。在这个过程中,增强带5被一个金属背板(metal counter-sheet)44固定就位。紧接着,增强带5的被切断端的末端被热风吹送器和压辊40、41焊接到增强带的紧下方区域上。
图8说明了另一个关于用来施用增强带5的装置14的实施方案。在这个实施方案中,被塑化的塑料直接被挤压到塑料管1上,增强材料被独自喂送。塑料线48缠绕在鼓46上,被装进小型螺旋挤压机45。螺旋挤压机45内设有挤压螺杆和将喂送入的塑料进行塑化的加热器。被塑化的塑料经过连接管颈49进入到具有向喷嘴51逐渐变细的圆柱形空腔的十字头50内。缠绕到鼓53上的还有增强材料47,尤其是天然纤维、合成纤维、合成纱、玻璃纤维、玻璃丝纤维、凯夫拉尔纤维、碳化纤维、金属纤维或金属丝以及用这些增强材料做成的纱线或织造织物。增强材料被推动装置54传送到十字头50的锥形空腔内,穿过喷嘴51的独立通道出来,其上由增塑的塑料包裹。这就制成了增强带,其被压辊52施用到塑料管1上。鉴于增强带的塑料已经处于塑性状态,所以热风装置只需要局部塑化塑料管1。在缠绕或者挤压过程快要结束之前,增强材料被切割装置55切断,增强带5的卷绕结束。
十字头50的喷嘴51可以被构造为圆形或者扁平的。圆形喷嘴优选用于具有圆形横截面的增强材料。另一方面,对于平幅金属网或者合成织物优选采用与之相对应的扁平形喷嘴。
图9为对于图8所示装置的变型。在这个示例实施方案中,增强材料不是穿过十字头,而是从外边喂送入的。增强材料通过一个引导装置(图中未画出)最先接触到塑料管1,然后用塑化的塑料将其包覆;在这一实施方案中塑化的塑料是从宽缝喷嘴54出来的。在这个示例实施方案中,切割装置55和推动装置56不是布置在十字头的后面,而是布置在它的侧面。
作为图8和9所示的示例实施方案的替换形式,增强材料的喂送可以使发生短纤维增强材料同塑料一起被喂送到小型螺旋挤压机中的方式进行。在这个示例实施方案中就可以省去为增强材料而配置的鼓53、相应的引导装置和切割装置。
图11和12所示的是装置14的另一个示例实施方案。与图7所示的示例实施方案不同的是,增强带和塑料管1是用激光器58塑化的,然后用压辊40、41结合在一起。利用激光器的突出优点是待塑化的塑料以一种完全被容纳的方式被加热,使得总体热力作用小于通过热风装置获得的。如图12所示,也可以通过光束聚焦,用激光器来切断增强带5,从而减少所需设备的数量。或者,也可以使用一种机械切割装置。
在所有上述示例实施方案中,如果增强带或者增强材料在被施用到塑料管上时带有预应力,则是有利的。根据塑料管的直径和增强的程度,在缠绕的过程中可以对增强带或者增强材料施加大于100N到1000N的拉应力。这可以通过使实现旋转的装置将处于拉应力的增强带或增强材料解开来实现,相应的鼓、增强带或增强材料通过抑制装置借助自行控制而被制动。
在上述示例实施方案中,也可以设想仅仅在预定的长度内将增强带5焊接到塑料管1上。这进一步降低了能量消耗和相应的热能负载,实际上对于塑料管1抵抗持久静态负载的能力所进行的增强没有不良影响。
在上述示例实施方案中,有利的是,使用计算机控制来驱动专用马达、切割装置、加热器或激光器和其他装置,从而允许完全自动化操作。

Claims (43)

1、一种在塑料管(1)上制造增强件的方法,包括下列步骤:提供一个塑料管(1),该塑料管包含至少一个连接部位(5)来连接另一条塑料管(3)或者另一个连接件,所述连接部位(2)具有一个密封区域;将一增强件施加到所述密封区域内的所述连接部位(2)上,以基本上或者完全防止所述连接部位(2)的塑料在所述密封区域内的蠕变。
2、如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:所述增强件是被单独施用到所述连接部位(2)的所述密封区域内的。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于:所述增强件是通过将增强带(5)卷绕到所述密封区域内的连接部位来施加的,所述增强带(5)是被胶合或者热焊接到所述连接部位(2)的。
4、如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于:所述增强带(5)绕所述连接部位(2)卷绕一圈,之后被切断,此后将卷绕的增强带(5)的末端区域热焊接到卷绕的增强带(5)的起始区域,所述末端区域选择性地重叠于所述起始区域。
5、如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于:所述增强带(5)围绕所述连接部位缠绕不止一圈,尤其是以螺旋和/或重叠的方式,然后被切割,所述卷绕的增强带(5)的末端区域被直接焊接或者胶合到所述连接部位(2)或者所述增强带(5)的紧下方的绕圈上。

10、如权利要求8或9所述的方法,其特征在于:其上挤压有所述增强塑料的所述密封区域在挤压过程之前是通过照射或者热风来加热的。

13、如上述权利要求中的任一项所述的方法,其特征在于:所述塑料管(1)是具有波纹状外壁和光滑内壁的双面管;所述连接部位(2)是一个套管。
14、一种塑料管(1),包含至少一个连接部位(2)来连接另一根塑料管(3)或者另一个连接件,所述连接部位(2)具有一个密封区域,其特征在于:施用于所述密封区域内的所述连接部位(2)处的是一种能够基本上或者完全防止连接部位(2)的塑料在密封区域内蠕变的增强件,该增强件具体是用如前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法制造。
15、如权利要求14所述的塑料管,其特征在于:所述增强件仅仅施用在所述连接器(2)的密封区域内。
