使用根据本发明的由刚性纤维和高吸收性纤维交替排列而形成的织物的拖把布具有被裁剪成预定面积的、由刚性纤维和高吸收性纤维交替排列而形成的织物,并具有随后层叠在该织物上、在表面上具有紧固装置的片体,其中,通过包缝或者用布包住织物和片体的边缘进行缝合,使织物和片体在它们的边缘处连接在一起。可将所述拖把布用作容易与拖把柄连接和分开的拖把布。
此外,在使用根据本发明的由刚性纤维和超吸收性纤维交替排列而形成的织物的拖把布中,在片体的一面上形成的紧固装置是尼龙搭扣带的钩部分或毛圈部分。
有益效果
因此,通过使用其结构包括交替排列的刚性纤维区和超吸收性纤维区的本发明的织物来同时进行清扫和擦拭,可以更有效、更方便地同时进行清扫和擦拭,从而在一次擦洗中完成清洁操作。
此外,本发明的拖把布具有含刚性纤维和高吸收性纤维的织物并且具有层叠在该织物上并在一面上形成有尼龙搭扣带的片体,通过使用本发明的拖把布(其中,通过包缝或用布包住织物和片体的边缘来进行缝合使织物和片体连接在一起),可以更迅速、更容易地完成对拖把布和保持件(保持件用铰链连接在拖把柄的一端)的连接或分开操作。

本发明的最佳实施方式
下面将结合附图详细说明本发明。
图1是说明根据本发明的由刚性纤维和高吸收性纤维交替排列而形成的织物的平面图,图2是说明使用根据本发明的由刚性纤维和高吸收性纤维交替排列而形成的织物的拖把布的立体图,图3是说明一个使用拖把布的例子的立体图,该拖把布包含根据本发明的由刚性纤维和高吸收性纤维交替排列而形成的织物,其中该拖把布将被附着到与拖把柄相连的拖把布保持件上。
参照图1,根据已知的方法,通过对刚性纤维(例如聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚酯、尼龙等)和高吸收性纤维(例如不超过1.0旦的聚酯微纤维、聚酯-尼龙复合微纤维)进行圆型针织、机织或簇绒,制造并加工出由刚性纤维和高吸收性纤维交替排列而形成的织物10,其中,该织物的结构包括交替排列的、由刚性纤维聚集而成的刚性纤维区11和由高吸收性纤维聚集而成的超吸收性纤维区12。
在本文所用的术语“刚性纤维”是指长纤维,该长纤维是具有物理性能(例如,高弯曲强度和高弹性)的纱线,并且通常是由高浓度纺制(thickly spinning)乙烯类合成纤维而得到的。在本发明中,刚性纤维不受纤维原材料的限制,任何刚性合成纤维都可使用。在本发明中可优选使用的刚性纤维的例子包括聚丙烯纤维、聚乙烯纤维、聚酯纤维和尼龙纤维。具体地说,聚丙烯纤维吸水率低,弹性高且机械性能优异。
高吸收性纤维是指具有高保水率的纤维,例如,直径不超过1.0旦的聚酯微纤维或聚酯-尼龙复合微纤维。优选的是,高吸收性纤维的例子包括易于通过纺丝和分离(split)而形成微纤维的聚酯纤维。应该理解,本发明中有用的高吸收性纤维可以是任何可购自国内外公司的已知产品。
根据本发明,织物具有这样一种结构,其中,根据已知的方法,通过圆型针织法、机织法和簇绒法,使包含聚集的刚性纤维的刚性纤维区11和包含聚集的高吸收性纤维的超吸收性纤维区12彼此交替排列。
织物可以这样制造:根据已知的方法,对刚性纤维聚集的刚性纤维区11和高吸收性纤维聚集的超吸收性纤维区12进行圆型针织、机织和簇绒处理,使刚性纤维区11和超吸收性纤维区12形成彼此交替排列的形式。即,本发明的织物的结构可以通过控制被引入针织机器或机织机器中的总的纤维的排列来实现。
在本发明的织物中,刚性纤维区11的功能是作为扫帚用来清扫,而超吸收性纤维区12的功能是作为抹布用来擦拭。因为本发明的织物的结构包括交替排列的刚性纤维区11和超吸收性纤维区12,所以当使用者用该织物擦洗室内地板时,清洁操作所需的清扫和擦拭可以同时进行,从而,使用者可以在一次擦洗操作中同时进行清扫和擦拭操作。
当然,在污染严重时,可能优选的是:在用该织物清洁前,先用真空吸尘器等清除大尺寸的污物或垃圾。但是,在清洁大部分的室内场所(特别是东方人住宅的地板或房间)的情况下,可以用该织物通过一次擦洗来方便地进行清扫和擦拭操作,以完成清洁工作。
此外,在包含刚性纤维和超吸收性纤维的织物10中,刚性纤维区11和超吸收性纤维区12的面积比为10至50∶50至90。
优选的是,刚性纤维区11相对于超吸收性纤维区12的面积比例为10%至50%。这是因为,清扫操作只是将灰尘和垃圾推到一边,而擦拭操作则直接将细小的灰尘吸附到超吸收性纤维区12上。因此,在清洁过程中,用于擦拭操作的超吸收性纤维区12优选为大于用于清扫操作的刚性纤维区11。
但是,当刚性纤维区11的面积占织物10的总面积低于10%时,不能充分进行清扫操作。当该值超过50%时,不能充分进行擦拭操作,并且应该清洗织物10以备随后使用。
此外,该织物还可以在边缘处包含整理区,该整理区通过包缝处理或者用包住该边缘的布进行缝合处理而成。通过该整理区,该织物(抹布)可以保持其原始形状而不会在边缘处磨损。
具体地说,如图2所示,提供了被裁剪成预定面积的本发明的织物10,在一面上形成有紧固装置15的片体14以一定方式层叠在织物上,使得形成有紧固装置的那个表面暴露在外。将织物10和片体14所形成的叠层在其边缘处包缝、或者用包住其边缘的布进行缝合以形成具有整理区13的拖把布。通过包缝处理、或者用布包裹进行缝合处理,就有可能制成机织或针织织物的抹布或拖把布,该抹布或拖把布可以保持原始形状而不会在边缘处磨损。
在片体14的一面上形成的紧固装置可以选自尼龙搭扣带的钩部分和毛圈部分。
图3是说明一个使用拖把布的例子的立体图,该拖把布使用根据本发明的由刚性纤维和高吸收性纤维交替排列而形成的织物,其中该拖把布将被附着到与拖把柄相连的拖把布保持件上。具有预定面积的保持件19通过铰链以可以前后左右旋转的方式连接到拖把柄的一端。在保持件19的底部,形成了尼龙搭扣带15的配对部分,该配对部分将被固定到在拖把布16的片体14上所设置的尼龙搭扣带15的另一部分上。因此,拖把布16可以容易地与拖把的保持件19连接和分开。
本发明的实施方式
实施例1
将500d/11f纺前染色的聚丙烯长丝纱、100d/192f的4股聚酯微纤维纱(每米捻数为185)和150d/144f的3股聚酯微纤维纱(每米捻数为185)在圆型针织机上进行编织,以织成纤维面积比为30∶35∶35的起绒织物。所得到的起绒织物被裁剪、洗毛并在高压喷射染色机中染色。将织物背面用聚氨酯涂覆,从而使绒毛不会脱落。由此制成了根据本发明的具有刚性纤维区和超吸收性纤维区的针织起绒织物。
由此得到的针织织物被裁剪成具有预定尺寸的裁片,并且将各裁片分别与表面上形成有尼龙搭扣带(作为紧固装置)的片体层叠在一起。将所得到的叠层在其边缘处进行包缝处理以形成擦尘布。
实施例2
将500d/11f的6股纺前染色的聚丙烯长丝纱、150d/144f的20股聚酯微纤维纱在簇绒机上进行编织,以形成纤维面积比为15∶85的起绒织物,然后进行裁剪。将该织物的背面用聚氨酯涂覆,从而使绒毛不会脱落。由此制成了根据本发明的具有刚性纤维区和超吸收性纤维区的机织起绒织物。
由此得到的机织织物被裁剪成具有预定尺寸的裁片,并且将各裁片分别与表面上形成有尼龙搭扣带(作为紧固装置)的片体层叠在一起。将所得到的叠层在其边缘处进行包缝处理以形成擦尘布。
工业适用性
根据本发明,具有刚性纤维区和超吸收性纤维区交替排列的结构、用以在清洁室内场所时同时进行清扫和擦拭的织物,适合用作清洁污染不太严重的室内空间所用的抹布,以同时进行清扫和擦拭。
尽管通过上述实施方式对本发明进行了详细的解释,但是本领域技术人员可以理解的是:可以有各种改进、附加和替代,而不会偏离如所附权利要求所公开的本发明的范围和实质。
Claims (4)
1.一种由所含刚性纤维和高吸收性纤维交替排列而形成的织物,其中,根据诸如圆型针织法、机织法或簇绒法的已知方法,对所述刚性纤维以及所述高吸收性纤维进行机织/针织并加工,使由刚性纤维聚集而成的刚性纤维区和由高吸收性纤维聚集而成的超吸收性纤维区形成交替排列的方式,所述刚性纤维为包括聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚酯、尼龙等的合成纤维,所述高吸收性纤维为包括纤度不超过1.0旦的聚酯微纤维、聚酯-尼龙复合微纤维等的微纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述的织物,其中,所述的刚性纤维区和所述的超吸收性纤维区的面积比为10至50∶50至90。
3.一种拖把布,该拖把布使用根据权利要求1所述的由刚性纤维和高吸收性纤维交替排列而形成的织物,该拖把布具有所述织物和将被层叠到该织物上的片体,所述织物被裁剪成预定面积,所述片体在其一面上形成有紧固装置,并且其中,将所述织物和所述片体在它们的边缘处进行包缝或者用包住它们的边缘的布进行缝合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的拖把布,其中,在所述片体的一面上形成的所述紧固装置是尼龙搭扣带的钩部分或毛圈部分。
