Abstract

发明领域
本发明涉及一种合生元产物(synbiotic product)，并涉及其在功能性食物和食品添加剂中作为天然生物活性物质的载体以确保对人体的靶向预防和治疗效果的应用。
发明背景
一种见于益生菌剂食品添加剂组合物中的低乳糖酸乳产物，其包括使用德氏乳杆菌保加利亚亚种(Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp.bulgaricus)的选定菌株发酵的脱脂的低乳糖牛乳，并包含活的酸乳微生物，具有95％降解的牛乳酪蛋白、蔗糖、果胶的低乳糖乳水解产物，在给定实施方案中包含维生素复合物，并除了该酸乳产物之外，包含本草(herbal)提取物诸如金丝桃，人参，和蒺藜(tribulus terrestris)提取物或植物产物诸如玫瑰油(BG专利申请登记号104 513，105 453，105 454，和105 455)，所述益生菌剂食品添加剂除了靶向预防和治疗效果还发挥组合的生物刺激效果。

另一方面，植物疗法使用主要以热和冷冲剂，干提取物，和片剂化的干植物材料形式存在的植物来源的生物活性物质。
与植物治疗剂有关的问题是怎样确保高水平的生物活性物质存在于活体内，令人满意的水平的同化作用，和生物活性分子到人体细胞中的运输。
因此，待解决的问题是怎样保证得到益生菌剂细胞在外部环境中维持生存力，在胃肠道中保留和增殖，获得它们代谢物的表达所需要的条件，和同时保证将益生菌剂运输到人体中细胞受体所需的载体和分子。
发明的技术描述
按照本发明，通过合成合生元产物来解决上述问题，所述合生元产物以1∶1∶1比率的干酸乳产物：干细菌培养物：葡萄糖包含下列各项：低乳糖酸乳产物，德氏乳杆菌保加利亚亚种的冻干单一培养物或保加利亚乳杆菌(Lactobacillus bulgaricus)、嗜酸乳杆菌(Lactobacillus acidophilus)、嗜热链球菌(Streptococcus thermophilus)、乳乳杆菌(Lactobacillus lactis)的单一培养物的冻干混合物和葡萄糖，所述低乳糖酸乳产物包括全脂或脱脂低乳糖牛乳，具有超过95％降解的乳酪蛋白、蔗糖、果胶的低乳糖乳水解产物，使用德氏乳杆菌保加利亚亚种的选定菌株发酵的全脂或脱脂低乳糖牛乳。
将合生元产物用作天然来源的生物活性物质的载体，所述生物活性物质诸如干本草提取物，例如金丝桃，人参，和真芦荟(aloe vera)提取物，以及各种植物干提取物的组合和其它植物产物诸如精油，例如熏衣草油和玫瑰油，果实浓缩物(番木瓜和其它果实浓缩物)，动物来源的产物诸如蜜蜂产物和维生素。应该使用最大程度地保持它们包含的生物活性物质、特别是酶的天然特性的技术来获得天然来源的产物。
按照本发明，该产物确保当贮存和摄取后细菌的增殖和生长。因此，该生物活性产物可以贮存更长的时期，即2-3年，而其中的益生菌剂不失去其作用，并且一旦在胃肠道中，它们可以定居并且给身体供应来自它们的代谢的有用的物质。
由于高含量的游离氨基酸，合生元产物确保生物活性物质快速运输到体细胞中，因此使它们的效果加倍。同时，使用各种微生物的单一培养物的混合物-对身体有用的广泛范围的物质来获得有力的益生效果。
通过生物技术工艺获得的简单糖类和来自它们与乳蛋白的氨基酸的结合得到的新的未知化合物，以及氨基酸本身一起，产生了适合的环境来贮存酸乳微生物，并在该外部环境条件下，保持酸乳微生物的生存力达数年。

实施例1：合生元产物
400mg固体剂型(胶囊或片剂)的组成：150mg干低乳糖脱脂酸乳产物，150mg的包含超过300百万活细胞和100亿休眠细胞的德氏乳杆菌保加利亚亚种的冻干单一培养物，和100mg的葡萄糖。其包含蛋白质-42mg，糖-80mg，脂肪-0.5mg，钙-2mg，钾-2.3mg，磷-1.5mg，以及铜，铁，和乳的天然维生素。该产物促进乳杆菌(Lactobacilli)在人体中的快速和充分生长。其通过使微生物菌群正常化并对其调节来产生有益的效果。其抑制胃和肠中的腐变，并由此预防许多严重的疾病诸如食物变态反应，溃疡性结肠炎，便秘，腹泻，胃肠感染等。其具有显著的抗胆甾醇效果。

400mg固体剂型(胶囊或片剂)的组成：150mg干低乳糖脱脂酸乳产物，150mg的包含超过300百万活细胞和100亿休眠细胞的德氏乳杆菌保加利亚亚种、嗜酸乳杆菌、嗜热链球菌、乳乳杆菌的冻干单一培养物的混合物，和100mg的葡萄糖。其包含蛋白质-42mg，糖-80mg，脂肪-0.5mg，钙-2mg，钾-2.3mg，磷-1.5mg，以及铜，铁，和乳的天然维生素。
实施例3：具有人参干提取物的合生元产物

Claims (4)
1.一种合生元产物，其包含低乳糖酸乳产物，所述低乳糖酸乳产物包括全脂或脱脂低乳糖牛乳，具有超过95％降解的乳酪蛋白、蔗糖、果胶的低乳糖水解产物，使用德氏乳杆菌保加利亚亚种(Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp.bulgaricus)的选定菌株发酵的全脂或脱脂低乳糖牛乳，其特征在于包含德氏乳杆菌保加利亚亚种的冻干单一培养物或保加利亚乳杆菌(Lactobacillusbulgaricus)，嗜酸乳杆菌(Lactobacillus acidophilus)，嗜热链球菌(Streptococcus thermophilus)，乳乳杆菌(Lactobacillus lactis)的单一培养物的冻干混合物和葡萄糖的事实。
2.按照权利要求1的合生元产物，其特征在于1∶1∶1比率的干酸乳产物∶干细菌培养物∶葡萄糖。
3.按照权利要求1的合生元产物在食品添加剂和功能性食物中作为天然来源的生物活性物质或维生素的载体的应用。
4.按照权利要求2的应用，其中所述天然来源的生物活性物质除了是所述天然物质的组合以外，还是单独或组合使用的金丝桃、人参、或真芦荟的干草本提取物，其它的植物产物诸如精油，例如熏衣草油和玫瑰油，以及果实浓缩物如番木瓜浓缩物。
