Abstract

本发明介绍了一种高防腐收尘节能烟囱,该烟囱有烟囱筒体3,烟囱筒体3内衬设有螺旋来复线式内膛螺旋线1,下端设有与内膛螺旋线1相通的进气孔2。该烟囱结构稳定,环保效果好。与同类烟囱比,环保效果提高20~40%,自身阻力低20%,因而可降低引风机动力消耗7.5%左右。烟气在筒内回旋,可收尘20~80%。使用寿命延长,造价相对低廉。并适用于一切烟囱。凡使用本发明的烟囱,使用湿法除尘和湿法脱硫,内衬完好无损,完全没有腐蚀之忧。

Description

防腐收尘节能烟囱
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防腐收尘节能烟囱。
背景技术
现有的烟囱,其烟道是由烟囱的管心线进入。这种结构的烟囱阻力大、不收尘,筒内烟气沿筒膛内壁上升,烟气腐蚀内衬,造成内衬腐烂剥落,筒体破裂。近年来,为保护环境,将大气中来自冶炼、发电、化工生产的从烟囱排出的有害物二氧化硫,在烟气进入烟囱前即进行湿法脱硫,从而使烟温下降至露点以下。但由此产生的酸液沿烟囱内壁下流,极易使内衬腐烂导致筒体开裂。为解决这一问题,一般的方法是在烟囱内装设内套。但这样的内套造价昂贵。例如一个60万千瓦火电厂的210米烟囱,内套投资竟需1000万元,且此法也只不过是一个便于更换的措施而已,治表而不治本。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,针对现有技术的不足,提出一种既能治表又能治本,且造价相对低廉的防腐收尘节能烟囱。
本发明的解决方案是,所述防腐收尘节能烟囱,参见图1~2,具有烟囱筒体3,其技术特点在于,所述烟囱筒体3内衬衬壁上设有向水平面倾斜角度为30°~60°的螺旋来复线式内膛螺旋线1,上、下内膛螺旋线1间距1~5米,烟囱筒体3的下端设有与内膛螺旋线1相通的进气孔2。
本发明防腐收尘节能烟囱的工作原理是,上述结构的烟囱,突破传统设计,让烟道切线进入烟囱筒内,参见图2~3,内衬形成螺旋来复线烟道,筒体分成五段不同的坡比,它能使烟气在筒内回旋造成内外旋涡,烟道底部坡比大,空间大,烟气切向进入,产生旋转,除尘效率高,总压损失小,进入小坡比烟道后,烟气含尘量大为降低,而且烟羽刚度大。内壁来复线结构,使烟流维持螺旋上升。由于离心作用,烟流中尚存的少量的尘埃颗粒主要分布在烟道中心。烟气发生冷凝与所含尘粒有关,首先是依赖于尘粒形成冷凝核,然后逐渐扩大形成全局冷凝。由于尘粒多集中在烟道中心,故冷凝多发生在烟道中轴一带。而近壁烟流仍能维持未饱和状态,壁面干燥,不受冷凝液体腐蚀。
本发明的有益效果是:由以上可知,本发明为一种防腐收尘节能烟囱,其结构稳定度高,环保效果好。与同高度、同排放量常规烟囱相比,环保效果提高20~40%。自身阻力低20%,因而可降低引风机动力消耗7.5%左右。烟气在筒内回旋,相当于旋风除尘器,可收尘20~80%。达到了既能治表又能治本的设计目的。并使得烟囱内衬不腐蚀,使用寿命大大延长,且造价相对低廉。

具体实施方式
按照图1至图3及上述结构的本发明防腐收尘节能烟囱的实施例,烟囱筒体3用内衬砖砌筑构成,烟囱筒底直径为¢9米,高100米。该烟囱筒体3由下至上具有5段不同坡比,它们依次为:坡比i(1)=0.06~0.08、坡比i(2)=0.04~0.06、坡比i(3)=0.02~0.04、坡比i(4)=0.01~0.02、坡比i(5)=0.00,其中每段所占高度依次为烟囱总高的百分比为:上述坡比i(1)占烟囱总高的20%~30%,坡比i(2)占烟囱总高的25%~30%,坡比i(3)占烟囱总高的20%~25%,坡比i(4)占烟囱总高的20%~25%,坡比i(5)占烟囱总高的15%~20%。
上述烟囱筒体3的烟道平行切线进入烟囱,以45°倾斜角度呈螺旋来复线布置于烟囱内衬,以便使烟气在烟囱内回旋造成旋涡,上、下内膛螺旋线1间距3米。烟囱筒体3的下端设有进气孔2,进气孔2之烟道水平切线进入烟囱筒体3与内膛螺旋线1管接。
使用本发明实施例的烟囱,收尘效果好,每小时收尘达到20吨。又十分节能,使引风机电力消耗降低18%,并适用于一切烟囱。凡使用本发明的烟囱,使用湿法除尘和湿法脱硫,内衬完好无损,完全没有腐蚀之忧。

1.一种防腐收尘节能烟囱,具有烟囱筒体(3),所述烟囱筒体(3)内衬衬壁上设有倾斜角度为30°~60°的螺旋来复线式内膛螺旋线(1),上、下内膛螺旋线(1)间距1~5米,烟囱筒体(3)的下端设有与内膛螺旋线(1)相通的进气孔(2),所述进气孔(2)之烟道以0°~30°角度切入烟囱筒体(3)与内膛螺旋线(1)相接,其特征在于,所述烟囱筒体(3)由下至上具有5段不同坡比,它们依次为:坡比i(1)=0.06~0.08、坡比i(2)=0.04~0.06、坡比i(3)=0.02~0.04、坡比i(4)=0.01~0.02、坡比i(5)=0.00,其中每段所占高度依次为烟囱总高的百分比为:上述坡比i(1)占烟囱总高的20%,坡比i(2)占烟囱总高的25%,坡比i(3)占烟囱总高的20%,坡比i(4)占烟囱总高的20%,坡比i(5)占烟囱总高的15%。
