本实用新型涉及烟囱,进一步是指具有防腐、收尘、节能功能的烟囱。
技术背景
现有的烟囱,其烟道是直线形式并由烟囱的管心线接入烟囱。这种结构的烟囱阻力大、不收尘,筒内烟气沿筒膛内壁上升,延期腐蚀内衬,造成内衬腐烂剥落,筒体破裂。近年来,为保护环境,将冶炼、发电、化工等行业产生的含有害物二氧化硫的烟气在其进入烟囱前即进行湿法脱硫,从而使烟温下降至露点以下;但由此产生的酸液沿烟囱内壁下流,极易使内衬腐烂导致筒体开裂。为解决这一问题,一般的方法是在烟囱内装设内套。但这样的内套造价昂贵。例如一个60万千瓦火电厂的210米烟囱,内套投资竟需1000万元,且此法也只不过是一个便于更换的措施而已,是治表不治本的办法。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是,针对现有的技术不足,提出一种防腐收尘节能烟囱,它造价相对低廉,具有防腐、收尘、节能的功能。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是,所述防腐收尘节能烟囱包括烟囱筒体,该烟囱筒体结构特点是,所述烟囱筒体的内膛(内壁)上设有螺旋升角为10°~80°的内膛螺旋线,位于烟囱筒体下端外面的烟道的出口与所述内膛螺旋线连通,所述烟道与内膛螺旋线为平滑连接。
以下对本实用新型做出进一步说明。
参见图1,所述防腐收尘节能烟囱包括烟囱筒体3,该烟囱筒体3其结构特点是,所述烟囱筒体3的内壁上设有螺旋升角为10°~80°的内膛螺旋线1;参见图1和图2,位于烟囱筒体3下端外面的烟道4的出口2与所述内膛螺旋线1连通,且所述烟道4与内膛螺旋线1为平滑连接。
所述内膛螺旋线1可以是1条-30条,该内膛螺旋线1的节距(即螺距,或一条内膛螺旋线的相邻两道螺旋线在烟囱筒体母线方向上的距离)可以是0.5米-20米。
本实用新型所述防腐收尘节能烟囱的工作原理是,上述结构的烟囱,突破传统设计,在内壁上设置内膛螺旋线而由此形成内膛螺旋线烟道,当烟气由烟囱下部侧边引入烟囱时(参见图2),它能使烟气在烟囱筒体内回旋形成外旋流5和内漩流6(参见图3),有助于提高除尘效率,使总压损失小、烟气含尘量大为降低,而且烟羽刚度大;内壁上的螺旋线结构,使烟气流维持螺旋上升。由于烟气流螺旋上升离心作用,烟气流内尚存的少量尘埃颗粒主要分布在烟道中心。烟气发生冷凝与所含尘粒有关,首先是依赖与尘粒形成冷凝核,然后逐渐扩大形成全局冷凝。由于尘粒多集中在烟道中心,故冷凝多发生在烟道中轴一带,而近壁烟流仍能维持未饱和状态,壁面干燥,不受冷凝液体腐蚀。
本实用新型的有效益果是:它为一种高效防腐收尘节能烟囱,其结构稳定度高,环保效果好;本实用新型烟囱与同高度、同排放量常规烟囱相比,环保效果提高25~45%,自身阻力低20%,因而可降低引风机动力消耗8.5%左右;烟气在筒内回旋,相当于旋风除尘器,可收尘30%~80%;还使得烟囱内衬不腐蚀,使用寿命大大延长,且造价相对低廉。

具体实施方式
按照图1至图3及上述结构的本实用新型防腐收尘节能烟囱,包括烟囱筒体3,所述烟囱筒体3的内壁上设有螺旋升角为60°的内膛螺旋线1;参见图1和图2,位于烟囱筒体3下端外面的烟道4的出口2与所述内膛螺旋线1连通,且所述弧形烟道4与内膛螺旋线1为平滑连接。
烟囱筒体3用内衬砖砌筑构成,烟囱筒体3底部直径为¢9米,高100米。该烟囱筒体3由下至上有5段不同坡比,它们依次为:第一段坡比i1=0.06~0.08、第二段坡比i2=0.04~0.06、第三段坡比i3=0.02~0.04、第四段坡比i4=0.01~0.02、第五段坡比i5=0.00;其中每段所占高度依次为烟囱总高的百分比为:所述坡比i1占烟囱总高的20~30%、坡比i2占烟囱总高的25~30%、坡比i3占烟囱总高的20~25%、坡比i4占烟囱总高的20~25%、坡比i5占烟囱总高的15~20%。
烟囱筒体3的烟道4以平滑连接于内膛螺旋线1而切入烟囱,内膛螺旋线1以60°的升角螺旋线布置于烟囱内壁上,以便使烟气在烟囱内回旋形成漩涡,内膛螺旋线1的节距为4米。
本实用新型上述结构的烟囱,收尘效果好,每小时收尘达到30吨;它节能显著,可使引风机电力消耗降低20%,并适用于各种烟囱。本实用新型结构的烟囱长时期试验表明,使用湿法除尘和湿法脱硫,内壁完好无损,完全没有被腐蚀之忧。

3.根据权利要求1所述的防腐收尘节能烟囱,其特征在于,烟囱筒体(3)由下至上有五段不同坡比,它们依次为:第一段坡比i1=0.06~0.08、第二段坡比i2=0.04~0.06、第三段坡比i3=0.02~0.04、第四段坡比i4=0.01~0.02、第五段坡比i5=0.00;其中每段所占高度依次为烟囱总高的百分比为:所述坡比i1占烟囱总高的20~30%、坡比i2占烟囱总高的25~30%、坡比i3占烟囱总高的20~25%、坡比i4占烟囱总高的20~25%、坡比i5占烟囱总高的15~20%。
