Abstract
舒筋活血胶囊及其制备工艺，将红花、香附、狗脊、香加皮粉碎成细粉，过筛；自然铜加8倍量水煎煮2小时，然后加入络石藤、伸筋草、泽兰叶、槲寄生、鸡血藤煎煮二次，第一次加12倍量水3小时，第二次加10倍量水2小时，合并煎液，滤过，静置，上清液减压浓缩成稠膏，加入上述粉末256g，加淀粉28－30g，混匀，制粒，干燥，整粒，制成1000粒。本发明产品质量稳定可靠，防潮，掩盖原药苦味，缩短崩解时限，有利于忌糖患者服用，为医患双方提供更好地用药选择，可产生较好经济效益。本发明的制备工艺可很好地节能、缩短生产周期，降低生产成本，工艺更加完整，完善，有利大规模工业化生产。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种中成药舒筋活血胶囊及其制备工艺。
背景技术
现有的中药制剂中，舒筋活血片具有舒筋活络，活血散瘀的功效。用于治疗筋骨疼痛，肢体拘孪，腰背酸痛，跌打损伤等病痛。但现有的舒筋活血片为素片，崩解时限长，且片剂中的有效成分溶出速率慢，味苦。且舒筋活血片中含有怡糖，则不利于一些忌糖患者服用。另外原有的舒筋活血片制备工艺不够完善，一些影响提取有效成分效果的因素没有说明，如加水量的多少，浓缩、干燥的条件等。若要改成舒筋活血胶囊，则应采用何种辅料才适宜，用量是多少，如何才能有利一些忌糖患者的服用；怎样的生产的工艺才是舒筋活血胶囊最适合的制备工艺，如何尽可能的降低成本，提高质量，有利于大规模工业化生产均是本发明的发明人所需要解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的旨在提供一种可有利有效成分的溶出，质量更加稳定可靠，具有防潮，且能掩盖原药苦味的，缩短崩解时限的，且可产生较好经济效益的舒筋活血胶囊。
本发明的另一目的旨在一种可很好地节能、缩短生产周期，降低生产成本，工艺更加完整，完善，有利大规模工业化生产的舒筋活血胶囊的制备工艺。
本发明的目的是通过下述方式实现的：
本发明的胶囊由下述原料制备而成，红花21g、香附(制)78.6g、狗脊(制)104.8g、香加皮52.4g、络石藤78.6g、伸筋草78.6g、泽兰叶78.6g、槲寄生104.8g、鸡血藤78.6g、自然铜(煅)13.1g；加入辅料淀粉28-30g。
本发明的制备工艺为：以上十味，先将红花、香附、狗脊、香加皮粉碎成细粉，过筛；自然铜加8倍量水煎煮2小时，然后加入络石藤、伸筋草、泽兰叶、槲寄生、鸡血藤煎煮二次，第一次加12倍量水3小时，第二次加10倍量水2小时，合并煎液，滤过，静置，上清液采用减压浓缩方法，温度控制在60-70℃，真空度为0.07-0.08Mpa浓缩成稠膏，加入上述粉末256g，加淀粉28-30g，混匀，制粒，干燥，整粒，装胶囊，制成1000粒，即得。
所述的制粒是经20目筛制粒。
干燥的温度控制在70℃，干燥时温度逐渐上升，以使颗粒内的水分蒸发。颗粒含水量控制在小于2％。
所述的整粒是经使用20目筛整粒。
本发明的生产工艺是本发明的发明人充分研究及多次试验得到，以下便是本发明人的研究试验情况。
水提取条件的考察
取自然铜2.5g(先加8倍量水煎煮2小时)、络石藤15g、伸筋草15g、泽兰叶15g、槲寄生20g、鸡血藤15g(共82.5g)，以加水倍量、浸泡时间、提取时间为考查因素，每个因素选择三个不同的水平，因素水平表见表1。以水提干浸膏得率为考察指标，确定最佳工艺，按L9(34)表做正交试验。

(1)水提干浸膏制备及得率测定方法
按处方比例取自然铜2.5g(先加8倍量水煎煮2小时)、络石藤15g、伸筋草15g、泽兰叶15g、槲寄生20g、鸡血藤15g(共82.5g)，按正交试验设计加水煎煮(每次提取前先称重，煮沸到规定时间前10分钟再称重并补加水到原重量，再煮沸10分钟)，滤过，滤液浓缩至小体积，移至已知重量的蒸发皿中，置水浴上蒸干，再于105℃干燥3小时，置干燥器中冷却0.5小时，精密称重，按下式计算干膏得率。

其中“*”为有显著性差异，查F分布临界表：F0.05(2，2)＝19.00。
从表4水提干膏得率方差分析结果可知：C因素有显著性差异(P＜0.05)，A、B因素无显著性差异(P＞0.05)，即：提取时间对干膏得率有显著影响，加水量、浸泡时间无显著影响。由极差分析可知，对干膏得率的影响顺序为：C＞A＞B，A因素中A3＞A2＞A1，选择最好水平A3，B因素中B1＞B2＞B3，选择最好水平B1，C因素中C3＞C2＞C1，选择最好水平C3，直观分析结果表明最佳工艺组成为A3B1C3。即取药材加水煎煮二次，第一次加12倍量水3小时，第二次加10倍量水2小时。
浓缩条件
经常压浓缩与减压浓缩两种方法进行比较：采用减压浓缩方法，温度控制在60-70℃，真空度为0.07-0.08Mpa，可以缩短浓缩时间，减少药膏损失，保存药液中的有效成分。
成型工艺研究
辅料的选择
成型工艺中用红花等药材细粉代替辅料，既可保存药物的全部成份，又可节省成本，故在胶囊剂的成型工艺中仍用红花等药材细粉代替部分辅料，发明人考虑到某些忌糖患者的需求，不再使用饴糖，只加淀粉补足重量。
取本发明稠膏与红花等药材细粉及淀粉混合，20目筛制粒。
湿粒干燥：本发明湿颗粒制成后，应及时干燥。干燥的温度控制在70℃，干燥时温度逐渐上升，以使颗粒内的水分蒸发。颗粒含水量控制在小于2％。
整粒：颗粒干燥时，稍有成块，经使用20目筛整粒，颗粒大小均匀，便于灌装。
舒筋活血片与舒筋活血胶囊比较表
上述结果表明：本发明舒筋活血胶囊的质量比原舒筋活血片有所提高。
综上所述，本发明的产品可有利有效成分的溶出，质量更加稳定可靠，具有防潮，且能掩盖原药苦味的，缩短崩解时限的，有利于忌糖患者服用，为医患双方提供更好地用药选择，可产生较好经济效益。本发明的制备工艺可很好地节能、缩短生产周期，降低生产成本，工艺更加完整，完善，有利大规模工业化生产。
具体实施方式
红花21g、香附(制)78.6g、狗脊(制)104.8g、香加皮52.4g、络石藤78.6g、伸筋草78.6g、泽兰叶78.6g、槲寄生104.8g、鸡血藤78.6g、自然铜(煅)13.1g；

Claims (5)
1、舒筋活血胶囊，由下述原料制备而成，红花21g、香附78.6g、狗脊104.8g、香加皮52.4g、络石藤78.6g、伸筋草78.6g、泽兰叶78.6g、槲寄生104.8g、鸡血藤78.6g、自然铜13.1g；加入辅料淀粉28-30g。
2、舒筋活血胶囊的制备工艺为：以上十味，取红花、香附、狗脊、香加皮粉碎成细粉，红花药材平均出粉率为96.98％，过80目筛；香附药材平均出粉率为97.28％，过80目筛；狗脊药材平均出粉率为97.24％；香加皮药材平均出粉率为96.88％。自然铜加8倍量水煎煮2小时，然后加入络石藤、伸筋草、泽兰叶、槲寄生、鸡血藤煎煮二次，第一次加12倍量水3小时，第二次加10倍量水2小时，合并煎液，滤过，静置，上清液采用减压浓缩方法，温度控制在60-70℃，真空度为0.07-0.08Mpa浓缩成稠膏，加入上述粉末256g，加淀粉29g，混匀，制粒，干燥，整粒，装胶囊，制成1000粒，即得。
3、根据权利要求2所述的舒筋活血胶囊的制备工艺，所述的制粒是经20目筛制粒。
4、根据权利要求2所述的舒筋活血胶囊的制备工艺，干燥的温度控制在70℃，颗粒含水量控制在小于2％。
5、根据权利要求2所述的舒筋活血胶囊的制备工艺，所述的整粒是经使用20目筛整粒。
