Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于在具有支承区域的定径装置和/或冷却装置(1)中支承塑料管材的装置,在所述支承区域中,该装置支承所述塑料管材(2),该支承区域由多个部分(9)构成,多个部分(9)相互连接,并由此构成一个具有半径(R)的弧段,所述部分(9)在一侧具有斜撑部(10),斜撑部(10)可贴靠在可移动的板(11)上,通过推动所述板(11)可改变所述部分(9)的空间位置,并由此可增大或减小所述弧段的半径(R)。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及用于在具有支承区域的定径装置和/或冷却装置中支承塑料型材特别是塑料管材的装置,在所述支承区域中,该装置支承塑料型材。
背景技术
在当今使用的挤压生产线中,当从一个尺寸更换为另一个尺寸时,除了定径装置之外,也更换例如位于真空罐中的支承薄板,并且用具有其它半径的薄板来代替。这又意味着,对于每个待生产的产品,必须储备相应匹配的支承薄板。因此在管挤压时随时准备好用于不同管直径的薄板。这增加库存要求和装备时间,因为如上所述那样更换薄板。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种支承装置,该支承装置可以省去耗费的薄板的更换。
该目的的解决方案的特征在于,一种用于在具有支承区域的定径装置和/或冷却装置中支承塑料管材的装置,在所述支承区域中,该装置支承所述塑料管材,该支承区域由多个部分构成,多个部分相互连接,并由此构成一个具有半径的弧段,所述部分在一侧具有斜撑部,斜撑部可贴靠在可移动的板上,通过推动所述板可改变所述部分的空间位置,并由此可增大或减小所述弧段的半径。
另一可选的方案是,一种用于在具有支承区域的定径装置和/或冷却装置中支承塑料型材的支承装置,在所述支承区域中,该装置支承所述塑料型材,该支承装置通过依次排列多个具有不同的支承轮廓的可转动的薄板。
按照进一步构造规定,该支承轮廓设计成半径。
按照进一步构造,所述可转动的薄板依次地设置。通过这种结构,可以不必对薄板进行更换,可以使相应所期望的用于支承的薄板嵌接。
在此有利的是,当第一薄板的半径大于或小于随后的薄板的半径时,亦即在使用多个薄板时,薄板到薄板的半径依次地减小或增大。
单个薄板的每一个都有用于转动的操作装置,其中该操作装置有利地安装在定径装置和/或冷却装置的外部。该操作装置在此这样地设计,使得由此不仅可以使可转动的薄板嵌接或脱接,而且还可在定径装置和/或冷却装置的外部识别出薄板的位置以及相应薄板的半径。按照扩展构造规定,每个薄板都从中央位置起操作。定径装置和/或冷却装置的长度可以跨过几米的距离,因此支承薄板并不是必须在几个位置上经中央的操作位置向内或向外转动,而是在中央在定径装置和/或冷却装置的一个位置上进行。通过这样中央的调整,多个具有相同半径的薄板也可以同时转动。
薄板结构形式的另一种可能性是,其不是单件式类似于半壳地构成,而是由多个支承件构成。由此可以考虑的是,薄板不作为整体转动,而是各个支承件朝其理论上的半径中心而移近或移开,并且由此该支承薄板嵌接或脱接。所述各个支承件也可以类似于光阑(Fotoblende)那样花瓣状地构成,并因此覆盖更大的直径范围,从而通过一个支承元件可以构成多个管直径。
该目的的另外一个解决方案在于,该支承区域由多个部分构成。亦即在支承装置的结构中这样地安排,即该支承装置的支承半径或包络线是可单个支承部分改变。
所述各个的部分或单个部分的连接块以相比于最大的待支承的直径至少一样大的半径牢固地夹紧。这些部分沿着或逆着挤出方向最大程度地延伸。在一个取决于待实现的调整区域的距离中,在所述部分的外部,亦即远离待支承的管设置斜撑部。通过该斜撑部,可以借助于在内半径上具有相应斜撑部的板的运动,沿着或逆着挤出方向,可以实现所述部分自由端的位置改变。所述部分自由端的包络线由此接近一用于支承管的可调整的内半径。可移动的板的调整不仅可以设置在槽的内部,也可以设置在槽的外部。这些部分支承单元中的几个可以一起调整。通过控制单元可以预先设定用于电动调整装置的额定值。

具体实施方式
图1示出一定径装置和/或冷却装置1、直通到那儿的塑料管材2以及三个支承薄板4、5和6。支承薄板4、5和6的每一个都配备有自身的操作装置7,借该操作装置这些薄板可分别单独地逆着挤出方向3转动。薄板4、5、6的每一个都有不同的半径R。有利地,半径R沿薄板4、5、6而增大或减小,由此实现当具有较小半径的薄板用于支承所述管时,具有较大半径的相应薄板不必受迫地脱接。
薄板4、5或6的其中一个示意性地在图2中示出。支承薄板具有半径R,其接近半圆地构成,其中圆弧不应该大于180°,以避免薄板卡住挤出物。每个薄板都具有一个自身的旋转轴8,薄板借助于操纵元件7可绕该旋转轴8转动。
在图3中示出薄板的一个可选择的实施方式。在这种情况下,薄板4由多个部分4a、4b、4c构成,所有这些部分可以同时绕共同的旋转轴8转动并与其连接在一起。所有的三个支承件4a、4b、4c具有一个以点画线示出的共同的半径R。
图4示出由多个部分9构成的支承装置,其中这些部分9在至少一侧上互相连接,并由此构成一个具有半径R的弧段。该支承装置在一侧夹紧在与可移动的板11连接的固定板12中。这些部分9通过斜撑部10紧贴在可移动的板11上。如果可移动的板11朝向固定板12移动,所述部分9通过斜撑部10强制地从其空间位置移出,并由此在一侧减小半径R。
图5示出同样的装置处于移出位置下,其中示出,在可移动的板11的区域中的所述部分9具有比在固定板12的区域中的半径更小的半径R。
为了调整可移动的板11,不仅可以在定径装置和/或冷却装置内部,而且还可以在其外部设置操作装置。当然,电的调整也是可考虑的。通过适当的措施也可以在定径装置和/或冷却装置外部识别出可移动的板11的位置,并由此显示调整的半径。
特别有利的是,这样的调整装置(也是按照第一实施例的调整装置)与挤出装置的控制装置连接,并由此例如可调整其他的过程参数,如挤压模具的物料间隙或输出速度。

1.一种用于在具有支承区域的定径装置和/或冷却装置(1)中支承塑料管材的装置,在所述支承区域中,该装置支承所述塑料管材(2),
其特征在于,该支承区域由多个部分(9)构成,多个部分(9)相互连接,并由此构成一个具有半径(R)的弧段,所述部分(9)在一侧具有斜撑部(10),斜撑部(10)可贴靠在可移动的板(11)上,通过推动所述板(11)可改变所述部分(9)的空间位置,并由此可增大或减小所述弧段的半径(R)。
