Abstract
夹心面包双面绒由至少两个化学和/或天然纤维制成的纤维网罩盖以及一个中间纸浆层构成。在将各层纤维网相互叠放后,将其整体送入一台水刺装置,对各层进行连结和加固。为了获得一种大体积的、更加柔软的纤网产品,应在加装纸浆层之前,至少使已截取成形、已制好的底部纤维网罩盖体积增大。这一效果通过对具有一定宽度的纤维网进行压实而取得,或利用齿轮方式啮合的滚辊进行压延,或再加以预先进行的水刺处理。
Description
WO 01/53588中介绍了一种生产夹心面包双面绒的工艺,这种夹心面包双面绒由至少两个化学纤维和/或天然纤维制成的外层纤维网,以及一个纸浆纤维制成的中间层组成。为了进行加固,夹心面包双面绒被送入一台水刺设备,然后再进入干燥机。由长纤维组成的下部罩盖通过一对轧辊,目的是在装入纸浆前将纤维层压紧。
以这种方式生产的夹心面包双面绒,在纸浆纤维的损耗量方面可以达到理想程度,但其最终成品却是扁平的,不具有大的体积。
本发明的任务是设计出一种工艺方法,通过它也可以生产出水刺加固类型的夹心面包双面绒。
为了解决上述任务,本发明提供建议如下:在加装纸浆层之前,将已截取成型并制好的纤维网罩盖的体积增大。这种蓬松的大体积纤维网、以及由此制成的夹心面包双面绒,会变得更加柔软,手感更舒适。通过对罩盖层至少部分纤维进行压紧、卷曲、水刺处理以及收缩,可以达到这一效果。不管方法如何,都必须使纤维网中的体积固定,以便使其在随后的水剌加固工序中得以保持。
US-Re.31 599中介绍了一种工艺,将纺织后的长纤维放入齿轮中,以形成具有三维形状的纤维网,但在该工艺中没有进行体积固定。这样的纤维网在使用时,其三维形状会立即被破坏。
EP-A-0 540041中介绍了一种工艺,在加装纸浆层之前将短纤维网进行水刺加固,目的是提高纤维网的吸水能力。随后,纤维网被加装上一层干燥的纸浆,该纸浆层在压力作用下与潮湿的纤维网相互结合起来。
更好的方法是如专利US-A-4704 112中公布的工艺那样,将纸浆放入一个中间层。在该工艺中,除纤维网罩盖之外还要另外形成一个中层纤维网,它具有例如洞眼这样的中空结构,可以将纸浆填入其中,形成厚度与中层纤维网相应的更厚些的纸浆层。除了这种三明治结构没有通常的纸浆层这一点以外,由这种工艺所生产的纤维网不具有较为柔软的手感。
与此不同的是,通过本发明则不仅可以生产得到更蓬松柔软的三层结构纤维网,而且可以在具有三维形状的纤维网罩盖之间装入一个较厚的纸浆纤维层,该纸浆纤维层的厚度至少可以与第一层、即底部纤维网罩盖的凹陷深度一致。
图中所示为两台生产夹心面包双面绒的设备。以下将结合图示对本发明的细节进行说明,图示内容分别为:

在纺粘技术中,长纤维在单元1中形成,并被放置到循环输送带2上。所形成的重量例如为8-15g/m2的纤维网3,在热压作用下通过轧辊4被进行加固。这时的纤维网才可被操控处理,加以卷绕。随后,纺粘纤维网3的卷筒5被喂入用以生产夹心面包双面绒的单独设备中。
这台设备由底部纤维网罩盖的滚筒5,以及用于增大纤维网体积的单元组成。在图1中,该单元为一台简单的水刺装置6,它具有平滑或更好结构的滚筒表面7。在此也可以采用一对以齿轮方式相互啮合的压辊,或一个纤网压紧装置。无论使用何种设备,都必须使滚轧后的纤维网3的体积增大,以便使最终成品的手感更加柔软。随后,利用气流成网设备8,在纤维网上加装一个纸浆层。纸浆层的重量例如为20-60g/m2。为了生产出全部为三层结构的夹心面包双面绒,还需要将滚筒5`上的纤维网罩盖送入;在加装纸浆层之前,该纤维网罩盖的体积也同样通过另外的水刺无纺布预处理设备6`而被尽可能增大。最后,通过一台可进行两道水刺的水刺设备9,三层纤维网各层之间相互结合。SPS纤维网在装置10中完成干燥,并由装置11对其进行卷绕。
图2所示为另外一台不连续的设备。在由单元5″卷绕之前,经过滚轧的纤维网3首先被进行体积增大处理。如图所示,这个过程通过一台简单的水刺无纺布预处理装置6″进行,该装置内装于纺织设备中。如果不使用湿法处理来增大体积,也可以利用带结构的双压辊或一套压紧装置。在进行湿法处理之后,应使用干燥机14加以干燥,至少也应使用一台吸水装置。这时在滚筒5`上所得到的纤维网,其体积已增大,且手感柔软,可以将其喂入夹心面包双面绒设备,以生产底部纤维网罩盖5″或顶部纤维网罩盖5。在此期间,通过单元8,向两个纤维网罩盖之间放入纸浆,然后将整个产品在装置9中加以加固和干燥。
图3中为图2所示的纺粘纤网设备,所不同的是,带有水剌无纺布预处理装置6″的双压辊4由压紧单元所取代,它装有反向运动的压紧带2`,由喷水板12的水射流对其进行冲击。在压实过程完成之后,利用附属于循环输送带2上的喷水板13的作用,使纤维网的体积增大。最后,通过吸水和或/干燥装置,将纤维网进行脱水。
Claims (26)
1.夹心面包双面绒的生产工艺,该夹心面包双面绒由至少两个化学和/或天然纤维制成的纤维网罩盖、以及一个纸浆纤维中间层组成,该工艺的特征是:在加装纸浆层之前,至少将截取成形并已制好的底部纤维网罩盖的体积加以扩大。
2.权利要求1的工艺,其特征为:纤维网罩盖被成型为三维形状。
3.权利要求1或2的工艺,其特征为:对纤维网罩盖进行压实。
4.权利要求1至3的工艺,其特征为:对纤维网罩盖进行压缩卷曲。
5.权利要求1或2的工艺,其特征为:以水刺方式对纤维网罩盖进行处理,以增大其体积。
6.权利要求1至5的工艺,其特征为:纤维网罩盖由任意种类的人工的、可预先直接截取的长纤维形成。
