电解池通常是在电解技术当中使用带电解液的池,这种电解池通常具有一个活性剂。这种电解池一般是装在瓶子,例如放在一个塑料瓶中销售。在打开瓶子之后,空气进入池中,通过与空气中的氧气进行反应,电解池就会慢慢失效,因此使用寿命有限。
发明内容
本发明的任务是提供一种电解池的容器,它的寿命可以相应地得到很好的改善。
本发明是通过独立权利要求来实现的,其他的有优点的实施例在从属权利要求书中说明。
本发明的电解池具有一个柔软的套子,其上设在一个引水开口。这个容器是可以挂着使用,而引水开口则一般设在下方。液体一般是借助设置在引水开口上的分配阀来提取,此时在容器中产生一个低压,它的效果就是,套子由此自身可收缩,通过分配阀的作用,实际上不会有空气进入到套子当中,套子里面就不会吸入氧气,这种容器使得电解池实际上是不会受到空气的影响,从而使得它的寿命不会因为与空气中氧气反应而受限。对柔软的套子应该理解为:这是一种套子,它是在排放液体的时候因产生低压而变形,同时基本上没有重新恢复到原状的恢复力。
这种柔软套子最好是有一种袋子的形状,尤其是一种软管袋子的形状。除了这种软管袋子外,还可以设计成一种由多种相互复合的部件,比如互相粘接(或相互焊接)构成的部件生产出来的袋子。这种套子一般是由气密和/或不透光的材料构成,尤其是这种套子可以由多层复合材料构成,其中可以在一种金属层,特别是铝金属层。这种套子可以具有一氡气障碍层,它可以包括套子内部整个内层,此外这种容器还设有一个支承装置,这样的话,套子就可以靠该支承装置而固定住。
本发明的任务也通过这种带柔软套子的容器的使用,特别是作为电解池的包装材料完好地解决。

具体实施方式
附图中可看到根据本发明的一个容器,它主要由袋子1构成。该袋子主要由软性的形状构成,它具有一个纵向延伸的形状,它是由气密的多层的薄膜构成,其中该薄膜的两层塑料薄膜当中还设有一层金属铝的障碍层,它的上端具有一固定环或搭扣2,以便挂在支架上。当然这个固定环2也可以设计成一个钩子或夹子的形状,袋子的下端是设有一引水开口3,其上设有一个分配阀4,从而可以将之打开或关上。袋子1中是电解池,里面放有电解液,电解池在使用当中通过开口3而取得,因此可通过电化学或者化学方法获得金属层。释放液体时候,袋子1自身会收缩,空气不会被吸入其中,因此里面实际上的体积完全是由液体来组成,从而该袋子可以用来作为金属电解层的包装材料,用于假牙生产过程中。

Claims (8)

1.容器,特别是电解池,带有一引水开口(3),其特征在于,具有一个柔软的套子,套上设有引水开口(3),其中引水开口(3)上设有一个分配阀(4)。
2.如权利要求1所述的容器,其特征在于,柔软套具有袋子、尤其是套管袋子的形状。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的容器,其特征在于,套子是由气密和/或不透光的材料制成。
4.如权利要求1至3任一权利要求所述的容器,其特征在于,套子由一种多层复合材料构成。
5.如权利要求1至4任一权利要求所述的容器,其特征在于,套子具有一金属层,尤其是铝层。
6.如权利要求1至5任一权利要求所述的容器,其特征在于,套子具有一氧气扩散障碍层。
7.如权利要求1至6任一权利要求所述的容器,其特征在于,还具有一个支承装置,它最好设在套子上。
8.带有柔软套子的容器的用途,是用作电解池的包装材料。
