本发明涉及一种镜片成型模具,其包括一上模仁、一下模仁、一位于上模仁及下模仁之间的定位机构、及用于安装上模仁、下模仁及定位机构的模套,该镜片成型模具还包括一垫圈,该垫圈设置于下模仁与定位机构之间。

镜片成型模具
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种模具,尤其是一种镜片成型模具。
【背景技术】
如图1所示,现有技术镜片成型模具10’包括一上模仁12、一下模仁14、一定位机构16及容纳上述元件的模套18,该上模12、下模仁14的一端分别突出形成具成型面122、142的凸柱120、140,定位机构16是一圆筒形结构,该下模仁14的凸柱140从定位机构16一端伸入定位机构16,上模仁12从定位机构16相对一端下压。成型过程中将预型体直接置于下模仁14上,通过高温软化该预形体,然后使上模仁12下压,控制上模仁12与下模仁14之间的距离,使预型体变形至成型面122、142所限定的形状,成为所需要的镜片。成型面122、142之间距离为镜片中心距离,上模仁12与定位机构16之间的距离为镜片边缘厚度。
但是,现有技术的镜片成型模具通过控制上模仁、下模仁之间的距离控制镜片中心厚度,当上模仁、下模仁之间距离即镜片中心厚度一定时,该种模具结构无法控制镜片边缘厚度。
【发明内容】
以下,将以实施例说明一种既可控制镜片中心厚度也可以控制镜片边缘厚度的镜片成型模具。
为实现上述实施例的内容,提供一种镜片成型模具,其包括:一上模仁、一于上模仁对应之的模仁、一位于上模仁及下模仁之间的定位机构、及一用于安装上模仁、下模仁及定位机构的模套,该镜片成型模具还包括一垫圈,该垫圈设置于下模仁与定位机构之间。
本实施例所提供的镜片成型模具通过控制上模仁、下模仁之间的距离控制镜片中心厚度,由于设置于下模仁上的垫圈的厚度可以改变,通过该垫圈以改变上模仁的非成型面与定位机构之间的距离,以达到实现控制镜片边缘厚度之目的。

【具体实施方式】
请一同参阅图2至图5所示,本实施例所提供的用于成型镜片的镜片成型模具1,其包括:
一上模仁10;
一下模仁20;
一位于上模仁10及下模仁20之间的定位机构30;
一位于定位机构30与下模仁20之间的垫圈40;
以及一用于安装上模仁10、下模仁20、定位机构30及垫圈40的模套50。
其中,上模仁10包括一上模仁体110,该上模仁体110材料可为碳化钨(WC)、碳化硅(SiC)、氮化硅(Si3N4)、碳化钛(TiC)或碳化钨-钴合金。上模仁体110一端形成有一与该上模仁体110同心的上模仁凸柱130,上模仁凸柱130上设置有成型面132及非成型面134,非成型面134围绕着成型面132。
下模仁20包括一下模仁体210,该下模仁体210可由碳化钨(WC)、碳化硅(SiC)、氮化硅(Si3N4)、碳化钛(TiC)或碳化钨-钴合金制成。该下模仁体210一端设置有阶梯部240,阶梯部240中心突出形成一直径小于阶梯部240直径的下模仁凸柱230,该下模仁凸柱230上设置有与上模仁10的成型面132对应的成型面232,成型面132、232围成一腔体。下模仁体210上设有一固定孔212,该固定孔212通过一连接体60将下模仁20固定在模套50中。
定位机构30为圆筒结构,可由钢材、氮化硅(Si3N4)、碳化钛(TiC)或碳化钨-钴合金制成。定位机构30上设置有一台阶面320,下模仁20的下模仁凸柱230可伸入定位机构30之中。台阶面320与非成型面134之间的距离为镜片边缘厚度。
垫圈40可为具一定厚度的圆环结构或圆筒结构,其内径稍大于下模仁凸柱230的直径,故垫圈40可套合在下模仁凸柱230上。垫圈40可由碳化钨(WC)、氮化硅(Si3N4)、碳化钛(TiC)或碳化钨-钴合金制成。
模套50为一圆筒结构,其包括一主体部510,主体部510一端设有与固定孔212相对应的安装孔532。当下模仁20安装在模套50中时,连接体60贯穿安装孔532与固定孔212配合以将下模仁20固定在模套50中。
模具1所成型的镜片70包括中央部份72及边缘部份74,中央部份72的厚度由成型面132、232之间的距离所决定,边缘部份74的厚度由非成型面134与台阶面320之间距离决定。
相较于图1所示的现有技术模具10’,由于垫圈40的作用,当成型面132、232之间距离一定时,非成型面134与台阶面320之间距离发生改变,因此,镜片边缘部份74的厚度可改变。
组装时,将下模仁20从模套50具安装孔532之一端伸入模套50中,并使安装孔532与固定孔212相对应,将连接体60贯穿安装孔532并伸入固定孔212以将下模仁20固定在模套50中,然后将垫圈40、定位机构30依次从模套50另一端进入模套50中并套合在下模仁凸柱230上。
使用时,将预形体(图未示)置于下模仁20上,然后将上模仁10下压,控制上模仁10下压距离,可成型一定中心厚度之镜片70。由于垫圈40的作用,本实施例的镜片成型模具1非成型面134与台阶面320之间距离与现有技术镜片成型模具10’相较而言,成型相同中心厚度的镜片时,距离减小,因而镜片70的边缘部份74的厚度减小。
当需保持镜片中心厚度不变、边缘厚度改变时,改变垫圈40的厚度,非成型面134与台阶面320之间间距发生变化,边缘部份72的厚度亦相应改变,因此,模具1可成型具有另一边缘厚度的镜片。

Claims (10)

1.一种镜片成型模具,包括成一上模仁、一与上模仁对应的下模仁、一位于上模仁及下模仁之间的定位机构、及一用于安装上模仁、下模仁及定位机构的模套,其特征在于:所述镜片成型模具还包括一垫圈,该垫圈设置于下模仁与定位机构之间。
2.如权利要求1所述的镜片成型模具,其特征在于:所述垫圈可由碳化钨、氮化硅(Si3N4)、碳化钛(TiC)或碳化钨-钴合金制成。
3.如权利要求1所述的镜片成型模具,其特征在于:所述垫圈为圆环结构。
4.如权利要求1所述的镜片成型模具,其特征在于:所述垫圈为圆筒结构。
5.如权利要求1所述的镜片成型模具,其特征在于:所述上模仁包括一上模仁体,该上模仁体一端突出形成一上模仁凸柱。
6.如权利要求5所述的镜片成型模具,其特征在于:所述上模仁凸柱设有一第一成型面。
7.如权利要求6所述的镜片成型模具,其特征在于:所述下模仁包括一下模仁体,下模仁体一端设置有阶梯部。
8.如权利要求7所述的镜片成型模具,其特征在于:所述阶梯部同心突出形成有一下模仁凸柱,该下模仁凸柱上设有一与第一成型面配合的第二成型面。
9.如权利要求1所述的镜片成型模具,其特征在于:所述下模仁上设有一固定孔,模套一端设有与所述固定孔相对应的安装孔。
10.如权利要求8所述的镜片成型模具,其特征在于:所述垫圈套合于下模仁凸柱上。
