Abstract

一种微量元素添加剂碱式氯化锌的制备方法,1)氧化锌与盐酸以摩尔比为5∶2,先将一定量的盐酸在5~10倍的反应水中稀释,再将氧化锌投入,在温度55~95℃下,控制pH值6~8,常压条件下反应1~3小时,生成碱式氯化锌(锌含量为57.5~60.5%),离心分离后的反应液又可作为母液在下次反应中循环使用;其反应如下:2HCl+5ZnO+4H2O=Zn5Cl2 (OH) 8·H2O 2)水洗、离心分离;3)烘干、粉碎、包装成成品。本发明具有工艺简单、成本低、收率高、成品品质好、无杂质、无废液排放环境污染少、能达到更高卫生标准等优点。

一种微量元素添加剂碱式氯化锌的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及微量元素添加剂碱式氯化锌的一种制备方法。
背景技术
碱式氯化锌在当今动物饲料中已普遍作为微量元素添加剂替代氧化锌和硫酸锌使用,而在当今碱式氯化锌生产中,有用废锌生产的,有用氯化锌和氧化锌反应生产的,也有用电镀版或线路版的蚀刻液中的锌来生产的,这些方法的缺点就是产品中含杂质较多,重金属含量过高处理很难,排放的反应液中含有重金属等污染物易对环境造成污染,因此难以达到更高标准的卫生要求和环境要求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种收率高、几乎无排放,环境污染少、成本低、工艺简单、成品品质好、无杂质、卫生标准更高的碱式氯化锌的制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的制备方法如下:
1、氧化锌与盐酸以摩尔比为5∶2,先将一定量的盐酸在5~10倍的反应水中稀释,再将氧化锌投入,在温度55~95℃下,控制PH值6~8,常压条件下反应1~3小时,生成碱式氯化锌(锌含量为57.5~60.5%),离心分离后的反应液又可作为母液在下次反应中循环使用;其反应如下:

3、烘干、粉碎、包装成成品。
以此种方法来制备碱式氯化锌可以提高碱式氯化锌的纯度,因为在此种方法中利用盐酸的酸性和氧化锌的碱性在有反应水的情况下直接进行中和反应,并不需要加入另外的促进反应剂,而最后生成的碱式氯化锌是不溶于水的沉淀物,离心脱水后反应物中没有其他的副产物,离心分离后的反应液又可作为母液在下次反应中循环使用,几乎无排放因而对环境无污染。本发明还具有工艺简单、收率高、成品品质好、无杂质、优于饲料卫生标准等优点。只要使用食品或医药级的原料就能生产出更高级别的碱式氯化锌。
具体实施方式
实施例1
先将2摩尔的盐酸在5倍的反应水中稀释,再将5摩尔的氧化锌投入。在55℃的反应温度下调节PH值为6.5,反应1小时,水洗、离心分离、烘干、粉碎、即可得成品碱式氯化锌。其中锌含量为57.5%。离心分离后的反应液作为母液在下次反应中循环使用。
实施例2
先将200摩尔的盐酸在8倍的反应水中稀释,再将500摩尔的氧化锌缓慢投入。在75℃的反应温度下调节PH值为7,反应2小时,水洗、离心分离、烘干、粉碎、即可得成品碱式氯化锌。其中锌含量为60.5%。离心分离后的反应液作为母液在下次反应中循环使用。
实施例3
先将20摩尔的盐酸在10倍的反应水中稀释,再将50摩尔的氧化锌缓慢投入。在95℃的反应温度下调节PH值为7.5,反应3小时,水洗、离心分离、烘干、粉碎、即可得成品碱式氯化锌。其中锌含量为60%。离心分离后的反应液作为母液在下次反应中循环使用。
用本添加剂按锌源的标准用量喂猪,可促进生长、改善料肉比,改善肉色,提高抗病能力;使猪皮肤红润,毛色光亮,仔猪可提高抗应激能力与免疫力,促进生长,预防乳仔猪下痢,种猪可延长繁殖使用寿命;按锌源的标准用量喂肉禽可使生长速度提高,料肉比下降,增强羽毛光泽度,提高其应激能力,降低死亡率;按锌源的标准用量喂水产动物,可增强免疫力,降低发病率与死亡率,促进生产,减少疾病发生,减少水溶性损失提高饲料利用率。

Claims (1)

1、一种微量元素添加剂碱式氯化锌的制备方法,其特征在于:
1)、氧化锌与盐酸以摩尔比为5∶2,先将一定量的盐酸在5~10倍的反应水中稀释,再将氧化锌投入,在温度55~95℃下,控制PH值6~8,常压条件下反应1~3小时,生成碱式氯化锌(锌含量为57.5~60.5%),离心分离后的反应液又可作为母液在下次反应中循环使用;其反应如下:

3)、烘干、粉碎、包装成成品。
