Abstract

本发明公开了一种饲料添加剂及制备方法。该饲料添加剂为羟基蛋氨酸锌。其制备方法为用液体羟基蛋氨酸与锌的一种无机盐水溶液以摩尔比为1∶1~2,在温度50~100℃,pH值6~8,常压条件下反应0.8~1.2小时螯合而成。这种饲料添加剂生物学效价高;可以降低添加剂的用量;除满足动物的微量元素锌的营养外还为动物提供蛋氨酸之营养。

羟基蛋氨酸锌饲料添加剂及其制备方法
本发明涉及一种羟基蛋氨酸锌饲料添加剂及其制备方法。
锌是一种人和动物所必需的微量元素,目前是采用锌的无机盐作为饲料添加剂,动物吸收利用必须通过多种生物学屏障,其吸收率低,添加量大,生物学效价低;大部分经粪便排出,对环境有污染;而且这些无机盐对饲料中维生素等活性物质有破坏作用。也有采用固体蛋氨酸与无机锌共同作为添加剂,以补充蛋氨酸之营养,但固体蛋氨酸溶解比较困难。
本发明的目的在于提供一种动物吸收利用率高,添加量小,生物学效价高;对环境无污染;除满足动物对微量元素锌的营养外,还为动物提供蛋氨酸之营养的一种饲料添加剂及其制备方法。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:本发明的饲料添加剂为羟基蛋氨酸锌螯合物(C5H8O3Zn)。
其制备方法如下:
1、液体羟基蛋氨酸与锌的无机盐水溶液以摩尔比为1∶1~2,在温度50~100℃,在氢氧化钠存在下,控制PH值6~8,常压条件下反应0.8~1.2小时,生成羟基蛋氨酸锌螯合物;其反应式如下:
2、离心分离、水洗;
3、烘干、粉碎、包装成成品。
由于这种螯合锌是在畜禽消化道内通过氨基酸途径吸收,速度快、吸收率大大提高,生物学效价高、可降低添加剂的用量;对改善动物的微量元素营养具有很好的促进作用;除满足动物的微量元素锌的营养外,还为动物提供蛋氨酸之营养,故可以促进动物之生长;还可以避免无机锌对饲料中维生素等活性物质的破坏;可以显著提高饲料的利用率。这种羟基蛋氨酸螯合物具有稳定的化学结构、安全无毒、无刺激性。且由于粪便中无机锌的排出量小,也可以保护环境。使用液体羟基蛋氨酸克服了固体蛋氨酸溶解难的缺点。这种添加剂可广泛应用于各种动物:如猪、禽、水产动物等。试验表明:添加螯合锌可提高生长肥猪日增重7.2%,料肉比降低3.3%,同时明显改善胴体品质。在肉仔鸡饲料中添加螯合锌提高日增重5.8%,饲料效率提高2.1%,且使骨骼健康。对于蛋鸡,螯合锌可提高产蛋率9.8%,蛋中锌含量提高10%以上,料蛋比降低5.7%,蛋壳厚度与强度均明显提高,且能明显增强禽类毛的光泽度。
实施例1:羟基蛋氨酸锌(C5H8O3Zn)的制备及应用:
85kg羟基蛋氨酸+80.5kg一水硫酸锌+41kg98%工业纯氢氧化钠在80℃的反应温度下,调节PH为6.5,反应1小时,得到羟基蛋氨酸锌128公斤,离心分离、水洗;烘干、粉碎、即为成品。其中锌含量为21.5%,羟基蛋氨酸含量52.6%。
用本添加剂200~400克/吨喂种公猪,可促进生长、提高抗病能力;延长种猪繁殖使用寿命;用本添加剂200~400克/吨喂乳仔猪,可有利于改善造血功能与免疫机能,提高抗应激能力与免疫力,促进生长,显著提高饲料报酬。喂肥肉猪则可促进生长,改善料肉比,改善肉色,使猪皮肤红润,毛色光亮。喂肉禽可使生长速度提高,料肉比下降,增强羽毛光泽度,提高其应激能力,降低死亡率。喂水产动物,可增强免疫力,降低发病率与死亡率,促进生长,减少疾病发生,提高饲料利用率。

Claims (1)

1、一种羟基蛋氨酸锌饲料添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)、液体羟基蛋氨酸与锌的无机盐水溶液以摩尔比为1∶1~2,在温度50~100℃,在氢氧化钠存在下,PH值6~8,常压条件下反应0.8~1.2小时,得到羟基蛋氨酸锌;
(2)、离心分离、水洗;
(3)、烘干、粉碎、包装成成品。
