Abstract

用于指状铣刀的刀片
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于机械铣削的指状铣刀的刀片,具有一平行四边形的基本形状,沿其纵侧形成直线形切削刃,在其上连接着圆弧形切削刃(Radiusschneidkante),所述圆弧形切削刃位于平行四边形的具有较小角度的角部处。此外在平行四边形横边上还设置具有中凸曲率的切削刃,其至少一个曲率半径比圆弧形切削刃的曲率半径大数倍。
背景技术
由资料US 6,413,023B1已知上述类型的刀片。这种刀片可拆卸地固定在指状铣刀的刀架上,因此它们是可更换和可转位的,以便可选择地利用两条直线形切削刃中的一条或弯曲的切削刃中的一条,它们用于不同的铣削加工。采用一直线形纵侧切削刃需要刀片在指状铣刀上这样定向,在这样定向时相互平行的切削刃与指状铣刀的旋转轴线平行。这相当于所谓的刀片垂直位置,用它可以加工与直线形切削刃平行定向的工件壁。对于借助于一弯曲切削刃的工件加工,刀片从垂直位置转到一倾斜位置,以便或者是使刀片的圆弧形切削刃或者是使有关平行四边形的横侧上的微弯切削刃与工件作用(接触)。
由于圆弧形切削刃较小的几何尺寸,单单用这段切削刃仅仅在刀片有关的倾斜工作位置进行较轻微的切削,因此这里用圆弧形切削刃通常进行精加工。在刀片相应更强地倾斜的位置,使位于横边上的具有较小曲率的另一个切削刃与工件作用,以便特别是能移通过粗加工加工垂直于铣刀轴线延伸的工件表面。在刀片横边上的微弯切削刃不仅具有比角部的圆弧形切削刃大的曲率半径,它还可以构造得比圆弧形切削刃长得多。由此用微弯的切削刃进行比弯曲强烈的圆弧形切削刃强得多的切削。
在已知刀片中,圆弧形切削刃强烈中凸的曲率逐渐过渡到刀片横边上的切削刃的较弱的中凸曲率,因此,从相应的圆弧形切削刃开始,曲率半径持续加大。因此圆弧形切削刃相对于刀片横边上的微弯曲的切削刃不存在明确的分界。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的是,制造所述类型的刀片,其中,从具有较大曲率的角部圆弧形切削刃跳到横边上的微弯的切削刃,并且,用圆弧形切削刃以及用微弯的切削刃的工作要求刀片有显著不同的倾斜位置。
按照本发明,这个目的通过这样的方式实现,即在圆弧形切削刃与横边上的中凸弯曲的切削刃之间有一具有中凹弯曲的边缘区,其中,根据刀片的倾斜位置,或者是圆弧形切削刃、或者是相应横边上的中凸弯曲的切削刃与工件作用(接触)。
对于本发明重要的是,圆弧形切削刃与刀片横边上另外的微弯切削刃之间的中凹弯曲区域或者是仅仅允许以圆弧形切削刃或者是仅仅以相应横边上的另外的微弯切削刃与工件作用。由此可以方便地避免错误加工。
本发明有利的结构特征由从属权利要求得到。

具体实施方式
具体来说,在图1和2中可以看到刀片的外形轮廓,它基本上相当于一个平行四边形,除了弯曲的横边结构外,对于它后面还要详细说明。这样,刀片具有相互平行的纵棱,它们构成切削刃1。因此在刀片的垂直位置也可进行铣削加工。在这个在图中未示出的位置,刀片的纵向中心线B与铣刀的旋转轴线A重合。
依平行四边形的基本形状,刀片具有角度大于90°的角部和角度小于90°的角部。在具有较小角度的角部处刀片具有圆弧形刀刃2,它们具有比较强的弯曲。相应地,曲率半径R1很小。所述圆弧形切削刃2是纵侧切削刃2的延续,它们围绕刀片相应的角部形成。
在刀片的具有多个曲率的平行四边形的较短的横侧处,中凸地向外弯曲的圆弧形切削刃2过渡到一个中凹弯曲的边缘区4,该边缘区具有一相应的负曲率半径。在这个弯曲区4上连接着一在刀片横边上的微弯的(较弱地弯曲的)切削刃3,在圆弧形弯曲的情况下它具有一个显著大于圆弧形切削刃2曲率半径R1的唯一的曲率半径R2。
用刀片上的圆弧形切削刃2和横边切削刃3进行不同的铣削加工,它们要求刀片相互不同的倾斜位置。如果用圆弧形切削刃2进行加工,那么刀片倾斜一较小的角度α,它表示在图1中。角度α在铣刀的旋转轴线A与刀片的纵向中心线B之间产生。如果用横边切削刃3进行铣削,那么刀片相对于铣刀轴线A的倾角加大,并在铣刀轴线A和刀片的纵向中心线B之间产生夹角β,如图2中所示。
在实际结构中,所述类型的刀片具有约12mm的长度和约7mm的宽度。圆弧形切削刃的曲率半径R1为1mm,横边切削刃3的曲率半径R2约为6mm,亦即它是曲率半径R1的6倍。横边切削刃3的长度在刀片横边长度的约四分之三上延伸,在其上朝圆弧形切削刃2方向连接着曲率半径为约2mm的负曲率区4。在刀片的这种几何形状时,在倾角α(图1)为5°的情况下,在用圆弧形切削刃2铣削时造成一离待加工工件表面约0.2mm的距离,因此在未使用的横边切削刃3下方存在足够的空间。而在刀片的倾角β(图2)为15°时,在圆弧形切削刃2的下顶点与待加工工件表面之间的距离D为0.33mm,因而在这种情况下在圆弧形切削刃2下方有足够的空间。
原则上在刀片的倾斜是β的情况下上述距离C和D通过这样的方式产生,即,在图2中所示的两条切线T1和T2中,切线T2离刀片的中心点M比切线1更近。对于这个限定重要的是,在微弯的横边切削刃处的切线T1是这样布置的,即,该切线T1上的一条铅垂线通过刀片的中心点M。因此该垂线与切线T1的底足夹角是90°。此外对于这个限定重要的是,圆弧形切削刃2处的切线T2是与切线T1平行分布的那个切线。

Claims (3)

1.用于机械铣削的指状铣刀的刀片,具有一种平行四边形的基本形状,沿其纵边形成直线形切削刃(1),圆弧形切削刃(2)连接到所述直线形切削刃上,这些圆弧形切削刃位于具有较小角度的平行四边形角部处,并在平行四边形横边上设置有中凸弯曲的切削刃(3),其至少一个曲率半径(R2)比圆弧形切削刃(2)的曲率半径(R1)大数倍,
其特征为:
在圆弧形切削刃(2)与横边上的中凸弯曲的切削刃(3)之间有一中凹弯曲的边缘区(4),其中,根据刀片的倾斜位置,或者是圆弧形切削刃(2)、或者是相应横边上的中凸弯曲的切削刃(3)与工件作用。

其特征为:
横边上的中凸弯曲的切削刃(3)以连续的曲线连接到圆弧形切削刃(2)上。

其特征为:
对于在用横边上的一个中凸弯曲的切削刃(3)工作时的倾斜位置,一条在这个切削刃(3)处的、其垂线通过平行四边形中心点(M)的切线(T1)到这个中心点(M)的距离大于那个相邻的圆弧形切削刃(2)处的与所述切线(T1)平行的切线(T2)到中心点(M)的距离。
