技术领域
本发明涉及一种带有一个柔性平面构型物的汽车内部空间保护装置,以及一种制造用于这种装置的柔性平面构型物的方法。
背景技术
从欧洲专利EP 01 433 660已知一种汽车内部空间的保护装置是一种货舱遮盖。已知的货舱遮盖具有一个柔性的以马利伏里斯(Malivlies)形式的平面构型物,该平面构型物一个端部固定在一个卷轴上,且相对的一个端部连接在一个抽出轮廓。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于,提供一种开头所述类型的保护装置和方法,该装置和方法使平面构型物能够简单地且成本低廉地与邻接的构件连接,比如,特别是卷轴或者抽出轮廓。
对于保护装置,这个任务是这样解决的,即平面构型物是多层地由支撑非织造织物和一个作为顶层涂覆的可熔接的塑料层而构成的。优选地,平面构型物由两层构成。除了已描述的两层之外,也可以至少还存在一个另外的层。支撑非织造织物可以由马利伏里斯缝编物或者马利瓦特(Maliwatt)缝编物而形成。备选地,支撑非织造织物可以以其他类型的,特别是针刺或者水束加强的非织造织物构型物构成。有利的是,设有非织造织物构型物通过一条缝线附加缝。这样的支撑非织造织物是成本低廉的,特别是与织物或者针织物比较,且仍具有足够的刚度和强度以用作平面构型物的支撑材料。塑料涂层不必具有自己的支撑功能,因此可以做得相对薄一些。塑料层的可熔接性使得平面构型物能够简单地连接到邻接的构件上,比如一个抽出轮廓,一个轮廓段或者类似物。可能有利的是,为一个这样的轮廓段制造一个由相同的塑料材料组成的敷层,且获得与平面构型物的塑料层的简单熔接。一个PVC层作为塑料层,是特别有利的。因为PVC层可熔接且成本低。以希望的方式,特别是为了设计目的,可以对塑料层进行染色和使之具有一种结构。在使用PVC或者一种其他塑料材料时,可以实现足够的耐火性和耐光性。支撑非织造织物的使用使得在相对于卷轴卷起或者展开平面构型物时的滚动噪声得到削减。本发明意义下的保护装置特别是汽车的,特别是载客汽车的货舱遮盖,但也包括在汽车的玻璃车顶区域或者在侧面或者尾侧的玻璃区域的遮阳或者遮光装置,以使遮蔽,特别是完全遮蔽成为可能。
以特别有利的方式,塑料层是由一个PVC层构成的。这特别是通过胶合、轧光、涂刷或者也可通过挤压以液体形态涂敷在支撑非织造织物上的,通过这样可以获得一个非常薄的且均匀的涂层。因此得到平面构型物重量的明显减小。
在本发明的另一个设计方案中,塑料层是由塑料薄膜构成的。该塑料薄膜优选的是一层PVC薄膜。该塑料薄膜可以有利的方式与支撑非织造织物连接,特别是粘合。为了粘合,可以使用粘合层,该粘合层或者已经存在于塑料薄膜上或者是在将两层合并在一起时通过相应的涂层方法涂上的。
对于制造一个这样的保护装置的柔性平面构型物的方法,本发明的任务是如下解决的,塑料层是以液体形态涂敷在支撑非织造织物上。因此,获得一个非常薄且仍均匀的涂层是可能的,由此,一方面可降低成本,另一方面相对于传统的货舱遮盖的PVC一平面构型物可以减小重量的。以有利的方式,涂层通过轧光进行。
在所述方法的设计方案中,塑料层是通过刮片(Rakeln)或者涂刷施加上的。这里可以特别有利的方式在一个连续的生产过程中完成平面构型物。其中非织造织物将用塑料浸渍,通过这样将提高平面构型物的可熔接性。
替代方案是,通过挤压涂上塑料层。
按照本发明,首先通过针刺法或者水束加强将合适的纤维网加固成非织造织物构型物,制造支撑非织造织物。在支撑非织造织物制成之后,再涂上塑料层。
由于保护装置具有一个平面构型物,该平面构型物下侧配有支撑非织造织物,上侧配有塑料层,在卷起状态下在卷轴上每次总是一个支撑非织造织物卷层和一个塑料卷层彼此叠置。借此要可靠地避免在卷起状态下的粘合,以致除了在卷起或者展开时的适意的且轻声的滚动噪声,均匀的缠卷力或者抽展力得到保证。此外,在卷起状态下避免粘合,以致卷起的平面构型物可长期保存。由塑料层构成的顶层特别使得能够与汽车的其他内覆盖物的装饰或者设计造型相适应,以致在保护装置区域也可以延续汽车内部空间的一个统一的总印象。从而特别实现了与内部空间设计构思的颜色和粒化相适应。

Claims (11)

1.汽车内部空间保护装置,其具有柔性的平面构型物,该平面构型物在一个端部可卷起地和可展开地固定在卷轴上,在该平面构型物的另一个端部上与抽出轮廓连接,其特征在于,所述的平面构型物是多层地由支撑非织造织物和作为顶层涂覆的可熔接的塑料层构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保护装置,其特征在于,所述的塑料层是由PVC层构成的。
3.根据权利要求1所述的保护装置,其特征在于,马利伏里斯缝编物或者马利瓦特缝编物作为支撑非织造织物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的保护装置,其特征在于,所述的塑料层是由塑料薄膜构成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的保护装置,其特征在于,所述的塑料薄膜构型为PVC薄膜。
6.根据权利要求4或者5所述的保护装置,其特征在于,所述的塑料薄膜与支撑非织造织物连接,特别是粘接。
7.根据权利要求1所述的保护装置,其特征在于,所述的支撑非织造织物是通过针刺加强或者水束加强制成的。
8.根据权利要求7所述的保护装置,其特征在于,所述的支撑非织造织物附加地借助缝线缝合。
9.用于制造根据权利要求1所述的保护装置的柔性平面构型物的方法,其特征在于,所述的塑料层是以液体形态被涂敷到制成的支撑非织造织物上的。
10.根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述的塑料层是通过刮刀涂上的。
11.根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述的塑料层是通过挤压涂上的。
