本发明公开了一种无铅环保新型锌锰干电池,其负极所用材料中含有组成的量重配比是:Pb≤0.03%,Cd≤0.002%Fe≤0.003%,Cu≤0.001%,Mg≤0.0015%,Al<0.02%,Ti<0.05%。本发明的优点是:1.使用无铅的环保电池锌材料生产出无铅环保锌锰干电池;2.减少重金属铅存在电池中对大自然环境和人类的污染和危害,有益人体健康;3.减小铅在锌的晶间腐蚀,通过合金化去提高材料的耐蚀性,从而保障电池的放电效果;4.本发明的无铅锌锰干电池其放电性能指标完全能达到含铅电池的各项放电性能指标。

一种无铅环保新型锌锰干电池
技术领域
本发明涉及一种无铅环保锌锰干电池。
背景技术
随着科学的发展,世界人民环保意识的加强和提高,发现重金属有害元素汞、铅、镉、六价铬和有害元素聚溴二笨醚及聚溴联笨对人类的伤害,还污染环境和影响人们的身体健康,如重金属铅对人体的危害,铅进入人体以后,除部分通过粪便汗液排泄外,其余会溶入血液中,阻碍血液的合成,导致人体的贫血,出现头眩晕、乏力、困倦、便秘和肢体酸痛,有的口中有金属味,动脉硬化和儿童发育不良等等。因此,欧盟ROHS指令规定从2006年7月1日起,新投放欧盟市场的电子电器设备中不得含有以下6种有害物质,其在均质材料中最高限量分别为:
铅(Pb)           1000Mg/Kg
汞(Hg)           100Mg/Kg
镉(Cd)           1000Mg/Kg
铬(Crb+)         1000Mg/Kg
多溴联笨(PBB)      1000Mg/Kg
多溴二笨醚(PBDE)   1000Mg/Kg
据了解我国生产的电池锌粒,锌片的国家标准分别为GB/T3610-1997,其化学成份:Cd 0.03-0.06%,Pb 0.35-0.80%,Fe0.015%,Cu 0.002%,Sn 0.003%,杂质总和0.025,其余含量为Zn,电池锌片的标准为GB1978-88,其化学成份XD1:Fe 0.011%,Cd0.20-0.35%,Pb 0.30-0.50%,Cu 0.002%,Sn 0.002%,杂质总和0.02%,其余均为Zn含量。XD2:Fe 0.008-0.015%,Cd 0.03-0.06%,Pb 0.35-0.80%,Cu 0.002%,Sn 0.003%,杂质总和0.0025%,其余均为Zn含量,而一些先进国家如日本要求的电池锌粒的标准是:Pb 0.4±0.05%,Cd≤0.002%,Fe≤0.003%,Cu<0.001%,Mg<0.001±0.0005%,Sn<0.0005%,Zn>99.5%。
从执行的标准上分析,无论是我国生产的锌锰干电池还是先进国家的日本生产干电池的标准,都是以铅作为合金元素添加到材料当中去生产锌锰干电池。因此现在生产的锌锰干电池,如果按照现在的ROHS新标准执行,是完全不能达到环保的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对目前锌锰电池中重金属铅含量超标引起对人体的危害之不足,提供一种无铅环保新型锌锰干电池。
本发明为了解决上述技术问题而采用的技术解决方案如下:
一种无铅环保新型锌锰干电池,其负极所用材料中含有组成的量重配比是:Pb≤0.03%,Cd≤0.002%Fe≤0.003%,Cu≤0.001%,Mg≤0.0015%,Al<0.02%,Ti<0.05%。
本发明采用上述技术解决方案所能带来的技术效果是:1、使用无铅的环保电池锌材料生产出无铅环保锌锰干电池;2、减少重金属铅存在电池中对大自然环境和人类的污染和危害,有益人体健康;3、减小铅在锌的晶间腐蚀,通过合金化去提高材料的耐蚀性,从而保障电池的放电效果;4、通过对含铅电池和本发明无铅锌锰干电池的各项指标分别作放电试验可以得出,本发明的无铅锌锰干电池其放电性能指标完全能达到含铅电池的各项放电性能指标;5、通过国际SGS组织的检验报告可知,本发明无铅环保锌锰干电池的铅含量为0.009%,镉含量小于0.001%,汞的含量为0.00001%。

具体实施方式
由图1至图10所示,本发明的一种环保新型锌锰干电池,其阴极所用锌材料是在纯锌(其杂质含量重量比Pb≤0.03%,Cd≤0.002%,Fe≤0.003%,Cu≤0.001%)中,加入Mg、Al、Ti,其中:Mg≤0.0015%,Al<0.02%,Ti<0.05%;以Mg,Al及稀有元素Ti替代现有电池中添加的Pb。镁和钛可以细化晶粒,并生成TIZN15弥散细粒,去提高合金的强度、硬度、蠕变强度和再结晶温度。
铅实际上不固溶于锌,微量铅(0.05%)在锌内以锌铅共晶体存在,铅含量增高时,除有锌铅共晶体外,铅还可以以游离质点的形式存在,铅几乎不能提高锌的再结晶温度,由于锌和铅之间的电位差较大,当电池锌中含0.3-0.8%PB时的铅时,就会加速锌的腐蚀,由于铅锌比重相差较大,并在液态下又不完全溶解,所以含铅的锌会在缓冷时比重偏析严重,这不仅使锌在加工过程中变形不均,而且增加锌的合金酸蚀不均匀性。
但是当在锌中加入微量的铝(0.02%)时,它可以减少锌的氧化,提高锌表面质量,抑制在锌当中脆性化合物的形成,降低锌的脆性,同时还可以细化晶粒,提高强度,提高延展性。
锌锰电池放电时通常认为有如下反应:

目前有些厂家用ZnCl2电解液代替NHCl.
无铅环保新型锌锰干电池其阴极的结构导致两个方面的主要问题,相对较小的比表面,不允许大电流通过,腐蚀反应会一直进行到电池漏液,并且漏出的电解质会腐蚀设备,而铅在锌当中固溶度低,偏析严重,而且容易出现晶间腐蚀,降低电池的寿命,所以通过合金化去改变锌的金属结构,使其结晶的颗粒变得细密,使晶粒表面与晶间距离有较小的电位差,从而增加了耐蚀性能,加入微晶的铝和稀有金属元素,可以细化晶粒,提高锌的耐温性和润湿性,减小锌的晶间腐蚀,提高抗氧性,从而达到既满足电池的技术要求,又能达到环保,保障人类的健康。
通过对含铅电池和采用了本发明的锌材料制造的无铅电池进行放电试验,其各放电试验的数据汇总表如下:
