本发明是一种全密闭免维护铅酸蓄电池超低锑板栅合金材料,其合金成分(重量)为:0.001-1%Sb或Cd,0.001-1%Na2S4或Na2S5,0-0.5%As,0-0.8%Sn,0-0.1%Cu,余量Pb。本发明合金材料具有优良的机械性能,良好的耐腐蚀性能,高的析氢过电位。同时该合金制造工艺简单易行,生产成本低,在现有普通设备上便可生产制造。用该合金材料制作板栅组装的密闭铅酸蓄电池,其各项指标均达到日本工业标准。

Description

全密闭免维护铅酸蓄电池超低锑板栅合金材料
本发明涉及铅基合金材料,特别是一种全密闭免维护铅酸蓄电池用的超低锑板栅合金材料。
近年来,铅酸蓄电池向密闭免维护方向发展,所以对蓄电池中的关键部件—板栅的合金材料进行了大量的研究,在现有技术中,用含锑合金制作的正极板栅,其腐蚀的氧化物膜与活性物质能较好地粘附,使板栅与活性物质电接触良好。同时,锑是PbO2成核催化剂,可阻止活性物质晶体长大,使活性物质不易脱落,从而提高了电池的容量和寿命。然而,现有的铅锑合金板栅也存在一些缺点,如在循环过程中,尤其是在充电过程中,由于锑从正极板栅上溶解沉淀到负极活性物质上,易在锑上具有较低的过电位,而使蓄电池在过充电,贮存时析氢量增加,电池无法做成密闭式,还必须经常向电解液中加水。在过充电条件下,锑还会以SbH3的有毒气体形式析出。此外,含锑合金在生产中存在浇铸的板栅易产生裂纹,以及强度和硬度较低,常引起板栅变形等问题。
本发明的目的,旨在提出一种可使合金强化,提高其析氢过电位和耐腐蚀性能的全密闭免维护铅酸蓄电池超低锑板栅合金材料。
本发明的目的可以通过下述方案实现。
全密闭免维护铅酸蓄电池超低锑板栅合金材料,其合金成分(重量)为:0.001-1%Sb或Cd,0.001-1%Na2S4或Na2S5,0.05-0.5%As,0.1-0.8%Sn,0.01-0.1%Cu,余量Pb。
以下结合本发明的实施例,对全密闭免维护铅酸蓄电池超低锑板栅合金材料予以详细叙述。
超低锑板栅合金材料合金成分(重量)可以为:0.1-0.9%Sb或Cd,0.1-0.8%Na2S4或Na2S5,0.05-0.3%As,0.1-0.5%Sn,0.01-0.06%Cu,余量Pb。
超低锑板栅合金材料合金成分(重量)可以为:0.8%Sb,0.6%Na2S4,0.15%As,0.18%Sn,0.02%Cu,余量Pb。
超低锑板栅合金材料合金成分(重量)可以为:0.8%Sb,0.6%Na2S5,0.1%As,0.27%Sn,0.03%Cu,余量Pb.
超低锑板栅合金材料合金成分(重量)可以为:0.6%Sb,0.5%Na2S4,0.2%As,0.3%Sn,0.02%Cu,余量Pb.
超低锑板栅合金材料合金成分(重量)可以为:0.4%Sb,0.6%Na2S4,0.2%As,0.02%Cu,0.3%Sn,余量Pb.
超低锑板栅合金材料合金成分(重量)可以为:0.6%Cd,0.6%Na2S5,0.15%As,0.27%Sn,0.03%Cu,余量Pb.

将上述合金材料在480-500℃下熔化,搅拌均匀制成板栅。其模具温度控制在140-160℃,时效处理3天的涂片经17-19小时化成,使可组装蓄电池。
本发明的合金材料通过Na2S4或Na2S5的形式加入Na和S,可以避免单独加入钠而发生剧烈反应,也可以增加硫的加入量,可以同时起到强化和变质的效果。此外,Na2S4的熔点为254.8℃,Na2S5的熔点为258℃,且均为稳定的化合物,价格低廉,因此加入到Pb-Sb合金中,工艺简单,含量容易控制。
本发明合金材料具有优良的机械性能,良好的耐腐蚀性能,高的析氢过电位。同时该合金制造工艺简单易行,生产成本低,在现有普通设备上便可生产制造。用该合金材料制作板栅组装的密闭铅酸蓄电池,其各项指标均达到日本工业标准。

1一种全密闭免维护铅酸蓄电池超低锑板栅合金材料,其特征在于合金成分重量为:0.001-1%Sb或Cd,0.001-1%Na2S4或Na2S5,0.05-0.5%As,0.1-0.8%Sn,0.01-0.1%Cu,余量Pb。
2按照权利要求1所述的合金材料,其特征在于合金成分重量为:0.1-0.9%Sb或Cd,0.1-0.8%Na2S4或Na2S5,0.05-0.3%As,0.1-0.5%Sn,0.01-0.06%Cu,余量Pb。
3按照权利要求2所述的合金材料,其特征在于合金成分重量为:0.8%Sb,0.6%Na2S4,0.15%As,0.18%Sn,0.02%Cu,余量Pb。
4按照权利要求2所述的合金材料,其特征在于合金成分重量为:0.8%Sb,0.6%Na2S5,0.1%As,0.27%Sn,0.03%Cu,余量Pb。
