一种铅酸蓄电池正极用深循环板栅合金,其特征在于铅钙锡铝合金中添加金属钇和金属铈等稀土金属,钇含量0.06%~1.2%,铈含量0.06%~0.15%,本发明中由于少量稀土金属的添加使板栅合金的晶体结构发生变化,耐腐蚀性增强、导电性增强、电化学稳定性强,从而使铅酸蓄电池深循环寿命明显提高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种铅酸蓄电池正极用板栅合金,特别是加入稀土金属的深循环板栅合金,属铅酸蓄电池领域。
背景技术
目前铅酸蓄电池为了实现密封和免维护要求,其正极板栅普遍采用铅钙合金或低锑合金。铅钙合金虽然析氧过电位高、析气量小,但由于钙所形成的腐蚀膜导电性差等原因,产生的无锑效应使铅酸电池易出现早期容量衰减和寿命提前终止等;铅锑合金板栅由于锑含量的降低,使合金腐蚀层性能变差,带来铅酸电池在深循环应用时容量减少、寿命提前终止。目前,市场上的铅酸蓄电池普遍存在早期容量衰减和深循环寿命差的现象,使铅酸电池寿命从理论上的十几年减少到现在的3到5年,因此,板栅合金大大限制了铅酸蓄电池的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种耐腐蚀、电阻小、电化学稳定性强,能够延长铅酸电池使用寿命的铅酸蓄电池正极用深循环板栅合金。
本发明的技术方案是:在含有铅、钙、锡、铝的合金中添加稀土金属钇和铈,合金中所含各成分的重量百分比为:钙0.8%~1%、锡0.4%~0.8%、铝0.01%~0.12%、钇0.06%~1.2%、铈0.06%~0.15%,其余为铅。
采用以上技术方案,铅钙锡铝合金中添加稀土金属钇、铈后改变了合金晶体结构,比不加金属钇、铈的腐蚀失重小,欧姆内阻降低明显,在硫酸溶液中稳定性强,能使活性物质容易发生电化学反应,进而使板栅耐腐蚀性能以及活性物质的放电性能有所提高,从而减少了铅酸蓄电池早期容量衰减和寿命提前终止的现象。

具体实施方式
例1:选取各成分按如下重量百分比为:钙含量0.8%、锡含量0.8%、铝含量0.01%、钇含量0.07%、铈含量0.08%,其余为铅,制作板栅和装配组成电池进行实验,从附图可以看出,由于板栅腐蚀量、板栅腐蚀膜阻抗明显减小,合金的电化学稳定性明显增强,导致电池深循环寿命从400~800次提高到1200次以上。
例2:选取各成分按如下重量百分比:钙1%、锡0.5%、铝0.1%、钇0.1%、铈0.12%,其余为铅,制作板栅和装配组成电池,试验后循环寿命有明显提高。
例3:选取各成分按如下重量百分比:钙0.9%、锡0.4%、铝0.12%、钇1%、铈0.06%,其余为铅,制作板栅和装配组成电池,试验后循环寿命有明显提高。

1、一种铅酸蓄电池正极用深循环板栅合金,含有铅、钙、锡、铝成分,其特征是该合金中添加稀土金属钇和铈,合金中所含各成分的重量百分比为:钙0.8%~1%、锡0.4%~0.8%、铝0.01%~0.12%、钇0.06%~1.2%、铈0.06%~0.15%,其余为铅。
