一种铅酸蓄电池正极用深循环板栅合金配方,其特征在于铅钙锡铝合金中添加金属钇和金属铈等稀土金属,钇含量0.06%~1.2%,铈含量0.06%~0.15%,本发明配方中由于少量稀土金属的添加使板栅合金的晶体结构发生变化,耐腐蚀性增强、导电性增强、电化学稳定性强,从而使铅酸蓄电池深循环寿命明显提高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种铅酸蓄电池正极用板栅合金,特别是加入稀土金属的深循环板栅合金配方,属铅酸蓄电池领域。
背景技术
目前铅酸蓄电池为了实现密封和免维护要求,其正极板栅普遍采用铅钙合金或低锑合金。铅钙合金虽然析氧过电位高、析气量小,但由于钙所形成的腐蚀膜导电性差等原因,产生的无锑效应使铅酸电池易出现早期容量衰减和寿命提前终止等;铅锑合金板栅由于锑含量的降低,使合金腐蚀层性能变差,带来铅酸电池在深循环应用时容量减少、寿命提前终止。目前,市场上的铅酸蓄电池普遍存在早期容量衰减和深循环寿命差的现象,使铅酸电池寿命从理论上的十几年减少到现在的3到5年,因此,板栅合金大大限制了铅酸蓄电池的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种耐腐蚀、电阻小、电化学稳定性强,能够延长铅酸电池使用寿命的铅酸蓄电池正极用深循环板栅合金配方。
本发明的技术方案是:在含有铅、钙、锡、铝的合金配方中添加稀土金属钇和铈,配方中所含各成分的重量百分比为:钙0.8%~1%、锡0.4%~0.8%、铝0.01%~0.12%、钇0.06%~1.2%、铈0.06%~0.15%,其余为铅。
采用以上技术方案,铅钙锡铝合金中添加稀土金属钇、铈后改变了合金晶体结构,比不加金属钇、铈的腐蚀失重小,欧姆内阻降低明显,在硫酸溶液中稳定性强,能使活性物质容易发生电化学反应,进而使板栅耐腐蚀性能以及活性物质的放电性能有所提高,从而减少了铅酸蓄电池早期容量衰减和寿命提前终止的现象。

具体实施方式
例1:选取各成分按如下重量百分比为:钙含量0.8%、锡含量0.8%、铝含量0.01%、钇含量0.07%、铈含量0.08%,其余为铅,制作板栅和装配组成电池进行实验,从附图可以看出,由于板栅腐蚀量、板栅腐蚀膜阻抗明显减小,合金的电化学稳定性明显增强,导致电池深循环寿命从400~800次提高到1200次以上。
例2:选取各成分按如下重量百分比:钙1%、锡0.5%、铝0.1%、钇0.1%、铈0.12%,其余为铅,制作板栅和装配组成电池,试验后循环寿命有明显提高。
例3:选取各成分按如下重量百分比:钙0.9%、锡0.4%、铝0.12%、钇1%、铈0.06%,其余为铅,制作板栅和装配组成电池,试验后循环寿命有明显提高。

1、一种铅酸蓄电池正极用深循环板栅合金配方,含有铅、钙、锡、铝成分,其特征是该配方中添加稀土金属钇和铈,配方中所含各成分的重量百分比为:钙0.8%~1%、锡0.4%~0.8%、铝0.01%~0.12%、钇0.06%~1.2%、铈0.06%~0.15%,其余为铅。
