本发明涉及一种晶体震荡器陶瓷外壳盖板生产工艺,其特征在于采用0.08~0.25mm厚的合金板材为胚体,经冲制成型、光饰、镀涂、检验工序后包装出厂,所述镀涂工艺采用振筛机,使产品在化镀过程中不断振动,所述镀涂工艺中的化镀配方为:氯化镍30~40g/L;次亚磷酸钠10~15g/L;柠檬酸钠10g/L;硼酸4~6g/L;镀液温度75~92℃;pH值为6。该生产工艺构思新颖,设计合理,实践证明大批量生产的制成品性能好,具有较大的推广应用价值。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种晶体震荡器陶瓷外壳盖板生产工艺。
背景技术
表面贴装晶体振荡器陶瓷外壳盖板产品虽小,但技术含量高,在国内有多达十几亿的需求量。但由于我国没有生产晶体震荡器陶瓷外壳盖板这项技术,所以国内用户都是依靠进口产品,因而价格较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种晶体震荡器陶瓷外壳盖板生产工艺,该工艺制得的产品不仅价格低,耐腐蚀性能好,而且在生产使用中封焊可靠性高,封焊熔点低,有利于石英晶片的封装和提高晶体振荡产品的工作稳定性。
本发明是这样实现的:采用0.08~0.25mm厚的合金板材为胚体,经冲制成型、光饰、镀涂、检验工序后包装出厂,所述镀涂工艺采用振筛机,使产品在化镀过程中不断振动,所述镀涂工艺中的化镀配方为:氯化镍30~40g/L;次亚磷酸钠10~15g/L;柠檬酸钠10g/L;硼酸4~6g/L;镀液温度75~92℃;PH值为6。
本发明一是采用合金板材为原料,二是采用镀镍合金工艺配方结合振筛工艺镀法,使该壳板耐腐蚀性能好。
具体实施方法
本发明晶体震荡器陶瓷外壳盖板生产工艺的特征在于:采用0.08~0.25mm厚的合金板材为胚体,经冲制成型、光饰、镀涂、检验工序后包装出厂,所述镀涂工艺采用振筛机,使产品在化镀过程中不断振动,所述镀涂工艺中的化镀配方为:氯化镍30~40g/L;次亚磷酸钠10~15g/L;柠檬酸钠10g/L;硼酸4~6g/L;镀液温度75~92℃;PH值为6。
上述合金板材为铁镍合金板材或原料成份含碳量不超过0.02,含硅量为0.3,含锰量为0.4,含镍量为29,含钴量为17的板材。
为了改善镀层稳定性,对规格尺寸较小的铁镍合金板材,在所述的镀涂工序完成后,置于450~650℃的温度下,采用氢气还原退火7~10分钟。
上述冲制工序可采用单冲和高速连续冲床,毛刺控制在0.015mm以内,平整度控制在0.075mm/25mm以内。
上述光饰工序用XML卧式离心研磨机,加入10%清洗剂,磨料和产品比例为8∶1,进行20~60分钟研磨,使毛刺控制在0.005mm以内。
上述检验工序如下:
(1)所用材料:必须是可伐(KOVAR)材料,其膨胀系数与95%Al2O3陶瓷相近似。
(2)盖板加工(冲制)应平整,毛刺应≤0.015mm,凸点应≤0.03mm。
(3)盖板必须化学镀镍,化镀镍其成分为镍磷合金,其厚度为≥1.5μ。
(4)盖板镀镍层应呈银白色,结合性良好,不应有气泡、分层及脱皮现象,盖板经三次弯曲(45°返回再弯曲)不起皮。
(5)盖板潮热试验:盖板镀镍层经温度40℃,湿度93±3%,96小时无锈蚀现象。
本发明生产工艺构思新颖,设计合理,实践证明大批量生产的制成品性能好,具有较大的推广应用价值。

Claims (6)

1.一种晶体震荡器陶瓷外壳盖板生产工艺,其特征在于:采用0.08~0.25mm厚的合金板材为胚体,经冲制成型、光饰、镀涂、检验工序后包装出厂,所述镀涂工艺采用振筛机,使产品在化镀过程中不断振动,所述镀涂工艺中的化镀配方为:氯化镍30~40g/L;次亚磷酸钠10~15g/L;柠檬酸钠10g/L;硼酸4~6g/L;镀液温度75~92℃;PH值为6。
2.根据权利要求1所述的晶体震荡器陶瓷外壳盖板生产工艺,其特征在于:所述合金板材为铁镍合金板材或原料成份含碳量不超过0.02,含硅量为0.3,含锰量为0.4,含镍量为29,含钴量为17的板材。
3.根据权利要求1所述的晶体震荡器陶瓷外壳盖板生产工艺,其特征在于:所述的镀涂工序完成后在450~650℃的温度下采用氢气还原退火7~10分钟。
4.根据权利要求1所述的晶体震荡器陶瓷外壳盖板生产工艺,其特征在于:所述冲制工序采用单冲和高速连续冲床,毛刺控制在0.015mm以内,平整度控制在0.075mm/25mm以内。
5.根据权利要求1所述的晶体震荡器陶瓷外壳盖板生产工艺,其特征在于:所述光饰工序用XML卧式离心研磨机,加入10%清洗剂,磨料和产品比例为8∶1,进行20~60分钟研磨,使毛刺控制在0.005mm以内。
6.根据权利要求1所述的晶体震荡器陶瓷外壳盖板生产工艺,其特征在于:所述检验工序如下:
(1)所用材料:必须是可伐(KOVAR)材料,其膨胀系数与95%Al2O3陶瓷相近似。
(2)盖板加工(冲制)应平整,毛刺应≤0.015mm,凸点应≤0.03mm。
(3)盖板必须化学镀镍,化镀镍其成分为镍磷合金,其厚度为≥1.5μ。
(4)盖板镀镍层应呈银白色,结合性良好,不应有气泡、分层及脱皮现象,盖板经三次弯曲(45°返回再弯曲)不起皮。
(5)盖板潮热试验:盖板镀镍层经温度40℃,湿度93±3%,96小时无锈蚀现象。
