本发明涉及金属热处理技术领域,特别是一种球墨铸铁曲轴余热等温淬火。该发明是将铸造成型的球墨铸铁曲轴其温度在800-850℃出壳后,在60-90秒内对其进行冷却至400-200℃,然后放入保温箱里保温1.5-2.0小时,即达到余热等温淬火目的。本发明的优点在于省去以往球墨铸铁曲轴需经加热设备、介质等温淬火设备、清洗设备及其生产流程,不但省钱省工省能源,还节省原材料,对人体和环境无污染,实现安全生产。

球墨铸铁曲轴余热等温淬火
一、技术领域:本发明涉及金属热处理技术领域,特别是一种球墨铸铁曲轴余热等温淬火。
二、背景技术:国内外生产球墨铸铁曲轴在成型后都是经加热设备升温,再经介质淬火设备等温淬火,其技术缺陷是:一得有加热设备、介质淬火设备和清洗设备,不但增加生产设备资金,生产过程还浪费大量电能;二是加热设备加温过程,工件形成氧化皮,浪费原材料和工时;三是若加热后用盐介质等温淬火,对人体和环境都有污染,生产存在不安全因素。
三、发明内容:为解决现有球墨铸铁曲轴等温淬火的上述技术不足,本发明提供一种球墨铸铁曲轴余热等温淬火,其技术方案为:球墨铸铁曲轴铸件成型其温度在800-850℃出壳后,在60-90秒内对其进行冷却至400-200℃,然后放入保温箱内保温1.5-2.0小时,实现余热等温淬火,获得贝氏体组织。本发明的优点在于铸造成型的球墨铸铁曲轴利用余热立即冷却再实施保温达到等温淬火可省去以往加热设备、介质等温淬火设备、清洗设备及其生产流程,不但省钱省工省能源,还节省原材料,无污染,达到安全生产。
四、具体实施方式:将铸造成型的球墨铸铁曲轴在温度820℃出壳后,对其进行喷雾水冷却,喷雾压力为0.13Mpa,使其温度在70秒降至360℃,然后放入保温箱中保温2.0小时(下降温度控制在30-60℃/2小时,冷却速度控制在0.0028-0.0048℃/秒),即实现余热等温淬火。

1、一种球墨铸铁曲轴余热等温淬火,其特征是待铸造成型的球墨铸铁曲轴其温度在800-850℃出壳后,在60-90秒内对其进行冷却至400-200℃,然后放入保温箱里保温1.5-2.0小时,即实现余热等温淬火。
