本发明涉及金属热处理技术领域,特别是一种球墨铸铁曲轴等温淬火的方法。该方法是将成型球墨铸铁曲轴经加热设备加热至900±10℃一小时后出炉,再经冷却设备在60~90秒内冷却至400~200℃,然后放入保温箱里保温1.5~2.0小时。实现等温淬火,获得贝氏体组织。本发明的有益效果一是冷却设备和保温箱简易、造价低,省电还便于操作。二是此等温淬火过程无污染,安全性好,三是对成吨以上大工件采用此等温淬火方法,效益更为可观。

球墨铸铁曲轴等温淬火的方法
一、技术领域:
本发明涉及金属热处理技术领域,特别是一种球墨铸铁曲轴等温淬火的方法。
二、背景技术:
眼下生产球墨铸铁曲轴在成型后都是经加温设备升温,再经盐浴槽或其他介质设备进行等温淬火,其缺点一是淬火设备较贵,淬火介质控温耗电;二是硝盐等温淬火介质对操作者及环境有污染,尚存在生产不安全因素。
三、发明内容:
为解决现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明提供一种球墨铸铁曲轴等温淬火的方法,其技术解决方案是:成型曲轴经加热设备加热到900±10℃一小时后出炉,再经冷却设备在60~90秒内冷却至400~200℃,然后放入保温箱里保温1.5~2.0小时。实现等温淬火,获得贝氏体组织。由于采用上述方法,本发明的有益效果一是冷却设备和保温箱简易、造价低,省电还便于操作;二是此等温淬火过程,无污染,安全性好;三是对成吨以上大工件采用此等温淬火的方法效益更可观。
四、具体实施方式:
将成型的球墨铸铁曲轴经井式电阻炉或流态床粒子炉加热设备加热至900℃一小时后出炉,用压力在0.10~0.16Mpa喷雾器喷水冷却,使其在75秒温度降至350℃,然后放入保温箱中保温2.0小时(下降温度控制在30~60℃/2小时,冷却速度控制在0.0028~0.0048℃/秒),实现等温淬火。

1.一种球墨铸铁曲轴等温淬火的方法,其特征是将成型曲轴经加热设备加热至900±10℃一小时后出炉,再经冷却设备在60~90秒内冷却至400~200℃,然后放入保温箱里保温1.5~2.0小时,实现等温淬火。
