Abstract

本发明涉及一种特别能分段移动的,用于伸长骨头或骨头段的装置,其具有至少两个可相对运动的元件。
背景技术
现有的装置有,例如髓针。它由两个可相对运动的元件,特别是套管组成,并且它们可利用诸如电或液压驱动来进行相对运动,以伸长骨头或移动某一段。
传统装置的缺陷在于,当分段移动时它们只具有极小的行程并且有着不理想的较大的安装长度。另外,它们的清洁和操作成本很高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于伸长骨头或骨头段的装置,该装置能消除所述那些缺陷并且可以在有限的安装尺寸下实现较大的行程。
另外,这种装置还应易于清洁和消毒,特别是应易于拆卸。此外,还应能对该装置进行精确操作和调节。
为解决该任务,应使得至少一个插锁元件能在引导元件中或是沿着该引导元件进行轴向运动。
在本发明中,特别优选使装入的至少一个插锁元件能在引导元件中轴向运动,或者使其能引导着沿着引导元件运动。优选的实施方式是,将至少一个插锁元件装入到引导元件的引导缝中,并利用螺旋件,螺纹杆或类似部件使其能沿着引导缝轴向往复运动。利用适当时还前置有传动件的驱动装置或电机元件来驱动螺旋件,从而所述螺旋件能够精确地推动插锁件在引导缝中往复运动。适当时可向外搭接引导元件的插锁件能起到容纳从骨头或骨头段上断下的骨块的作用。优选缓慢地,例如以0.5mm至1.5mm、优选1mm每天的速度,将从骨头或骨头段的脱落位断下的且固定在插锁元件上的骨块,从骨头段或骨头开始进行牵拉或使其相对于相对位置处的骨头段或骨头运动,如此就能通过骨缝合术保证分段移动和骨头的修复和生长。
另外,本发明内容还在于,例如将插锁件插入并引导到相应的槽或类似物中去,并且经由螺旋件,螺纹杆,滑车组或类似元件使它们能轴向沿着引导元件运动以实现骨块的分段移动。
在本发明的另一实施例中,也可以将两个插锁件安装在螺旋件上面并沿着引导元件、优选在引导缝中进行引导,从而能够例如在两个处于相对位置的骨头段的两面上将断下的骨块固定在插锁元件上,并通过相应地控制驱动装置或螺旋件使骨块或插锁件相互地缓慢运动,以产生完整的骨头。

具体实施方式
如图1a和1b,本发明的用于伸长骨头或骨头段,特别是用于分段移动的装置R1具有引导元件1和驱动装置2。所述引导元件1可以是,例如髓针,并且它们均在末端区域3.1,3.2内设置有穿孔4.1,4.2,所述的孔能在骨头5或骨头段中或与它们一起起到固定,特别优选是锁住引导元件1的作用。此处没有详细绘出的紧固元件将引导元件1以可再拆卸的方式固定在骨头5中。
在轴向上,还要在引导元件内设置一个优选贯穿的且纵向的引导缝6。所述缝隙在其一端上具有一个正面的支撑孔7,并且适当时也可将其设计成通孔的形式。而在另一端上,在引导缝6的正面上紧接着再设置一个通道8并又接着优选再端部区域3.2内设置一个容纳孔9。
驱动装置2优选由电机元件10和任选连接在前的传动件11和连接其后的控制单元12组成。
连接着电机元件10和/或传动件11的是可传动的螺旋件13,并且在其上装有至少一个插锁元件14.1。其中,所述螺旋件13可以是诸如螺纹杆或类似部件,并且所述螺旋件可穿过插锁元件14.1或是与插锁元件14.1的内螺纹啮合。
在如图2的俯视图中,所示的装置R1中驱动装置2是装入引导元件1中的。其中,所述不带有插锁元件14.1的驱动装置2穿过引导元件1的容纳孔9而被推入其中,同时插锁元件14.1穿过引导缝6而被推入并通过相应的螺旋元件13的传动而容纳其中。由此也就保证了在支撑孔7内,螺旋元件13的端部区域紧接着的支撑作用。
驱动装置2能够特别优选地将电机元件10以可拆卸形式固定在引导元件1的容纳孔9中,同时经由此处未示出的连接电线、感应转换器或类似部件来供给电压或对驱动装置2进行驱动控制。在这种使用情况下,通过相应地操作电机元件10或传动件11能够驱动螺旋元件13进行旋转,如此,插锁元件14.1就能在所示的X方向上或沿着该方向进行运动或移动,同时插锁元件14.1受到引导而穿过引导缝6并且其只能在所示的X方向上轴向运动。
于是,所述的插锁元件14.1,特别是如侧视图中所示的那样,能够根据螺旋元件13的传动方向的不同而沿着引导缝6做轴向上的往复运动。
引导缝6的长度确定了行程长度H,插锁元件14.1就能在该行程范围内移动或运动和受到驱动。
本发明的功用如下:
如图4所示,将本发明的装置R1装入到例如两个位于端部的骨头5或骨头段5中,它们借助于骨块15可以通过分段移动重新长到一起。因此,就要在此处标识出来的分离位置16的区域内从骨头5上断下一块骨头15。然后将该骨块15与插锁件14.1相连,或使其嵌入其中,或利用紧固元件将其固定其上。也可以考虑,为使骨块15进行分段运动可将插锁元件14.1放置在分离位置16的范围内并且骨块15向后嵌合。然后,例如在可选择的时间间隔内利用驱动装置2通过电机元件10来启动螺旋元件13,并以例如0.5mm至1.5mm、优选1mm每天的速度使插锁元件14.1并因此也就是骨块15向着相对位置处的骨头5缓慢移动。
以这种方法就能使骨头5再伸长或通过分段运动而完全再生。
在如图5的本发明的另一实施例中,所示的装置R2也是类似形式。这里的区别在于,在螺旋件13上,在靠近端部区域3.1处放置着插锁件14.1,而在端侧区域3.2处则放置着另一插锁件14.2。
优选使得螺旋元件的螺距一半为例如右螺纹形式且另一半为例如左螺纹形式或者可以向右和向左运动的形式,如此使距离中点M优选具有相等宽度的插锁元件14.1,14.2能在螺旋件13的传动运动作用下均匀地相向或相离运动。
以这种方式,骨块15就能,例如从每根骨头5或骨头段出发开始相互运动,从而就能在例如每天1mm的传送运动条件下实质上加速两块骨头段的分段运动。这些内容同样应属于本发明的范畴。
Claims (14)
1、特别能分段移动的,用于伸长骨头或骨头段的装置,其具有至少两个可相对运动的元件,其特征在于,至少一个插锁元件(14.1,14.2)可在引导元件(1)中或沿着其做轴向运动。
2、如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,借助于至少一个驱动装置(2)而使至少一个插锁元件(14.1,14.2)可在引导元件(1)中或沿着其受传动而做轴向运动。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,引导元件(1)具有一个纵向的、优选贯穿的引导缝(6)。
4、如权利要求1至3中至少一项所述的装置,其特征在于,引导元件(1)分别在其端面上具有径向的且用于插入紧固元件和使其贯穿的通孔(4.1,4.2),以此将引导元件(1)固定在骨头(5)或骨头段中。
5、如权利要求1至4中至少一项所述的装置,其特征在于,引导元件(1)在其一端上具有壳状的容纳孔(9)用以容纳和插入驱动装置(2)。
6、如权利要求2至5中至少一项所述的装置,其特征在于,驱动装置(2)是还可任选带有连接其后的传动件(11)和控制单元(12)电机元件(10),并且在电机元件(10)或传动件(11)上连接有螺旋件(13),同时在螺旋件(13)上还有至少一个插锁件(14.1,14.2)。
7、如权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,螺旋件可以是螺杆形式,并且该螺杆上穿有至少一个插锁件且和它们啮合。
8、如权利要求6或7所述的装置,其特征在于,通过径向旋转螺旋元件(13)或螺杆使得插入到引导缝(6)中去的插锁元件(14.1,14.2)能够轴向沿着引导元件(1)进行往复运动。
9、如权利要求1至8中至少一项所述的装置,其特征在于,插锁件(14.1,14.2)是横截面为矩形的或是圆形的,并且至少部分向外搭接在引导元件(1)的引导缝(6)上。
10、如权利要求1至9中至少一项所述的装置,其特征在于,经由插锁元件(14)并通过螺旋元件(13)借助于电机元件(10)的驱动可以使骨头段、特别是骨块(15)运动,其中在骨头段和骨块(15)之间有一个分离位置(16)。
11、如权利要求1至10中至少一项所述的装置,其特征在于,插锁元件(14.1,14.2)为了固定,特别是为了轴向使骨块(15)运动就要嵌入到其中,或者依靠紧固元件将骨块(15)可拆卸地固定在插锁件(14.1,14.2)上。
12、如权利要求5至11之中至少一项所述的装置,其特征在于,驱动装置(2)壳轴向推入到容纳孔(9)中并且电机元件(10)以不会拧歪的方式装入到引导元件(1),特别是容纳孔(9)的区域中。
13、如权利要求6至12中至少一项所述的装置,其特征在于,在引导缝(6)的一段上装有支撑孔(7)以放置螺旋元件(13)。
