本发明涉及适合以一次性尿布、训练短裤、失禁者成人短裤等等形式使用的一次性短裤型衣物。
背景技术
在包括矩形体液吸收垫的诸如一次性尿布之类的一次性衣物中，公知在胯部区域中，向内折叠垫的横向相对部分，并由此形成一对折叠部分。
例如，在日本实用新型申请公开号No.1972-36734A(引用文件1)中公开的尿布中，矩形垫状底片具有在胯部区域的折叠部分并且这些折叠部分中每一个都围绕平分底片的纵向尺寸的中线对称地形成。换句话说，形成每一个折叠部分以便在尿布的前后方向上对称。

图1是短裤型一次性尿布1的透视图，图2是图1的尿布的局部剖开透视图，并且图3是沿着图1中线III-III截取的截面图。由线III-III限定的横截面对应于如下平面：沿着该平面图1的尿布1分割为前腰区域6和后腰区域7并且在该平面内出现尿布1的底部51的内部结构。尿布1具有彼此正交的高度方向、宽度方向和前后方向。高度方向对应于图1中的垂直方向，宽度方向对应于沿着图1中线III-III延伸的方向，换句话说，对应于图3中的横向方向，并且前后方向对应于由箭头P和Q指示的方向。尿布1包括短裤型覆盖底片2和能够吸收和保持由穿戴者释放体液的体液吸收部件3。覆盖底片2具有面向尿布穿戴者的皮肤的内表面2a和面向穿戴者衣服的外衣的外表面2b，并且限定适于分别覆盖穿戴者前后腰区域的前后腰区域6、7，以及适于覆盖穿戴者胯部区域的胯部区域8。在尿布1的垂直方向上间歇布置的多个点4处，前后腰区域6、7在尿布1的横向相对侧边缘的附近位置处重叠和结合在一起，使得这些腰区域6、7可以限定腰洞9，并且这些腰区域6、7可以与胯部区域8结合在一起以限定一对腿洞11。在分别具有以伸展状态固定的多个弹性构件12、13的外周边缘的附近位置处提供腰洞9和腿洞11。体液吸收部件3位于覆盖底片2的内表面2a上并且在胯部区域8上延伸并且进一步延伸到前后腰区域6、7。体液吸收部件3以大致U形弯曲，同时其内表面相互相对自身。吸收部件3在尿布1的底部51的附近位置处包括由横向相对的侧边缘26限定的一对折叠部分50，从尿布1的宽度方向上看，上述侧边缘26部分地向内朝向在高度方向上延伸的纵向中心线A-A(也参见图4)折叠，以便平分尿布1的宽度。
图4是图1的尿布1的平面图，其中前后腰区域6、7已经在结合点4处彼此剥离并且当部分地脱离时在由箭头P和Q指示的相反方向上展开，以及图5是沿在该平面图中的线V-V截取的截面图。在以此方式展开的尿布1中，示出横线B-B横过尿布1延伸并且平分尿布1的纵向尺寸。横线B-B在其中点M与纵向中心线A-A相交叉。图4的尿布1围绕中心中心线A-A基本上对称并且沿着横线B-B向内折叠以形成图1的尿布，其中横线B-B沿着尿布1的底部51延伸(参见图3)。纵向中心线A-A的中点M与横线B-B的中点相一致。限定在图4中胯部区域8的延伸的上下线C1-C1和C2-C2在图3的尿布1中彼此重叠并且限定通过相应腿洞11的顶部、平行于横线B-B的单个线C-C。
由图4和5所示，覆盖底片2包括：由可透气无纺织物更优选由不易被水沾湿的可透气无纺织物制成的沙漏形内薄片16；中间薄片17，其由不渗液的塑料薄膜更优选由可透气不渗液塑料薄膜制成，提供为与吸收部件3的平面尺寸大致相同尺寸或者比吸收部件3的平面尺寸更大尺寸的矩形形状，并且位于内薄片16的外表面上；以及外薄片18，其由可透气无纺织物制成并与内薄片16相同，并且位于中间薄片17的外表面上。这些薄片16、17、18是层状的并且通过胶粘剂或者合适的焊接技术间歇地彼此结合。构成覆盖底片2的内薄片16和外薄片18有助于该覆盖底片2的柔软接触。放置在这些内外薄片16、18之间的腰和腿弹性构件12、13通过胶粘剂(未示出)结合到这些薄片16、18中至少一个上。
吸收部件3包括芯21和盖片22并且为在图4中垂直方向更长的矩形形状。吸收部件3具有一对横向相对侧边缘26和一对纵向相对端部27，上述一对横向相对侧边缘26在胯部区域8内大致平行于纵向中心线A-A延伸并且进一步延伸到前后腰区域6、7，上述一对纵向相对端部27大致平行于横过尿布1的横线B-B延伸(也参见图2)。这里使用的术语“大致”意味着这些侧边缘26和端部27可以直线延伸或者可以稍微弯曲。例如，侧边缘26在胯部区域8中可以表现为朝向中心线A-A凸起的曲线。吸收部件3的胯部截面是位于覆盖底片2的胯部区域8中的截面。参照图4，该截面在一对平行线C1-C1和C2-C2之间限定，参照图3，该截面在横线B-B和线C-C之间限定。芯21总体上也具有大致矩形形状并且具有面向穿戴者皮肤的内表面23、面向尿布穿戴者的外衣的外表面24、连接内外表面23、24并且在纵向上延伸的横向相对侧表面40a以及分别在前后腰区域6、7横向延伸的纵向相对端部40b。芯21进一步包括分别沿着一对点划线S、一对点划线T、一对点划线U延伸的沟槽20s、20t和20u，上述一对点划线S以大致V形、从在纵向中心线A-A上的中点M到位于一边的侧边缘26上的点朝向前腰区域6延伸，上述一对点划线T以大致V形、从中点M到位于一边的侧边缘26上的点朝向后腰区域7延伸，上述一对点划线U在点划线S、T之间，从中点M到位于一边的侧边缘26上的点朝向前腰区域6延伸(也参照图5)。这些沟槽20s、20t和20u将芯21分割为芯元件21a、21b、21c、21d、21e和21f。横线B-B以角度α横交点划线S，横线B-B以角度β1横交点划线T，并且横线B-B以角度β2横交点划线U。优选的角度α处在35到60°的范围内并且优选的角度β1处在10到30°的范围内。参照图4将会更具体地描述，在图2和3中最佳看到的，角度β2是当在沟槽20s和沟槽20t之间延伸的侧边缘26的截面沿着这些沟槽20s、20t相对于吸收部件3向内折叠时自动确定的角度。在尿布1的胯部区域8中，吸收部件3的宽度比覆盖底片2的宽度更窄，并且在吸收部件3的侧边缘26的外部延伸的覆盖底片3的侧向区域8a形成适于完全环绕各个腿洞11的一对腿围绕翼片11a。
在合适压力下，芯元件21a-21f中每一个都由诸如短纤浆之类的压缩吸水材料和/或超级吸收聚合物颗粒形成，如果需要，通过棉纸或改性为亲水的热塑合成纤维的无纺织物包装以此方式压缩的芯元件。芯元件21a-21f的内表面23或者覆盖内表面23的棉纸等(未示出)可以结合到盖片22上。芯元件21a-21f的外表面24或者覆盖外表面24的棉纸等可以通过胶粘剂29a结合到内薄片16等上(参见图5)。盖片22横向延伸以覆盖内表面23、相对侧向表面40a和邻近这些侧向表面40a的外表面24的区域。在外表面24之下，盖片22的横向相对侧边缘22a在芯21的横向方向上向外向后折叠并且通过热熔胶粘剂29结合到内薄片16的内表面上。向外延伸超出芯21的纵向相对端部40b的盖片22的部分通过热熔胶粘剂(未示出)结合到内薄片16上。从而，在芯21的侧向表面40a的附近位置处，盖片22以Z形或者倒转的Z形折叠(参见图4和5)。用于盖片22的原材料可以从透液的无纺织物、透水塑料薄膜以及包括这些无纺织物和薄膜的层叠薄片中选择。
在吸收部件3在内部的情况下通过沿着横线B-B折叠展开的尿布1并且在点4处将前后腰区6、7结合在一起，具有如上已经描述形成的吸收部件3的尿布1可以从图4所示的展开状态转换为图1示出的状态。在该过程中，位于胯部区域8内并且由纵向中心线A-A分割为二的吸收部件3的部分朝向纵向中心线A-A，也即向吸收部件3内部折叠。更具体地说，吸收部件3沿着用作第一折叠引导线的一对沟槽20s以及沿着用作第二折叠引导线的一对沟槽20t向内折叠。其上，芯元件21c、21e使得它们的外表面24(参见图5)彼此相对，而芯元件21d、21f使得它们的外表面24彼此相对，并且同时，芯元件21a的内表面23相对芯元件21c、21d的内表面23，而芯元件21b的内表面23相对芯元件21e、21f的内表面23(参见图4)。以此方式，吸收部件3形成有一对折叠部分50。已经以U形弯曲并且沿着沟槽20s、20t向内折叠的矩形吸收部件3可以进一步水平地折叠直到吸收部件3的内表面基本上与自身相接触，以沿着沟槽20u安置折叠引导线，上述沟槽20u进行定位使得已经折叠的芯元件21c、21e可以在彼此上放置。在将要以此方式折叠的吸收部件3的沟槽20s、20t、20u内不存在或者基本不存在芯21。因此，这些沟槽20s、20t、20u没有剩余区域硬并且方便吸收部件3如图2所示进行折叠。
作为折叠的结果，吸收部件3形成有在折叠部分50前部的前腰侧吸收区域3a和在折叠部分50后部的后腰侧吸收部分3b(参见图2和4)。这些前后腰侧吸收部分3a、3b分别由未折叠部分限定。在吸收部件3中，前腰侧吸收区域3a的胯部区域，即图4中在一对沟槽20s和线C1-C1之间限定的区域3c应当既不妨碍当穿戴者走路时穿戴者腿的向前运动也不妨碍当穿戴者坐下腿向前伸展时穿戴者的腿的运动。为了满足此需求，交叉角度α设定为相对较大并且在一对点划线S、S之间的张开角度γ设定为相对较小。张开角度γ优选在60到110°范围内。而且，在吸收部件3中，后腰侧吸收区域3b的胯部区域，即在一对沟槽20t和线C2-C2之间限定的区域3d应当尽可能宽地覆盖穿戴者的他的东西。为了满足此需求，交叉角度β1设定为相对较小并且在一对点划线T、T之间的张开角度δ设定为相对较大。张开角度δ优选在120到160°范围内。以此方式，不可能前腰侧吸收区域3a会妨碍穿戴者的腿的运动以及后腰侧吸收区域3b会引起在穿戴者臀部附近位置处的体液泄漏。
从图2和3将会明显看到，吸收部件3在带有内侧口袋30a的折叠部分50之间以及在覆盖底片2的各个侧向区域8a和带有外口袋30b的吸收部件3之间形成。
将根据本发明的尿布1穿在儿童身体上，他或她的母亲可以将手放入腰洞9的外周边缘内并且当腰洞9变宽时引导儿童的腿通过腿洞11。对于根据本发明的尿布1来说，由于部件3独立于覆盖底片2提供并且胯部区域8远离腰洞9，所以由腰洞9的变宽引起的尿布1的变形不传递到位于胯部区域8的吸收部件3的部分。而且，吸收部件3的侧边缘26不结合到侧向区域8a，因此即使当腿洞11变宽时胯部区域8的侧向区域8a移动，吸收部件3也基本上不移动。因此，不可能折叠部分50会变形。在不脱离本发明的范围的情况下能够通过如下方式形成吸收部件3：用吸水材料填充分别沿着点划线S、T、U延伸的芯21的区域，然后在这些区域为吸水材料局部施加压力或者使用诸如压纹辊之类的合适装置在压力下加热，使得这些区域可以具有比在剩余部分更高的硬度并且吸收部件3可以沿着这些区域进行折叠。也能够用吸收材料填充沿着点划线U延伸的吸收部件3的区域，同时沿着点划线S、T延伸的吸收部件3的区域可以留下为空的以便形成沟槽20s、20t并且之后形成折叠部分50。虽然沿着点划线S、T形成的折叠引导线优选具有锐边，但是沿着点划线U延伸的折叠引导线具有锐边并不是主要的。
图6是本发明一个优选实施例的类似于图4的视图。在根据该实施例的尿布1的情况下，各对沟槽20s、20t、20u在第二横线D-D的基础上形成，该第二横线D-D以距离F朝向前腰区域6位于横线B-B一边，上述距离F优选处在10到50mm的范围内。横线D-D从在纵向中心线A-A上的起始点N朝向横向相对侧边缘26直线地延伸。从该起始点N起，一对点划线S延伸到前腰区域6的侧边缘26，一对点划线T延伸到后腰区域7的侧边缘26，并且一对点划线U分别在点划线S和点划线T之间延伸到前腰区域6的侧边缘26。各个点划线S、T、U分别以角度α、β1、β2交叉横线D-D。在该尿布1中，折叠部分50形成为朝向前腰区域6比在图4示出的实施例中更靠一边，因此能够设定横线D-D和点划线S的交叉角度α等于或者大于在横线D-D和点划线T的交叉角度β1。即使当交叉角度α等于交叉角度β1时，吸收部件3使得其宽度在将尿布1平分为前后两半的横线B-B的前面减小，因此妨碍穿戴者的腿的向前运动的忧虑能够有效缓解。该实施例的这种特征允许交叉角度α等于处在10到30°范围内的交叉角度β1。在该实施例中，交叉角度α也可以设定为35到60°的范围，并由此张开角度γ可以相应地变窄，而同时交叉角度β可以设定为35到60°范围，并由此张开角度δ可以加大。以此方式，尿布1会妨碍穿戴者的腿的运动的忧虑能够进一步缓解。通过该尿布1，在线C1-C1和吸收部件3的一对点划线S之间限定的前部未折叠部分的胯部区域3c也具有相对小的范围，并且在线C2-C2和一对点划线T之间限定的后部未折叠部分的胯部区域3d具有相对大的范围。
图7是本发明另一优选实施例的类似于图4的视图。在该尿布1的吸收部件3中，点划线S、T、U和沟槽20s、20t、20u从横向相对侧边缘26从在横线B-B上的两个起始点G、H起延伸，其中两个起始点G、H与该横线B-B的中点M等距离。类似于在图4所示的尿布1的情况下，吸收部件3沿着沟槽20s、20t、20u进行折叠以形成折叠部分50。在横线B-B上的两个点G和H之间延伸的截面L限定前腰侧吸收区域3a和后腰侧吸收区域3b的边界线。依赖于尿布1的尺寸，截面L可以具有0mm或更大的适当尺寸以形成选择的有效折叠部分50。当截面L具有0mm的尺寸时，那两个点G和H与中点M相一致，产生图4所示的尿布1。
可以按照不同于已经参照图1到7如上描述的实施例的方式来开发本发明。例如，可以按照使得覆盖底片2的胯部区域8具有的宽度等于或小于在图4例示状态中的吸收部件3的宽度的方式开发本发明。在该可选择的实施例中，吸收部件3可以由具有外表面24的芯21形成，该外表面24覆盖有透液薄片，该透液薄片依次结合到覆盖底片2上使得吸收部件3可以在前后腰区域6、7但是不在胯部区域8结合到覆盖底片2上。通过从覆盖底片2切去胯部区域8可以进一步修改尿布1的这种实施例。虽然已经参照作为一种实施例的尿布1在上面描述了本发明，但是本发明也能够应用于诸如训练短裤、失禁短裤和卫生短裤之类的其它衣物。
根据本发明的一次性短裤型衣物主要特征在于，即使当体液吸收部件形成有在胯部区域的折叠部分，在胯部区域中的折叠部分前面延伸的未折叠部分具有相对小的范围并且在折叠部分后面延伸的未折叠部分具有相对大的范围。因此，不可能体液吸收部件的前腰侧吸收区域会妨碍穿戴者的腿的自由运动以及体液吸收部件的后腰侧吸收区域会引起体液的泄漏。

Claims (5)

1.一种一次性短裤型衣物包括：
前腰区域、后腰区域和胯部区域，所述胯部区域提供有在所述胯部区域上延伸并且进一步延伸到所述前后腰区域的体液吸收部件；
所述体液吸收部件具有大致平行于彼此延伸到所述前后腰区域并且以大致U形纵向弯曲的横向相对侧边缘，同时其内表面在所述前后腰区域相对自身，并且在所述胯部区域中，所述体液吸收部件具有：一对第一折叠引导线，其从延伸横过所述胯部区域的横线的中点或者从在相反方向上相距所述中点等距离的所述横线上的两点起到放在一边的所述体液吸收部件的所述横向相对侧边缘、朝向所述前腰区域、以相对于所述横线交叉角度α延伸；一对第二折叠引导线，其从所述中点或所述两点起到放在一边的所述体液吸收部件的所述横向相对侧边缘、朝向所述后腰区域、以相对于所述横线交叉角度β延伸；一对折叠部分，其通过向内折叠在所述第一和第二折叠引导线之间限定的所述体液吸收部件的各个部分而形成；第一非折叠部分，其从所述对第一折叠引导线朝向所述前腰区域在一边延伸；以及第二非折叠部分，其从所述对第二折叠引导线朝向所述后腰区域在一边延伸；以及
所述体液吸收部件构造为使得所述第一非折叠部分具有相对小的范围并且所述第二非折叠部分具有相对大的范围。
2.如权利要求1所述的短裤型衣物，其中，当从所述衣物的垂直方向看时，所述横线延伸横过所述胯部区域的底部，并且所述交叉角度α大于所述交叉角度β。
3.如权利要求1所述的短裤型衣物，其中，当从所述衣物的垂直方向看时，所述横线从所述胯部区域的底部朝向所述前腰区域放在一边，并且所述交叉角度α等于或大于所述交叉角度β。
4.如权利要求2或3所述的短裤型衣物，其中，所述交叉角度α在35到60°的范围内并且所述交叉角度β在10到30°的范围内。
5.如权利要求3或4所述的短裤型衣物，其中，所述横线从所述胯部区域的底部朝向所述前腰区域以10到50mm放在一边。
