Abstract

一种电缆连接器,由与同轴电缆的芯线连接的触点、保持该触点的绝缘部件、软焊有该同轴电缆的屏蔽用外部导体的同时被横架在该同轴电缆上的平板状的接地棒以及通过从上下围绕该绝缘部件被固定在该绝缘部件上的大致平板状的金属制的上壳体和下壳体构成,该接地棒与该上壳体和下壳体电导通,为了防止该接地棒向沿着该同轴电缆的芯线方向的方向后退,在该上壳体和下壳体的至少一方的平板状部上设置与该接地棒的后端面接触的支撑机构。

电缆连接器
技术领域
本发明涉及连接极细的同轴电缆等的电缆连接器。
背景技术
以往,如图7A~7C所示,例如在移动电话等的电机上,为了防止噪音,现有的连接印制基板上的回路和电子零件的电缆2使用极细线的同轴电缆2。并且,将多条同轴电缆2连接在电缆连接器11上的同时,如图8所示,用金属制的上下壳体4和5覆盖合成树脂制的绝缘部件1a,将同轴电缆2的外部导体软焊在该两壳体4、5上、进行屏蔽。
并且有以下结构,即如图9所示,该同轴电缆2的外部导体利用焊锡6被软焊在横架多条同轴电缆2的平板状的接地棒(グラソドバ一)7上。该接地棒7通过设置在该金属制壳体4的平板状部4e上的、形成软焊部的按压片4j等被软焊,进行电连接(例如参照特开2002-8765公报)。
但是,在现有的电缆连接器11中,虽然该接地棒7在左右端部被与绝缘部件1a的一部分接触、而被支撑,但是在该接地棒7的中央部,通过与该壳体4、5的按压片4j、5f的软焊支撑。因此,一旦将同轴电缆2沿着其纵向拉伸,则接地棒7的中央部的支撑力的强度减弱,有可能向后方弯曲。
本发明鉴于上述现有的问题,目的是提供以下电缆连接器,即,即使同轴电缆被沿着芯线方向的后退方向拉伸,其位置固定力被加强、接地棒不会移动而变形。
发明内容
因此,本发明是一种电缆连接器,由与同轴电缆的芯线连接的触点、保持该触点的绝缘部件、软焊有该同轴电缆的屏蔽用外部导体的同时被横架在该同轴电缆上的平板状的接地棒、以及通过从上下围绕该绝缘部件被固定在该绝缘部件上的大致平板状的金属制的上壳体和下壳体构成,该接地棒与该上壳体和下壳体电导通,为了防止该接地棒向沿着该同轴电缆的芯线方向的方向后退,在该上壳体和下壳体的至少一方的平板状部上设置与该接地棒的后端面接触的支撑机构。
其结构是具有按压片,该按压片在该上壳体和下壳体的至少一方的平板状部的后方端部形成切口部,从该切口部的内侧缘部延伸使其弯曲形成的同时,被软焊在该接地棒上,上述支撑机构可以是从该切口部的外侧缘部突出设置、与该按压片相对地构成。
根据本发明的电缆连接器,不仅是将同轴电缆的外部导体与金属制壳体电连接的接地棒被横架、软焊在多条同轴电缆的外部导体上,而且通过该支撑机构阻止接地棒向沿着同轴电缆的芯线方向的后退方向的移动,位置固定力被加强,因此可以防止该接地棒的变形。
并且,该支撑机构通过与形成在壳体平板状部的切口部上的按压片相对而形成在该切口部上,在进行壳体的切断加工时,可以容易地进行。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明的电缆连接器(以下只称为连接器)1是极细线(例如外径为0.3mm左右)的同轴电缆2与触点3(参照表示现有例的图8)连接的同时,该同轴电缆2的屏蔽用的外部导体与从上下围绕绝缘部件进行屏蔽的金属制的上壳体4和下壳体5之间导通。
组装该连接器1时,同轴电缆2的端部的芯线被软焊在触点上(参照图8)。并且横架多条同轴电缆2的外部导体、被软焊的金属制板状的接地棒7被安装在下壳体5上、软焊固定。然后将该上壳体4安装在绝缘部件1a上。该上壳体4的一部分与该接地棒7的一部分被软焊、该上壳体4和下壳体5被一体固定。
在此,在该上下壳体4、5的各平板状部4e、5a上设置平板状的支撑片4i、5e作为与该接地棒7的后端面接触的支撑机构,防止接地棒7向沿着同轴电缆2的芯线方向的方向后退。
在平板状部4e、5a的后方端部,该支撑片4i、5e比图8所示的现有例中的平板状部低一些地设置在相当于夹住同轴电缆2使其弯曲的电缆夹装部4c、5g的位置上。即在形成在平板状部4e、5a的后方端部的切口4k、5h上设置使其从内侧缘部弯曲、延伸的、被软焊在该接地棒7上的按压片4j、5f的同时,从外侧缘部突出设置支撑片4i、5e、与该按压片4i、5f相对。
该支撑片4i、5e的形成可以与随着该按压片4j、5f的切断加工形成切口部的同时进行,或者也可以在切断加工后的工序中进行。
如图3A~3D和图4所示,该上壳体4在左右方向的两端部上形成直到下面围绕该绝缘部件1a的侧壁部的侧壁部4a、4b,在该侧壁部4a、4b上具有切口部,通过其前后方向的端面4d、4d定位。
并且,通过从该上壳体4的侧壁部4a、4b的下端部分别延伸的底板部4f和从后方侧的侧壁部4g的下端部延伸的底板部4h,围绕着该绝缘部件1a的左右侧壁部而形成。
如图5A~5C和图5D所示,该下壳体5在平板状部5a的左右方向的两侧壁部上直立设置有被压入绝缘部件1a的压入孔的卡合片5b,而且,具有从直立设置在该侧壁部后方的立起部5c起水平延伸的卡合锁定部5d。该卡合锁定部5d与嵌合对象的基板侧连接器的壳体的一部分卡合,该电缆连接器1的位置被可自由装卸地固定、不会从该基板侧连接器脱开。
通过本发明这样的连接器1的构成,被固定在绝缘部件1a上的上下壳体4、5将接地棒7在同轴电缆2的芯线方向进行位置固定。因此,如图6所示,将连接器1嵌合在基板侧连接器21上使用的情况下,即使同轴电缆2被向后方拉伸,由于被软焊在同轴电缆2的外部导体上的接地棒7的左右端部通过绝缘部件1a定位,并且,如图2所示,其左右方向上的中央部的后方端面7a被与上下壳体4、5的各支撑片4i、5e的端面接触支撑,因此,该接地棒7的中央部上的支撑力被加强,不会弯曲。

Claims (2)

1.一种电缆连接器,由与同轴电缆的芯线连接的触点、保持该触点的绝缘部件、软焊有该同轴电缆的屏蔽用外部导体的同时被横架在该同轴电缆上的平板状的接地棒、以及通过从上下围绕该绝缘部件被固定在该绝缘部件上的大致平板状的金属制的上壳体和下壳体构成,该接地棒与上壳体和下壳体电导通,其特征在于,
为了防止该接地棒向沿着该同轴电缆的芯线方向的方向后退,在该上壳体和下壳体的至少一方的平板状部上设置与该接地棒的后端面接触的支撑机构。
2.如权利要求1所述的电缆连接器,其特征在于,具有按压片,该按压片是在该上壳体和下壳体的至少一方的平板状部的后方端部形成切口部,从该切口部的内侧缘部延伸使其弯曲形成的同时,被软焊在该接地棒上,上述支撑机构从该切口部的外侧缘部突出设置、与该按压片相对。
