Abstract

Description

连接电导线的接线柱
(1)技术领域
本发明涉及一种用来连接一个单芯或者多芯电导线的单接线柱及由此形成的多联接线柱。
(2)背景技术
自从1973(参见DE2317040C3)和自从1995(参见DE29512567U1)以来,普通接线柱是公知的,这种接线柱使用了一种硬而坚固的基板,该基板由导电性较好的材料(如铜料)制成,该基板大面积地在多联接线柱的所有夹紧位置上进行延伸。基板在单个夹紧位置之间具有导电连接,并且拥有一个支承元件用于容纳组成多联接线柱的全部单接线柱,在这个基板中,每个单个接线柱,各自固定由弹簧钢薄片所形成的簧片舌,并且通常以这样的方式来固定:所有簧片舌具有共同的弹簧钢-顶部薄片,该顶部薄片通过铆接或者通过夹紧固定在基板上,因为在一个弹簧钢薄片和材料不同的基板之间没有其它费用上更加便宜的连接方式。
由于这种连接相对较贵并且由于这种现在仍然使用的面积大和材料价格相对较贵的基板其材料消耗较大,因此所提到的这些接线柱承受到费用压力的困扰,并且各个的接线柱制造商提出了新品开发,在这些新品开发中,以前基板的导性能由母线杆来取代,该母线杆的材料横截面能够更好地适合于所需要的电导率横截面,在这些新品开发中,使共同的弹簧钢薄片具有以前基板的支承功能和各自簧片舌的夹紧功能,而各簧片舌由弹簧钢薄片自由地冲压而成。参见本申请人的专利DE19654523C2和Electro-Terminal公司的实用新型专利DE20303537U1。
上述公知接线柱的制造费用比引言中的那种公知接线柱制造费用低,但是对于不同的使用情况具有一个缺点:即它们的结构太大,尤其地,当需要多联接线柱时,它们具有许多相互串联在一起的单个接线柱,如DE20303537U1在图1中所示出的一样。
(3)发明内容
本发明的目的是进一步开发一种结构尺寸较小而且费用优化的接线柱。
根据本发明,提供一种用来连接电导线的接线柱,该导线穿过接线柱的基板中的间隙,然后能导电地、机械地夹紧在接线柱的夹紧位置上;所述接线柱具有一个由弹簧钢薄片制成的簧片,该簧片作为簧片舌与接线柱的基板的顶端固定在一起,并且簧片的舌端靠着母线段延伸;母线段由导电性较好的材料构成,并且与簧片的舌端成横向地进行这样的延伸:簧片的舌端与母线段一起形成电导线的夹紧位置;基板由弹簧钢薄片组成,簧片的顶端被固定在该基板上,并且相互平整叠靠;簧片的弹簧钢薄片的顶端和基板的弹簧钢薄片相互焊接在一起,以致在连接电导线时,使簧片的弹簧钢薄片和基板的弹簧钢薄片能通过弹力来达到夹紧位置的开口大小;及该母线段按母线杆的形状做成,位置被固定在基板的弹簧钢薄片上。
在上述接线柱的基础上,沿着母线杆的方向所测得的簧片舌宽度大约等于基板的弹簧钢薄片的最小宽度,所述最小宽度是基板的弹簧钢薄片中的电导线通过的间隙和用于基板的弹簧钢薄片限制导线间隙的边缘桥所需要的。
在上述接线柱的基础上,簧片的弹簧钢薄片的顶端和基板的弹簧钢薄片相互点焊。
在上述接线柱的基础上,母线杆具有一个圆形截面,并且固定在一个相应成形的、基板的弹簧钢薄片做成的圆夹-固定轮廓中。
根据本发明,还提供一种用来连接电导线的接线柱,该导线穿过接线柱的基板中的间隙,然后能导电地、机械地夹紧在接线柱的夹紧位置上,包括两个或两个以上的前述的一个接线柱,这些所述一个接线柱被串联和固定在一起,从而仅仅借助一个所有所述一个接线柱共有的所述母线杆,使这些所述一个接线柱机械地、导电地相互连接,所述簧片(16)通过间隙(17)相互分开,并且能够相互独立工作。
本发明原理具有费用方面的优点,这个优点通过使用母线杆来实现,该母线杆的材料横截面适合于最大所需的导电率截面。只是当它需要导电用途时,使用了大量的相对较贵的铜材料。特别是,所使用的母线杆具有圆形截面(其它截面形状也是可以的),并且母线杆被固定在相应形成的、弹簧钢薄片的圆夹-固定轮廓中,按照本发明的术语,被称为基板-弹簧钢薄片,因为该弹簧钢薄片“支承”母线杆。
簧片-弹簧钢薄片与基板-弹簧钢薄片不同,该簧片-弹簧钢薄片在单接线柱中形成簧片舌,多联倍接线柱的各个簧片舌通过缝隙来相互分开。簧片-弹簧钢薄片和基板-弹簧钢薄片根据本发明原理相互重叠地设置在簧片舌的顶部区域中,并且是平整相叠。由于材料基本相同,因此在自动化生产工艺中,能使两层弹簧钢薄片好而快并且费用低地用点焊方式相互连接起来,两块重叠弹簧钢薄片的平整相连能极大地节省空间。
而且,基板-弹簧钢薄片和簧片-弹簧钢薄片的双层重叠(沿着母线杆的方向进行测量)可做得很短。每个单接线柱的结构宽度沿着母线杆的方向不需要大于基板-弹簧钢薄片的最小结构宽度。通过基板-弹簧钢薄片上穿导线用的缝隙宽度来预先确定这种最小结构宽度,从而确定与接线柱相接的电导线标准截面宽度,并且可通过侧部边缘桥的宽度来确定,这些侧部边缘桥从而限定了导线缝隙,并且根据强度标准需要这些侧部边缘桥,及这些侧部边缘桥在一定情况下需要确保所希望的、基板-弹簧钢薄片的弹性性能。
主要优点是,在本发明的接线柱中,基板-弹簧钢薄片的最小结构宽度和簧片-弹簧钢薄片的最小结构宽度沿着母线杆的方向没有增加,因此可制造出带许多单接线柱的多联接线柱并且其结构尺寸变小了。
本发明实施例产生了另一个优点,就是可测量出接线柱的基板-弹簧钢薄片和簧片-弹簧钢薄片的各自尺寸大小、材料厚度和弹性性能,其方法是:在连接电导线时,两个弹簧钢薄片能通过弹力来达到夹紧位置所需要的开口大小。
两个弹簧钢薄片分摊的负载一定不相等。其优点是,在断开一个或者另一个弹簧钢薄片上的夹紧位置时,总是可以达到弹簧行程的每个分布,因此簧片舌的长度可以变短,这也可以减少结构尺寸。

(5)具体实施方式
图1示意出了所谓盒型接线柱的绝缘壳体10,该壳体是连接许多电导线11的接线端子,例如这些电导线11在建筑安装设备的配电盒中可相互通电连接。
图2和图3表达示出了图1中盒接线柱的接触部件,该接触部件包括一个基板弹簧钢薄片12,该薄片12在图的下部区域具有一个形成的圆夹-固定轮廓13(参见图3),圆形母线杆14被固定在轮廓13中(参见图2)。基板弹簧钢薄片12在每个夹紧位置上具有一个电线-通过缝隙部15,要连接的电导线11通过该缝隙15延伸出来(参见图1),从而导电地和机械地夹紧在位于簧片舌16和母线杆14之间的相应夹紧位置上。
在图2和3的实施例中,具有三个簧片舌16,这些簧片舌16由一个弹簧钢薄片形成,并且通过缝隙17相互分隔开,因此它们可以独立地相互弹动。图3所示意出的全部三个簧片舌16在其顶部区域结合成弹簧钢薄片的顶部件。簧片-弹簧钢薄片的顶部件18与相关基板-弹簧钢薄片12的上部区域点焊在一起。
图4和5示意出了3联接线柱的接触件,在该接触件中,仅仅借助于所有单接线柱的共同圆夹固定轮廓20,并借助接合在这个圆夹-固定轮廓中的母线杆(未示出),使这些单接线柱(参见图5中的三个簧片舌19)相互连接起来,此外,基板-弹簧钢薄片21(参见图4)和簧片舌19相互独立形成,如在图4和图5中指出的那种通缝22。尽管提高了所有三个单接线柱变成3联接线柱的连接强度,但是可以使三个单个导线各自通过弹性技术相互独立地进行夹紧。
图6和7说明了本发明单接线柱的接触件(没有母线杆),该接触件的实施例可根据图4和5进行选择。在全自动生产时,这些单接线柱(如图6和7所示)能以任何数量被接合在母线杆上,然后,被安装在相应预备的绝缘壳体中。因此,根据每个用户的愿望,能使所有多联接线柱的制造费用降低。

Claims (5)

1.一种用来连接电导线的接线柱,该导线穿过接线柱的基板中的间隙,然后能导电地、机械地夹紧在接线柱的夹紧位置上;
所述接线柱具有一个由弹簧钢薄片制成的簧片,该簧片作为簧片舌(16)与接线柱的基板的顶端固定在一起,并且簧片的舌端靠着母线段延伸;
母线段由导电性较好的材料构成,并且与簧片的舌端成横向地进行这样的延伸:簧片的舌端与母线段一起形成电导线的夹紧位置;
其特征在于,
基板由弹簧钢薄片(12)组成,簧片的顶端被固定在该基板上,并且相互平整叠靠;
簧片的弹簧钢薄片的顶端(18)和基板的弹簧钢薄片(12)相互焊接在一起,以致在连接电导线时,使簧片的弹簧钢薄片和基板的弹簧钢薄片能通过弹力来达到夹紧位置的开口大小;
及该母线段按母线杆(14)的形状做成,位置被固定在基板的弹簧钢薄片(12)上。
2.如权利要求1所述的接线柱,其特征在于,沿着母线杆(14)的方向所测得的簧片舌(16)宽度大约等于基板的弹簧钢薄片(12)的最小宽度,所述最小宽度是基板的弹簧钢薄片中的电导线通过的间隙(15)和用于基板的弹簧钢薄片限制导线间隙的边缘桥所需要的。
3.如权利要求1中所表达接线柱,其特征在于,簧片的弹簧钢薄片的顶端(18)和基板的弹簧钢薄片(12)相互点焊。
4.如权利要求1中所述的接线柱,其特征在于,母线杆(14)具有一个圆形截面,并且固定在一个相应成形的、基板的弹簧钢薄片(12、21)做成的圆夹-固定轮廓(13、20)中。
5.一种用来连接电导线的接线柱,该导线穿过接线柱的基板中的间隙,然后能导电地、机械地夹紧在接线柱的夹紧位置上,包括两个或两个以上的如权利要求1-4中的任一项所述的一个接线柱,其特征在于,这些所述一个接线柱被串联和固定在一起,从而仅仅借助一个所有所述一个接线柱共有的所述母线杆,使这些所述一个接线柱机械地、导电地相互连接,所述簧片(16)通过间隙(17)相互分开,并且能够相互独立工作。
