Abstract
本发明涉及一种由具有凸起的金属带尤其是用于包装设备的捆扎带制成的卷包,其具有至少三圈匝圈和一个沿金属带的开卷方向位于前端的自由端,以及一锁定元件,该锁定元件将该金属带的自由端区域内与一个属于该金属带或者一个卷筒(如果有的话)的另一个匝圈的区段可拆卸地连接起来,并由此防止所述自由端松开,本发明建议,所述可拆卸连接设计为形状闭合的连接。
Description
本发明涉及一种由具有凸起的金属带尤其是用于包装设备的捆扎带制成的卷包,其具有至少三圈匝圈以及一个沿金属带的开卷方向位于前端的自由端,另外还具有一锁定元件,该锁定元件使该金属带的自由端区域与一个属于该金属带或者也许是一个卷筒的另一个匝圈的区段形成一种可拆卸的连接,并由此用于防止所述自由端松开。另外,本发明还涉及一种用于由具有凸起的金属带尤其是用于包装设备的捆扎带制成的卷包的锁定元件,该卷包具有至少三圈匝圈以及一个沿金属带的开卷方向位于前端的自由端。
在已知的由一串前后相连的用于封闭香肠端部的夹子构成的卷包中,通过在该金属带的自由端和在相邻的匝圈(或者也可能是卷筒)上固定的粘接带来防止金属带意外地松开。
本发明的目的在于提供一种防止意外松开的卷包以及一种防止松开的元件,在将它们应用到包装机械中时可以极大地降低成本。
上述目的按照本发明首先在一前言所述类型的卷包中是这样达到的,即,所述连接是形状闭合连接。以这种方式在将所述卷包装入到一包装设备中时只是必须要将其自由端与所述锁定元件相互分开。而取消了由于粘接带的残留物而可能需要对卷包进行的清洁。与采用粘接带不同,实际上也避免了锁定元件无意中松开。一次正确地在卷包上安置锁定元件,确保不再需要对是否能可靠防止松开作进一步的检查。
通过锁定元件与金属带之间的连接是形状闭合的连接,可以在一小面积上传递较大的力。当按照现有技术对于卷包必须采用设计得相当长且带有强效粘接剂的粘接带时,在按照本发明的卷包中则仅仅利用一小的接触部位就足够实现可靠的防松脱的连接。相应地,一具有小的几何尺寸的锁定元件就足够实现这一点。
若在金属带的自由端与所述卷包的一个匝圈之间建立形状闭合的连接,则在制造按照本发明的卷包时甚至可以取消附加构件,由此同时不必再清理其废物。为了可以与卷筒无关地制造锁定元件以及为了安装简便,所述锁定元件优选为一个具有两个相互间隔一定间距的端部的独立零件。
可以这样有利地实现卷包自由端与所述锁定元件之间的形状闭合的连接,即,所述锁定元件的一个第一端部是一圈环,所述金属带完全穿过该圈环并且该圈环套住所述一个凸起,以及该锁定元件的一个第二端部是一钩子,该钩子钩扣该金属带的一个其他匝圈的一个凸起。为了在所述锁定元件与金属带之间建立起形状闭合的连接,将所述自由端穿过所述环圈,直至达到所述第一个凸起以及在该凸起后面卡住该环圈。随后所述钩子从后面钩住另一圈匝圈的另一个凸起。由此在所述卷包自由端与所述锁定元件之间建立起形状闭合的连接。
所述钩子特别有利地设计为弹簧钩扣。由此防止例如在运输过程中由于卷包的突然移动而可能使该钩子自动松开。同时可以简便地实现与一凸起的钩挂。
所述锁定元件有利地完全由塑料制成。这允许极其经济且快速地制造这类锁定元件。所述锁定元件是一整体式的注塑件,是特别有利的。
本发明另一方面的目的通过一种锁定元件得以实现,该锁定元件是一种在一端部带有一环圈以及在另一端部具有一钩子的杆件。
在一优选的实施方式中,所述锁定元件具有一个带有一环圈的第一端部,该端部可与金属带的自由端连接。该锁定元件的另一端可以与该金属带的属于另一个匝圈的一个凸起连接。
下面借助于附图对本发明予以详细阐述。附图中:

图4表示在一卷筒上的一卷包的俯视图。
图1示出了由具有一些凸起14a、14b、14c的一金属带12制成的卷包10。在所示实施方式中,所述凸起14设计为金属带12上的隆起。通过在每两个凸起之间分割该金属带12而得到用于包装设备的夹子。该金属带被卷绕到一卷筒18上以及只具有唯一一圈匝圈。一自由端16沿金属带的开卷方向位于前面。在未固定时,该自由端16会沿箭头P的方向从卷筒18上松脱开。
图2表示在所述卷筒18上的卷包10的一区段的立体视图,该卷包10具有三圈匝圈。所述金属带12在自由端16的区域内穿过一锁定元件22的圈环20。该圈环20位于所述凸起14a的区域内并套扣该凸起14a,从而形成一种形状闭合的连接。
圈环20通过一杆段24与一个设计为弹簧钩扣的钩子26连接。该钩子26钩扣到所述凸起14b中以及与其形成一形状闭合的连接。一构成所述弹簧钩一部分的卡爪28在此防止所述锁定元件22可能从该金属带上松开。由此防止所述自由端16相对于该卷包10的其余匝圈移动。
图3表示一按照本发明的具有一圈环20、一杆段24、一钩子26以及一卡爪28的锁定元件22。其中,这样选择圈环20和钩子26的内径,即,使得它们在安装锁定元件22的状态下被金属带12完全贯穿。
图4表示由十圈匝圈组成的卷包10,其中,凸起通过在金属带12上的标记表示。金属带12上凸起14a这样穿过所述圈环20,使得两者形成形状闭合的连接。钩子26钩扣到所述不属于自由端16所在匝圈的另一匝圈的凸起14b中,以及与该凸起14b同样形成一形状闭合的连接。通过上述连接可防止所述自由端16松开。

Claims (7)
1.一种由具有凸起(14)的金属带(12)、尤其是用于包装设备的捆扎带制成的卷包(10),其具有多个匝圈和一个沿金属带(12)的开卷方向位于前端的自由端(16),以及一锁定元件(22),该锁定元件使该金属带(12)的自由端(16)区域与属于该金属带或者也许是一个卷筒(18)的另一个匝圈的一部段形成一种可拆卸的连接,并由此防止所述自由端松开,其特征在于,所述连接是形状闭合的连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的卷包,其特征在于,所述锁定元件(22)是一个具有两个相互间隔一定间距的端部的独立零件。
3.如权利要求2所述的卷包,其特征在于,所述锁定元件(22)的一个第一端部是一圈环(20),所述金属带完全穿过该圈环(20)并且该圈环(20)卡住所述一个凸起,以及该锁定元件(22)的一个第二端部是一钩子(26),该钩子钩扣到该金属带(12)的一个其他匝圈的一个凸起(14)中。
4.如权利要求3所述的卷包,其特征在于,所述钩子(26)设计为弹簧钩扣。
5.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的卷包,其特征在于,所述锁定元件完全由塑料制成。
6.如权利要求5所述的卷包,其特征在于,所述锁定元件(22)是一整体式的注塑件。
7.一种用于由具有凸起(14)的金属带(12)尤其是用于包装设备的捆扎带制成的卷包(10)的锁定元件,该卷包具有至少三圈匝圈以及一个沿金属带的开卷方向位于前端的自由端,其特征在于,所述锁定元件是一个一端带有一圈环(20)以及另一端具有一钩子(26)的杆(24)。
