技术领域
本发明涉及一种洗碗机,它由一个塑料装配底板和一个冲洗容器组成,本发明还涉及一种方法,用于使由塑料洗碗机的装配底板与冲洗容器连接。
背景技术
早就已知优质钢冲洗容器,其中冲洗容器整体由一个薄板圆柱体挤出成形并且将冲洗容器的后壁通过拼接工艺、例如焊接固定在优质钢口上。在钢制的冲洗容器加工完毕之后将这个冲洗容器固定在一个所谓的装配底板上并且将必要的装置如泵、滤筛等装进钢制冲洗容器或位于底部的装配底板上并固定在那里。除了优质钢费用较高以外,用于制造钢制冲洗容器的方法也是费时和高成本的并且只能通过大量的不同工艺步骤实现,其中各工作步骤在不同的专用模具里进行。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的是,提供一种洗碗机或者一个冲洗容器,它一方面具有惰性钢制冲洗容器的优点,另一方面可以通过快速工艺制造。
这个目的通过按照本发明的洗碗机、以及按照本发明的方法得以实现。本发明的洗碗机的技术方案是,洗碗机由一个塑料装配底板和一个冲洗容器组成,其中由塑料装配底板表面的一个主要组成部分构成冲洗容器的底板,冲洗容器的侧壁由优质钢制成,在塑料装配底板与优质钢冲洗容器之间的连接区位于优质钢冲洗容器的侧壁和后壁上,其中通过塑料装配底板上的槽形容纳体和优质钢冲洗容器侧壁和后壁上的对应安装段构成连接区,所述槽形容纳体由具有粘接特性的塑料充满,在装配优质钢冲洗容器时所述优质钢冲洗容器侧壁和后壁上的安装段浸入具有粘接特性的塑料里面并保留在塑料里面。
本发明的方法的技术方案是一种用于使洗碗机的塑料装配底板与一个冲洗容器连接的方法,其中将由优质钢制成的冲洗容器装进被具有粘接特性的塑料充满的塑料装配底板的槽形容纳体里面,在装配期间挤入具有粘接特性的塑料,接着使具有粘接特性的塑料固化并由此使塑料装配底板与由优质钢制成的冲洗容器不可拆卸地连接。
对于按照本发明的由一个塑料装配底板和一个冲洗容器组成的洗碗机,加工塑料装配底板表面的一个主要组成部分并构成冲洗容器的底板。
按照本发明的一个优选的实施例,冲洗容器的侧壁基本上由优质钢制成。
通过按照本发明的塑料与优质钢的组合充分利用侧壁、后壁和门内衬的优质钢材料的优点,而为了构成冲洗容器底板,在其上面必须设置多个结构组件,充分利用塑料材料的优点。在此特别有利的是,装配底板上的所有连接附件已经在制造步骤期间实现并由此明显地比常见方法节省时间。
按照本发明的一个优选实施例,塑料装配底板与优质钢冲洗容器之间的连接区位于冲洗容器的侧壁和后壁上。
按照本发明的一个优选实施例,所述连接区由塑料装配底板上的槽形容纳体和由优质钢冲洗容器侧壁和后壁上的对应安装段构成。
为了在优质钢冲洗容器与塑料装配底板之间建立不透水的密封和持久的连接、尤其是考虑到洗碗机的使用寿命,将槽形容纳体充满具有粘接特性的塑料,优质钢冲洗容器侧壁和后壁上的安装段浸入并保留在塑料里面。
具有粘接特性的塑料这样构成是适宜的,由于其粘滞性涂覆到槽形容纳体里面在技术上是没有问题的并且具有粘接特性的塑料的加工时间可以使优质钢冲洗容器侧壁和后壁上的对应安装段可以在安装冲洗容器过程中装进槽形容纳体里面,槽形容纳体被具有粘接特性的塑料充满。
装进装配底板槽形容纳体里面的具有粘接特性的塑料在一定时间后具有或没有温度影响地凝固是有利的,并且不仅与塑料装配底板而且因此与优质钢冲洗容器形成不可拆卸的连接。按照本发明,通过周边上加入到装配底板槽形容纳体里面的具有粘接特性的塑料和使优质钢冲洗容器与具有粘接特性的塑料同样无间隙的粘接连接,使得塑料装配底板与优质钢冲洗容器之间的连接区是不透水密封的。
此外除了满足这种不透水密封要求以外,按照本发明的冲洗容器和按照本发明的方法的优点是,在塑料装配底板与优质钢冲洗容器之间形成一种特别美观的连接,因为对于只能看到冲洗容器内部的使用者,只能观察到在塑料装配底板与优质钢冲洗容器之间形成的平齐连接,此外这种基本上无接缝的塑料装配底板与优质钢冲洗容器之间的连接不能使食物残渣进入,由此实现一种卫生的连接。
为了改善优质钢冲洗容器与加入到塑料装配底板的槽形容纳体的具有粘接特性的塑料之间的连接,在优质钢侧壁和后壁上的安装段设有断口是有利的,通过断口使具有粘接特性的粘滞塑料在浸入安装段时可以挤进槽形容纳体,此外除了粘接连接以外在具有粘接特性的塑料与钢制安装段之间构成一种形状配合连接。
在冲洗容器安装段中的断口分布在整个长度上是适宜的并且例如可以由长孔或十字孔构成。
所述安装段最好是V形,其中V形的一个侧腿过渡到冲洗容器的侧壁而V形的另一侧腿在槽形容纳体中最好是可沉降。通过这种V形结构实现一个尽可能大的安装区表面与具有粘接特性塑料的接触并由此不仅改善冲洗容器与装配底板之间的密封性而且也改善冲洗容器与装配底板之间的机械稳定性。
安装区也可以不是V形的,而是在其端部具有一个L形或U形轮廓,只要能够保证机械特性和密封性要求。

具体实施方式

如图3所示,按照本发明的一个有利实施例所述安装区6设有断口7,使得具有粘接特性的塑料5在压入安装段4期间穿过这个断口7挤压并在具有粘接特性的塑料5固化后形成与冲洗容器2安装段4的形状配合连接。
在装配冲洗容器2时总是要注意到,具有粘接特性的塑料5的加工在槽形容纳体6内部这样进行,使得不产生气室,气室可能对不透水性产生负面影响。
如图4的布置所示,对于本发明的另一有利实施例将一个台阶8加到冲洗容器2的侧壁和后壁里面,所述台阶这样设置和构成,使得在装配后在冲洗容器内室中可以看到一个基本平齐的表面。该台阶8除了粘接目的以外也还有利地用于装配过程期间的调整,因为在将安装段4浸入具有粘接特性的粘滞塑料5里面期间,冲洗容器2可以竖立在台阶8上,并由此使安装段4构成一个给定的固定位置。
