Description

液压软管接头和形成接头的方法
技术背景
本发明总的涉及液压管与软管的连接件。更具体地,本发明涉及这种连接件的软管端部的接头。具体地,它涉及用于管子与软管连接件的软管端部接头的改进的卡圈和卡圈支承部分。
现有技术
已知液压连接件。软管连接部分或接头可包括一管子或杆部、一卡圈和任选的套圈。该卡圈装配在管子部分的整个中间区域内并被挤压或以桩支撑以便将它固定就位。如果有套圈,也可以用桩支撑住套圈的一部分以便将它固定就位。该管子部分具有一软管插入部分,该部分被插入到软管的开口端。然后挤压或压接套圈围绕软管末端,该末端包括夹住软管在套圈与软管插入部分之间的插入件。这就造成所有部分被持久地密封和固定以防止软管端的轴向或旋转的运动。该软管接头还可以具有许多型式的配合连接部分,包括螺纹的、压入、插入件与被插入件。某些配合连接部分的设计需要使用卡圈以便可能制造相关联的接头。该使此配合连接部分与连到从属的夹具、机械或设备上的、接头的配合部分配合就完成允许流体的流体密封传递的具体的液压组件。

目前有一种压凹接合卡圈设计,该卡圈将套圈保持在连接的软管末端的接头上,同时支撑很大的纵向负荷。但是,这种卡圈设计将相对于杆部在较低扭矩下转动。这种卡圈设计仅在卡圈的一侧上被压凹接合。此外,过去曾经使用滚花结合一个卡圈上的内花键以承受高的扭矩。但是,这种设计不能用于具有高轴向负荷的情况,在该情况中需要一个套圈因为使卡圈将不支承高的轴向负荷。这种卡圈的设计也仅在卡圈的一侧上压凹接合。还已知用铜焊将卡圈装到杆部上。同时这就产生一种具有很牢固的卡圈的接头,但它伴随引入铜焊的许多制造困难且伴随成本的增加并使制造复杂化。
因而,对一种有分离的卡圈的液压接头有持续的需求,这种接头具有达到以下两方面特性的改进,即当扭矩作用到卡圈的扭转部分时,卡圈相对于杆的扭转的抵抗特性和当被套圈对由软管作用的力反应加力时,相对于杆的轴向位移的抵抗特性,且没有包括铜焊的缺点。
发明内容
本发明具有一个目的就是提供具有改进的特性组合的液压接头,该特性组合包括当扭矩作用到卡圈的扳手部分时,抵抗卡圈相对于杆部的扭转以及被软管加载时,抵抗相对于杆部的轴向位移。
本发明是一改进型的液压接头,它具有包括软管插入部分和卡圈支承部分的杆部。该接头还具有一配合连接部分,和一卡圈,卡圈具有一扭矩传递部分,一套圈支承部分,以及延伸过套圈支承部分和扭矩传递部分的一内周边。改进包括该接头包括滚花和一轴向止动环的卡圈支承部分。此外,卡圈的扭矩传递部分被压凹接合,这样延伸过扭矩传递部分的内周边与杆部的卡圈支承部分的滚花以相对无旋转的方式互联。同样,卡圈的套圈支承部分被压凹接合使得延伸过套圈支承部分的内周边与杆部的轴向止动环以限制轴向运动的方式互联。

具体实施方式
参照图1和2,此液压软管接头10的一优选实施例包括具有多个凸缘14的杆部12,在该杆部上放置具有扳手扭转平面18的卡圈16。在杆部12上还放置具有螺母接合面44的螺母20。杆部把卡圈16压凹接合在杆部12上的工艺留下压凹接合的标记22。杆部12的更多细节可见图3和4。具体地,滚花24,轴向止动环26,组件止动环28,锥面30,以及杆部邻接面32呈现出来。卡圈16的更多细节可见图5和6。更具体地,可见装套圈凹陷部34,轴向定位凸脊36,组件凸脊38,滚花配合表面40,以及自由表面42。卡圈16可被看成具有扭矩传递部分D和套圈支承部分E。

可以看到该接头具有软管插入部分A,卡圈支承部分B,以及配合连接部分C。在使用中,接头10的软管插入部分A被插入到液压软管(未表示)的开口端。该软管密封地被夹紧在适当位置。为了对接头10与软管轴向分开有最大阻力,使用一套圈48保证夹紧。套圈48可以首先在套圈支承部分E的装套圈凹陷部34被压凹接合在卡圈16上。然后围绕软管的连接末端夹紧套圈48。套圈48也可以在夹紧到软管上之前、之后、或过程中夹紧到卡圈16上。流体密封连接的完成涉及固定到机械或其它设备(未表示)上。这种机械或设备将具有适合于与接头10配合的机械或设备接头(未表示)。配合连接部分C的螺母20将被紧密地拧在设备的接头上。拧紧包括把一扳手放到螺母20上以便施加拧紧扭矩并将另一扳手放到扳手扭转平面18上以便对杆部12施加稳定的扭矩以避免在软管内扭转软管或接头10。本发明允许施加很大的稳定的扭矩,至此在具有与杆部12分开的卡圈16的接头上不可能有这种扭矩,杆部也可能支撑相当大的轴向负荷。
此优选实施例包括卡圈16上的自由表面42。这就允许通过消除对非标准的6-指状压凹接合模具和消除与扳手扭转平面18有关的分度的需求简化以桩支撑的工艺。在某些情况中,这也允许当从设备或机械接头(未表示)的阳螺纹上松开以退出螺母20的较大空间。但是,它也使压凹接合标记22在扭矩传递部分D上是可见的,这些标记通常认为是不可见。
在图8和9表示另一优选实施例。在此实施例中,卡圈18不包括自由表面42。因而,对于接头10的任意给定长度,当拧松时螺母20的运动的可能空间是有限的。但是,需要非标准的6指状压凹接合模具。图8表示压凹接合工艺前面的接头10并包括为压凹接合定位的套圈48。图9表示完成压凹接合后的接头10。与以前的实施例一样,此实施例可以具有或没有套圈48而进行。

1.一种改进的液压接头,具有包括一软管插入部分和一卡圈支承部分的杆部,具有一配合连接部分,和一卡圈,卡圈具有一扭矩传递部分、一套圈支承部分,及一延伸过所述套圈支承部分及所述扭矩传递部分的内周边,其特征在于:
所述卡圈支承部分包括滚花和一轴向止动环,
述扭矩传递部分被压凹接合使得延伸过所述扭矩传递部分的所述内周边与所述滚花以一种相对无旋转的方式互联,以及
所述套圈支承部分被压凹接合使得延伸过所述套圈支承部分的内周边与所述轴向止动环以一种轴向运动限制的方式互联。
2.一种液压接头,包括:
一具有软管插入部分和卡圈支承部分的杆部,
一配合连接部分,
所述卡圈支承部分包括滚花和一轴向止动环,
一卡圈具有一扭矩传递部分、一套圈支承部分、和一延伸过所述套圈支承部分与所述扭矩传递部分的内周边,
所述扭矩传递部分被压凹接合使得延伸过经所述扭矩传递部分的所述内周边与所述滚花以一种相对无旋转的方式互联,以及
所述套圈支承部分被压凹接合使得延伸过所述套圈支承部分的所述内周边与所述轴向止动环以一种轴向运动限制的方式互联。
3.按照权利要求2的液压接头,包括一固定在套圈支承部分上的套圈。
4.一种液压互联件和软管,包括:
一软管末端接头,该接头包括
一具有软管插入部分与卡圈支承部分的杆部,
所述卡圈支承部分包括滚花和一轴向止动环,
一卡圈,卡圈具有一扭矩传递部分、一套圈支承部分、和一延伸过所述套圈支承部分与所述扭矩传递部分的内周边,
所述扭矩传递部分被压凹接合使得延伸过所述扭矩传递部分的所述内周边与所述滚花以一种相对无旋转的方式互联,
所述套圈支承部分被压凹接合使得延伸过所述套圈支承部分的所述内周边与所述轴向止动环以一种轴向运动限制的方式互联,
一配合连接部分,
所述软管配合在所述软管末端接头上,
一设备接头,以及
所述设备接头被密封地配合到所述软管末端接头的所述配合连接部分上。
5.按照权利要求4的液压互联件和软管,其特征在于还包括被压凹接合在所述套圈支撑部分上的套圈及在所述套圈下面被夹紧的软管。
6.一种用于制造液压接头的方法,包括以下步骤:
提供具有软管插入部分和卡圈支承部分的杆部,
对所述卡圈支承部分的一部分进行滚花,及
在所述卡圈部分和所述软管插入部分的共同边界附近形成一环状凹陷部。
