Abstract
本发明涉及涉及具有一个或者多个支承垫的钻头。根据本发明,至少一个支承垫由陶瓷材料制成。当在例如Inconel 718、Inconel 939、沃斯帕洛伊合金、镍基超合金720等耐热材料中进行钻孔时,该支承垫尤为有用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及用于钻头的支承垫,该钻头尤其用于在耐热钢材中进行长孔钻孔。根据本发明,所述支承垫由陶瓷材料制造。
背景技术
在金属中进行钻孔基本分为两种类型:长孔钻孔和短孔钻孔。短孔钻孔是指钻孔深度基本为钻头直径的3-5倍的深度。长孔钻孔指的是钻孔深度基本为更多倍的钻头直径的深度。
对于短孔钻孔而言,其要求不高,并且因此可以使用简单的设置有硬质合金刀片的或者由实心硬质合金或如实心工具钢制成的或者由工具钢制成的螺旋钻。
然而长孔钻孔则不仅至少在切屑输送方面,而且还在良好的断屑、润滑、冷却等方面提出了更高要求。这是利用特殊研制的钻孔系统而实现的,该系统具有连接到钻杆并且实现上述要求的特殊设计的钻头。该钻头可以由实心硬质合金制成,但是通常由工具钢或者铸钢制成,钻头以如此方式设置有多个由硬质合金制成的刀片从而它们一起形成理想的切削刃。这种长孔钻在本领域是公知的。
在用于长孔钻孔的钻头的设计中,切削力未被平衡。因此为了吸收所产生的径向切削力,在钻头上通常设置有支承垫,该支承垫以机械方式夹紧在钻头上以在操作中支撑并且引导钻头。通常根据具体应用刀片与支承垫具有不同含量的WC、Co以及立方碳化物TiC、TaC和NbC的硬质合金制成。而且,支承垫通常涂覆有一层或者多层耐磨层。通常,支承垫涂覆有TiN或者WC/C+TiAlN的黄色涂层。
然而,当加工耐热的超耐热合金例如Inconel(铬镍铁合金)718、Inconel939、沃斯帕洛伊合金(Waspaloy)、镍基超合金(Udimet)720等时,支承垫在具有涂层的硬质合金中易于被构成网状的细小裂纹所覆盖,而这将导致快速磨损并且需要过于频繁的更换支承垫。
在EP 0713747中,公开了一种用于整孔钻的具有涂层的陶瓷导向件。该涂层为氮化硼或者金刚石。在EP 0410342中公开了一种具有导向板的类似的整孔钻,该导向板含有氧化铝和碳化钛。整孔钻用于修整预成形的孔并且不受与用于长孔钻孔的钻头所经受的同样类型的力的作用。
发明内容
因此本发明的一个目的在于提供一种支承垫,该支承垫尤其在对耐热材料进行钻孔时是坚固的和耐用的。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,切削刀片4、5和6夹紧在或者焊接在钻头中。周边刀片6形成所加工的工件中的孔的直径。由于无需其余的芯部,中心刀片4与钻的中心轴线相交迭。在旋转过程中,中间刀片5的切削刃的轨迹与周边刀片6和中心刀片4的切削刃均形成交迭,从而由此从中心轴线至周边形成连续的切削线。
以通常的方式,钻头1设置有内部的中心通道16,切屑的大部分通过该通道而被排出。
根据本发明,提供一种具有至少一个由陶瓷材料制成的支承垫的钻头,其中该支承垫包括具有底面、至少一个侧面以及顶面的基体。在一个优选实施例中,该支承垫是可以转位180℃的。
在第一实施例中,该陶瓷材料基本为氧化物陶瓷或者混有硬质碳化物和/或氮化物和/或硼化物和/或粘结剂金属以及传统的压制和/或烧结助剂的氧化物陶瓷。在一个优选实施例中,该陶瓷材料为氧化物型的,优选的基本包括Al2O3和/或ZrO2。
在第二实施例中,陶瓷材料为氮化物型的,含有传统的压制和/或烧结助剂。在优选实施例中,该氮化物型的材料基本包括Si3N4和晶间相(intergranular phase)。在另一个优选实施例中,该陶瓷材料包括α-和/或β-硅铝氧氮聚合材料(sialon)和晶间相。
在第三实施例中,该陶瓷材料还含有优选为SiC的晶须和/或片。
根据本发明的支承垫可以涂覆有本领域公知的耐磨涂层。
本发明还涉及使用设置有至少一个由陶瓷材料制成的支承垫的钻头以便在例如Inconel 718、Inconel 939、沃斯帕洛伊合金、镍基超合金720等耐热材料中进行钻孔。
Claims (10)
1.一种具有一个或者多个支承垫的钻头,其特征在于,至少一个支承垫由陶瓷材料制成。
2.如权利要求1所述的钻头,其特征在于,所述陶瓷材料基本为氧化物陶瓷或者混有硬质碳化物和/或氮化物和/或硼化物和/或粘结剂金属以及传统的压制和/或烧结助剂的氧化物陶瓷。
3.如权利要求2所述的钻头,其特征在于,所述陶瓷材料为氧化物型的。
4.如权利要求3所述的钻头,其特征在于,所述陶瓷材料基本包括Al2O3和/或ZrO2。
5.如权利要求1所述的钻头,其特征在于,所述陶瓷材料为氮化物型的,含有传统的压制和/或烧结助剂。
6.如权利要求5所述的钻头,其特征在于,所述氮化物型的材料主要包括Si3N4。
7.如权利要求5所述的钻头,其特征在于,所述陶瓷材料包括α-和/或β-硅铝氧氮聚合材料和晶间相。
8.如前面任一权利要求所述的钻头,其特征在于,所述陶瓷材料还含有优选为SiC的晶须和/或片。
9.如前面任一权利要求所述的钻头,其特征在于,所述支承垫涂覆有耐磨涂层。
10.如前面任一权利要求所述钻头的应用,用于在例如Inconel718、Inconel 939、沃斯帕洛伊合金、镍基超合金720等耐热材料中进行钻孔。
