技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型的在中心处设置有孔的可转位刀片,用于金属材料的去屑加工。
背景技术
这种可转位刀片通常具有80°以下的切削顶角,并且通常用于不同类型的仿形切削。市场上现在存在多种不同类型的刀架,它们特别适用于这种可转位刀片,例如菱形、偏菱形或者等腰三角形的可转位刀片。在这种可转位刀片中使用的材料通常为烧结硬质合金或陶瓷。
现今经常使用的可转位刀片类型在每个有效切削角中具有被称作擦拭器几何形状的外表面。意思是改变角部几何形状的半径,使得切削角中的角半径由多个互相相邻的小半径组成,相邻另一个半径部分的每个相邻半径部分具有不同的半径大小。通过这种类型的几何形状,有可能显著提高切削刀片的进给速度,同时可以使加工工件获得期望的良好表面加工。在使用这种具有擦拭器几何形状的切削刀片时,切削刀片没有被通常的杆支架夹持,所述支架例如在美国专利3,314,126中示出和公开的类型。在使用这种类型的切削刀片时,现在期望具有一种刀架系统,即通过夹持切削刀片,不仅仅提供向内拉的作用力,而且同时提供向下压的作用力。对于选择切削刀片上部切屑侧面的顶部几何形状而言,其本身则引起一定的限制。
发明内容
根据这个背景技术,本发明的一个目的是提供一种新型的刀片设计,其一方面适于通过具有向内以及向下的拉力的上述类型的刀架而被有效锁定,并且另一方面其在切削刀片的顶侧上留有足够大的富余量,以便例如可以获得期望的角或其它的几何结构,或者其可以实现直接压入上部切屑表面中的更先进的碎屑器几何结构的插入。
根据本发明,绕孔设置的切削刀片的表面被制成平面的并同时被赋予具有至少6个尖端的星形轮廓,夹具的夹紧刀片的下部表面成对设置,从而在紧固用于夹紧切削刀片的夹具时与切削刀片顶侧的上述星形部分的成对设置的尖端部分形成平面邻靠。关于这点,在中心孔周围的切削刀片的表面优选被形成为平行于切削刀片底面的平面。根据一种切实可行的设计,绕中心孔星形设置的部分表面被形成为切削刀片上部平面中的埋头平面。然而,可替换地,所述星形表面可以是这样的一个形状,即中心孔周围的部分表面相对于切削刀片顶面的其它部分升高。

具体实施方式
在图1-2中示出的可转位刀片10与刀架夹具11一起显示。在这个示出的实施方案中可转位刀片具有菱形的基本外形和80°以下的切削顶角。互相平行的可转位刀片的平面12和13相对于连接它们的边缘面形成直角。可转位刀片11具有中心通孔14,其中心轴线定向为垂直于切削刀片的平面12和13。在其中接收可转位刀片10的底座包括底部支承面15和两个从上述底部支承面垂直上升的侧部支承面16和17。底部支承面15可以是如所示实施方案中的刀架18的一部分表面,或者由切削刀片底座中的单独垫板构成,其通过适当的紧固装置(未示出)夹持。
为了能够将可转位刀片10夹紧在刀架中的切削刀片底座中,,如所述的设置夹具11,其通过一个螺纹拧入夹具中的细长凹座19中的紧固螺钉21是能够活动的,紧固螺钉21在刀架18中的螺纹孔20中前进,其中心轴线C1平行于刀片孔14的中心轴线C2定向。夹具11的前端由一个向下-向内倾斜指向的第一凸起22构成,其以相对于孔14的中心轴线C2成α的倾斜角定向,这样设置以在刀片孔中下方一定距离处的接触点23处向内朝着刀架与刀片孔14中的孔壁接合。同时,夹具11底侧的一部分与切削刀片的顶侧12在靠近切削刀片中心孔14的部分的接触面24处形成接合。夹具11的相对端由第二凸起25构成,其被接收在刀架18中的凹座26中,凸起25的端面27被中凸地形成并设置为在夹紧时与相应的平面止挡面28形成表面接触,平面止挡面28在所述凹座26中以相对于紧固螺钉21的中心轴线C1成倾斜角形成。可选择地,端面27可以水平形成与平面止挡面28接触。角度α的大小应该基本等于或略小于成锐角的倾斜角β,刀架中的后部接触面28由此角β定向。
根据本发明,切削刀片在中心刀片孔14周围的上表面部分形成为具有星形基本形状的平面29,其中所述星形由至少6个尖端被径向向外的限制,其意图为所述平面29优选被形成为相对于顶面12升高的表面。然而,可选择地,表面29在某些情况中应该为关于顶面12埋头的表面。各个尖端30可以是如图2中所示的锐角或者是平滑的圆形。平面29的径向内部界线31应该为圆形并连接到中心孔14,并由此具有与中心孔相同的半径。
在上面描述并在附图中示出的实施方案,如所述的,由至少6个尖端部分30被径向向外的限制。
在图2中示出的实施方案中,每个尖端部分30的径向外侧终上端包括两个顶尖部分30a和30b。在多边形成形的切削刀片处,如图4中所示,在切削刀片的至少两个沿直径方向相对的角部分中,所述部分30a和30b应该对称地形成在等分线B的两侧上切削刀片的。在这一点,在所述两个相对定位的角部中同一尖端部分的等分线B应该穿过刀片孔14的中心。
所述基本星形的平面29用于成为夹具底面部分的接触面,其靠近中心刀片孔14定位。更明确的,意图在于,夹具在上述部分中的下部应该具有成对设置间隔开的部分表面32a和32b,其可以具有宽度逐渐变细的弧形形状,或者基本呈三角形,以便与表面29相应成形的平面部分形成表面接触。
在三角形的实施方案中,其形状可以由图4中的星形表面29的33a和33b所详细示出。
在图5a、5b和5c中显示了根据本发明提出的可转位刀片能够将锐角切削角暴露出,其在图5a中以34指代,以及以35指代的钝角切削角,用于具有一个上述类型夹具的碎屑成形加工。
在图6中显示了一个可选刀片形状,具有由许多间隔开的心形表面36a、36b、36c、36d、36e和36f组成的星形表面29。所述表面为与环绕平面12平行并关于上述平面升高一定距离的平面。每个这种表面的内部界面进一步基本上相应于中心孔14的曲率成圆形地弯曲。每个这种心形表面被处理为径向向内离开孔14的开口一小段距离。

Claims (9)

1.用于类型为包括有刀架的切削刀具的切削刀片,所述刀架具有用于接收切削刀片(10)的底座,该底座的形状与切削刀片的形状部分对应;和夹具(11),其与刀架通过螺钉(21)连接并且用于将切削刀片夹紧在底座中,夹具(11)具有前端(4),其被设置为与在切削刀片的两个相对的顶侧和底侧(12,13)的其中一个侧面中开口的孔(14)相接合,以便在紧固螺钉时将切削刀片拉入底座中并直接将切削刀片上的至少一个侧面压靠在底座中的相应侧面(16,17)上,同时在将紧固螺钉紧固时,夹具的一个或多个下部表面与位于刀片孔(14)和支撑侧面(16,17)之间的切削刀片的表面部分相接触,其特征在于:孔(14)周围的切削刀片的表面(29)为平面并具有星形的基本形状,所述星形具有至少6个尖端,夹具的下部表面成对设置,以便在将紧固螺钉(21)紧固时,与所述星形表面(29)的成对设置的尖端部分形成平面邻靠。

5.如权利要求1-4中任一个所述的切削刀片,其特征在于:尖端(30)成对的设置在切削刀片的每个角区域中,在至少两个沿直径方向相对设置的角部分处,成对设置的部分(30a,30b)对称地位于等分线(B)的两侧。
6.如权利要求1-5中任一个所述的切削刀片,其特征在于:平表面(29)的径向内部界线(31)是圆形的,以与中心孔(14)相同的半径连接至中心孔(14)。
7.如权利要求1-6中任一个所述的切削刀片,其特征在于:孔(14)周围的星形表面的尖端部分(30)具有圆滑的外终端。
