Abstract

Description
发明领域
本发明涉及能够护理织物制品,尤其是衣服制品、亚麻制品和毛织物制品的组合物,其中该组合物提供改善的织物制品的污垢清洁和/或护理和/或处理效果,尤其是与常规织物制品护理组合物相比,它还能够为对水敏感的制品提供出色的衣物护理作用。
发明背景
为了清洁织物制品,目前消费者可选择使用常规洗涤清洁或干洗的方法。
常规洗涤清洁使用相对较大量的水,洗涤典型地在消费者家中用洗衣机,或在专门场所如投币洗衣店中进行。尽管洗衣机和衣物洗涤剂已经变得相当高级,但常规洗涤方法依然存在使织物制品发生染料转移和收缩的风险。消费者所用的相当大的一部分织物制品不适于用常规洗涤方法进行清洁。甚至被认为是“可机洗的”织物制品也经常是在洗涤之后产生严重褶皱因而需要熨烫。
干洗方法依靠非水溶剂来清洁。通过避开水,这些方法最大程度地降低了收缩和起皱的风险。然而,用这些方法清洁污垢,尤其是水基污垢和醇基污垢有非常大的局限性。典型地,在干洗步骤前,干洗清洁工人用手除去这些污垢。这些方法很复杂,需要多种组合物来对付遇到的各种玷污,劳动密集性很强并且经常会对所处理织物造成一些局部损伤。
因而,在商业洗涤、干洗、家用洗涤中,尚未满足对织物制品护理组合物的需求,所述组合物在能够对所遇到的各种污垢提供满意的清洁效果的同时,对各种织物制品也很安全。
发明概述
本发明提供了显示出改善的织物制品上的污垢清洁效果和/或织物制品护理和/或处理效果的组合物。这些有益效果可以通过本发明的组合物递送到护理过的织物制品上,同时维持优良的织物护理特性。
在本发明的一个方面,提供了织物制品护理组合物,所述组合物包括:
a)亲脂流体;和
b)能增强亲脂流体的去污有益效果和/或能使水悬浮在亲脂流体中的表面活性剂组分;和
c)能进一步增强组合物去污能力的非硅氧烷助剂;和
d)可任选的水;和
e)可任选的其它清洁助剂;和
f)可任选的加工助剂;
其中所述组合物能使水悬浮在亲脂流体中。
在本发明的另一方面,提供了供消耗的洗涤剂组合物,以便在用离散的亲脂流体稀释后,获得上述织物制品护理组合物。本发明所用的“离散亲脂流体”是指不是初始配制的洗涤剂组合物部分的亲脂流体。
在本发明的另一方面,提供了供消耗的洗涤剂组合物,所述组合物包括:
a)能增强亲脂流体去污效果和/或能使水悬浮在亲脂流体中的表
面活性剂组分;和

在本发明的另一方面,还提供了根据本发明通过用离散亲脂性流体稀释本发明的供消耗的洗涤剂组合物来制备织物制品护理组合物的方法。该方法可以包括搅拌供消耗的洗涤剂组合物和离散亲脂性流体的步骤。
还在本发明的另一方面,提供了处理需要护理的织物制品的方法,所述方法包括下列步骤:
a)根据本发明,混合供消耗的洗涤剂组合物和离散亲脂性流体以形成织物制品护理组合物;和
b)用步骤a)中形成的织物制品护理组合物接触织物制品以便护理织物制品。

发明详述
定义
本文中所用术语“织物制品”是指任何通常用常规洗涤方法或干洗方法清洁的制品。照此,该术语包括衣物、亚麻、毛织物制品以及衣物附件。该术语也包括其它整个或部分由织物制造的物品,如手提袋、家具罩、防水油布等。
本文所用术语“亲脂流体”是指任何能除去皮脂的非水流体,下文将进行更详细的描述。
本文所用术语“织物制品护理组合物”是指任何包含亲脂流体的组合物,所述组合物包含将直接接触待清洁织物制品的清洁和/或护理助剂。应该理解,术语“织物制品护理组合物”包括使用除清洁剂外的调理剂和浆纱剂。此外,任选的清洁助剂如除了上述那些表面活性剂之外的其它表面活性剂、漂白剂等也可加入所述“织物制品护理组合物”。即,清洁助剂可以任选地与亲脂流体结合。这些任选的清洁助剂将在下文进行更详细的描述。这些清洁助剂可以以按织物制品护理组合物重量计约0.01%至约10%的含量存在于本发明的织物制品护理组合物中。
术语“污垢”指织物制品上希望被除去的任何不受欢迎的物质。术语“水基”或“亲水”污垢是指当其首先与织物制品接触时污垢包括水,或污垢在织物制品上保留了大量的水。水基污垢的实施例包括但不限于饮料,许多食物污垢,水溶性染料,体液如汗、尿或血,户外污垢例如草污垢和泥土。
术语“能使水悬浮于亲脂流体中”是指物质能悬浮、溶剂化和/或乳化水,当组分初始混合后至少五分钟内保持稳定时,水在某种程度上保持明显的悬浮、溶剂化或乳化。依照本发明,在组合物的一些实施例中,组合物实际上可以是胶状和/或呈乳状。依照本发明组合物的其它实施例,组合物可以是透明的。
术语“不溶于亲脂流体”指当加入到亲脂流体中时,添加后5分钟内,物质从亲脂流体中物理分离(即,沉淀、絮凝、漂浮)。相反,“溶于亲脂流体”物质是指添加后5分钟内,物质不会从亲脂流体中物理分离。

本文所用术语术语“混合”是指组合两种或多种物质(即,更具体地讲是如本发明所述的离散亲脂流体和洗涤剂组合物),以这样的一种方式,形成均匀的混合物或稳定的分散体或悬浮液。适合的混合方法是本领域众所周知的方法。适合的混合方法的非限制性实施例包括涡旋混合方法和静力混合方法。
本发明的组合物
本发明提供的组合物显示出改善的从织物制品上清洁污垢(即,除去和/或减少污垢)效果和/或织物制品的护理和/或处理效果。这些有益效果可以递送到用本发明组合物护理过的织物制品上,同时维持优良的织物护理性质。
亲脂流体
本文的亲脂流体在织物制品护理用具的操作条件下,换句话讲,在护理如本发明所述的织物制品期间,呈液相。一般情况下,该亲脂流体在环境温度和压力下可完全为液体,也可以为易熔化的固体,例如,在约0℃至约60℃的温度范围内可以变为液体的物质。或可以包括在环境温度和压力下(例如25℃和1个大气压(0.1MPa)的压力下)的液体和蒸汽相的混合物。因而,所述亲脂流体不是可压缩气体如二氧化碳。
优选本发明的亲脂流体是不易燃的或具有相对高的闪点和/或较低的VOC(挥发性的有机化合物)特性,具有同等或优选超过已知常规干洗流体的特性,用于干洗工业中的这些术语具有其常规意义。
此外,本发明适合的亲脂流体是易流动的和非粘性的流体。
一般情况下,本发明的亲脂流体必须是能够至少部分地溶解如下文测试中所述的皮脂或身体污垢的流体。亲脂流体的混合物也是适合的,并且在满足如下所述的亲脂流体测试要求的条件下,该亲脂流体可以包括任何部分的干洗溶剂,特别是包括氟化溶剂或全氟化胺的较新型的干洗溶剂。一些全氟化胺如全氟三丁基胺尽管不适于用作亲脂流体,但可以作为包含亲脂流体的组合物中的许多可能的助剂之一存在。
其它适合的亲脂流体包括但不限于二醇溶剂体系,例如,较高级的二醇如C6-或C8-或更高级的二醇,环状的和无环的类型的有机硅溶剂等,及其混合物。
适合掺入作为本发明组合物的主要成分的优选的非水亲脂流体包括低挥发性无氟化有机物,硅氧烷,特别是除了氨基官能团聚硅氧烷之外的那些,及其混合物。低挥发性无氟化有机物包括例如OLEAN和其它多元醇酯,或某些相对无挥发性的可生物降解的中间链具有支链的石油镏分。
适合掺入作为本发明组合物的主要成分的其它优选的非水亲脂流体包括但不限于二元醇醚,例如丙二醇甲基醚、丙二醇正丙基醚、丙二醇叔丁基醚、丙二醇正丁基醚、二丙二醇甲基醚、二丙二醇正丙基醚、二丙二醇叔丁基醚、二丙二醇正丁基醚、三丙二醇甲基醚、三丙二醇正丙基醚、三丙二醇叔丁基醚、三丙二醇正丁基醚。适用于作为组合物主要组分(例如大于组合物的50%)的聚硅氧烷,包括环戊硅氧烷(有时称为“D5”),和/或具有大约类似的挥发性的线性的类似物,可任选的其它由相容的硅氧烷补充。适合的聚硅氧烷是文献中众所周知的,参见,例如Kirk Othmer的“Encyclopedia of Chemical Technology”,并得自许多商业来源,包括General Electric、Toshiba Silicone、Bayer和Dow Corning。其它适合的亲脂流体购自宝洁或Dow Chemical和其它供货商。
亲脂流体和亲脂流体测试(LF测试)的资格评定
任何非水流体,只要其既能够满足干洗流体的已知需要(即,闪点等)又能够至少部分地溶解皮脂,如下述测试方法所示,都适合用作本发明的亲脂流体。作为一般准则,全氟丁基胺(Fluorinert FC-43)本身(具有或没有助剂)根据定义是参考物质,它不适合作为用于本发明的亲脂流体(它本质上是非溶剂),尽管环戊硅氧烷具有适合的溶解皮脂的性质并溶解皮脂。
下面是研究和鉴定其它物质,例如,其它低粘度、可自由流动硅氧烷是否适合用作亲脂流体的方法。该方法使用市售的Crisco低芥酸菜子油,油酸(95%纯度,得自Sigma Aldrich Co.)和角鲨烯(99%纯度,得自J.T.Baker)作为皮脂的模型污垢。在评估期间,测试物质应为基本无水的并不含任何附加助剂或其它物质。
准备三个小瓶,每个小瓶包含一种类型的亲脂污垢。第一个小瓶中放置1.0g低芥酸菜子油;第二个小瓶中放置1.0g油酸(95%),第三个和最后一个小瓶中放置1.0g角鲨烯(99.9%)。向每个小瓶中加入1g待测亲脂性流体。在标准涡旋搅拌器上以最大设置分别在室温和室压下混合每个包含亲脂污垢和待测流体的小瓶20秒。将小瓶放置在工作台上并在室温和室压下保持15分钟。静止后,如果在所有包含亲脂污垢的小瓶中都形成了透明单一相,则该非水流体具有资格并适合作为如本发明所述的“亲脂流体”。然而,如果在所有三个小瓶中形成了两个或多个独立层,则在拒绝或接受该非水流体为合格物质之前,需要进一步测定溶解在油相中的非水流体的量。
在这样的情况下,用注射器,小心从每个小瓶的各个层中吸取200微升样品。在测定了三个模型污垢和进行测定流体的每个标样的保留时间后,将注射器吸取层样品置于GC自动取样器小瓶中并进行常规GC分析。如果通过GC,发现在任何一层中都存在大于1%,优选更多的测试流体,所述层由油酸、低芥酸菜子油或角鲨烯组成,则该测试流体也有资格用作亲脂流体。如果需要,该方法可使用二十七氟代三丁胺进一步校准,即,Fluorinert FC-43(失败)和环戊硅氧烷(通过)。适合的GC是装备有分流/无分流注射器注射器和FID的惠普气相色谱HP5890系列II。用于检测亲脂流体存在量的适合的柱是J&WScientific毛细管柱DB-1HT,30米,内径0.25mm,0.1um膜厚,目录号1221131。该GC适合在下列条件下操作:

适用于本发明的优选的亲脂流体在具有优良的衣物护理特征的基础上有资格进一步使用。衣物护理特征图测试是本领域众所周知的,并涉及使用各种衣物或织物制品组分,包括织物、纱线、接缝等中使用的弹性狭织物和各种纽扣来测试待评估流体。用于本发明的优选的亲脂流体具有优良的衣物护理特征,例如它们具有较好的收缩性和/或织物起皱特征,并且不会损坏塑料钮扣。皮脂移除方面合格的用作亲脂流体的某些物质例如乳酸乙基酯,由于它们易于溶解钮扣而令人相当讨厌,并且如果此类物质将要用于本发明的组合物中的话,应将其用水和/或其它溶剂配制,以使整个混合物基本上不损坏钮扣。其它亲脂流体,例如D5,很好地满足了这种衣物护理需求。一些适合的亲脂流体见授权的美国专利5,865,852、5,942,007、6,042,617、6,042,618、6,056,789、6,059,845和6,063,135,这些文件均引入本文以供参考。
亲脂流体可包括线性的和环状的聚硅氧烷、烃和氯化烃,明确地不包括在本发明所用的亲脂流体的定义之内的PERC除外(特别是指明DF2000和PERC)。更优选的是线性的和环状的聚硅氧烷以及二元醇醚、乙酸酯、乳酸酯族的烃。优选的亲脂流体包括沸点在760mmHg下低于约250℃的环状硅氧烷。用于本发明的具体优选的环状硅氧烷是八甲基环四硅氧烷、十甲基环五硅氧烷和十二甲基环六硅氧烷。优选地,环状硅氧烷包括十甲基环五硅氧烷(D5,五聚物)和基本上不含八甲基环四硅氧烷(四聚物)和十二甲基环六硅氧烷(六聚物)。
然而,应当理解的是有用的环状硅氧烷混合物除了优选的环状的硅氧烷之外,还可包含微量的其它环状硅氧烷。
所述环状硅氧烷包括八甲基环四硅氧烷和六甲基环三硅氧烷或更高级的环,如十四甲基环七硅氧烷。一般情况下,可用于环状硅氧烷混合物中的这些其它环状硅氧烷的量少于混合物总重量的约百分之十。环状硅氧烷混合物的工业标准是该混合物包括按混合物重量计少于约1%的八甲基环四硅氧烷。
因此,本发明的亲脂流体按亲脂流体重量计优选包括大于约50%、更优选大于约75%、甚至更优选至少约90%、最优选至少约95%的十甲基环戊硅氧烷。可供选择地,亲脂流体可包括环状硅氧烷混合物的硅氧烷,所述混合物具有按混合物重量计大于约50%、优选大于约75%、更优选至少约90%、最优选至少约95%至达约100%的十甲基环五硅氧烷,和按混合物重量计少于约10%、优选少于约5%、更优选少于约2%、甚至更优选少于约1%、最优选少于约0.5%至约0%的八甲基环四硅氧烷和/或十二甲基环六硅氧烷。
当存在于如本发明所述的织物制品护理组合物中时,亲脂流体的含量按该织物制品护理组合物重量计优选为约70%至约99.99%、更优选为约90%至约99.9%、甚至更优选为约95%至约99.8%。
当存在于如本发明所述的供消耗的洗涤剂组合物中时,亲脂流体的含量按该供消耗的洗涤剂组合物重量计优选为约0.1%至约90%、更优选为约0.5%至约75%、甚至更优选约1%至约50%。
表面活性剂组分
本发明的表面活性剂组分可以是能将水悬浮在亲脂流体中和/或增强亲脂流体去污有益效果的物质。该物质可溶于所述亲脂流体中。
一类物质可包括硅氧烷基表面活性剂(硅氧烷基物质)。本申请中的硅氧烷基表面活性剂可以是用于其它应用的硅氧烷聚合物。所述硅氧烷基表面活性剂的重均分子量典型地为500至20,000。衍生自聚(二甲基硅氧烷)的这类物质是本领域众所周知的。在本发明中,并非所有的这种硅氧烷基表面活性剂都适用,因为与亲脂流体本身提供的清洁水平相比,它们并不提供改善的污垢清洁效果。
适合的硅氧烷基表面活性剂包括下式的聚醚硅氧烷:

本文如上所述的该类硅氧烷基表面活性剂的实施例参见EP-1,043,443A1、EP-1,041,189和WO-01/34,706(全部授予GE Silicones)和US-5,676,705、US-5,683,977、US-5,683,473和EP-1,092,803A1(全部授予Lever Brother)。
适合的硅氧烷基表面活性剂的市售的非限制性实施例是TSF4446(例如,General Electric Silicones)XS69-B5476(例如,General Electric Silicones);Jenamine HSX(例如,DelCon)和Y12147(例如,OSi Specialties)。
另一类优选的适用于表面活性剂组分的物质为有机性质。优选的物质是具有约6至约20个碳原子碳链的有机磺基琥珀酸酯表面活性剂。最优选的是包含二烃基链的有机磺基琥珀酸酯,其中每个烃链带有约6至约20个碳原子的碳链。还优选的是包含芳基或烷基芳基、取代的或未取代的、支链的或直链的、饱和的或不饱和的基团的链。
适合的有机磺基琥珀酸酯表面活性剂的市售的非限制性实施例可以商品名Aerosol OT和Aerosol TR-70(例如,Cytec)获得。
当存在于本发明的织物制品护理组合物中时,该表面活性剂组分按织物制品护理组合物重量计优选包括约0.01%至约10%、更优选约0.02%至约5%、甚至更优选约0.05%至约2%。
当存在于本发明的供消耗的洗涤剂组合物中时,该表面活性剂组分按供消耗的洗涤剂组合物重量计优选包括约1%至约99%、更优选2%至约75%、甚至更优选约5%至约60%。
非硅氧烷助剂
非硅氧烷助剂(即,不包含Si原子的物质)优选包括强极性和/或氢键首基,并进一步增强了本发明组合物的去污能力。包含强极性和/或氢键首基的非硅氧烷助剂的实施例包括但不限于醇,阳离子物质如阳离子表面活性剂,季表面活性剂,季铵盐如氯化铵(氯化铵的非限制性实施例是购自Akzo Nobel的烷基三甲基铵盐阳离子型表面活性物质)和阳离子织物软化活性物质,非离子物质如非离子表面活性剂(即,乙氧基化醇、聚羟基脂肪酸酰胺),gemini表面活性剂,阴离子表面活性剂,两性离子表面活性剂,羧酸,硫酸盐,磺酸盐,磷酸盐,膦酸酯和含氮物质。在一个实施方案中,非硅氧烷助剂包括选自下列的含氮物质:伯、仲和叔胺,二胺,三胺,乙氧基化的胺,胺氧化物,酰胺和甜菜碱,甜菜碱的非限制性实施例是购自Scher Chemicals的Schercotaine的物质及其混合物。
在另一个优选实施方案中,烷基链包含有助于降低熔点的支链。
还在另一个实施方案中,使用了包含约6至约22个碳原子的烷基伯胺。尤其优选的烷基伯胺是油烯基胺(以商品名OLD购自Akzo)、十二烷基胺(以商品名12D购自Akzo)、支链C16-C22烷基胺(以商品名PrimeneJM-T购自Rohm & Haas)及其混合物。
适合的阳离子物质可包括可以是季铵化合物的季表面活性剂。市售试剂包括得自Goldschmidt的Varisoft物质。
附加的适合的阳离子物质可包括常规织物软化活性物质。本发明的适合的织物软化活性物质的非限制性实施例包括如下多数化合物:
二酯季铵织物软化活性化合物(DEQA)
(1)作为主要的活性物质,第一类DEQA优选地包括下式的化合物

其中每个R取代基可以是氢、短链C1-C6、优选地为C1-C3烷基或羟基烷基,例如,甲基(最优选)、乙基、丙基、羟基乙基等,聚(C2-3烷氧基)优选聚乙氧基、苄基或其混合物;每个m是2或3;每个n为1至约4;每个Y是-O-(O)C-、-C(O)-O-、-NR-C(O)-或-C(O)-NR-;当Y是-O-(O)C-或-NR-C(O)-时,每个R1中的碳原子总数加合是C12-C22,优选C14-C20,其中每个R1为烃基,或取代烃基,A-可以是任何软化剂相容的阴离子,优选氯化物、溴化物、硫酸二甲酯、乙基硫酸酯、硫酸酯和硝酸酯,更优选氯化物或硫酸二甲酯。本发明中所用的包含给定R1基团的“软化活性物质的百分比”是采取基于给定R1基团的总活性物质的百分比,而给定R1基团的百分比基于总R1基团。

(4)聚季铵软化活性物质。带有多于一个正季铵离子电荷的织物软化活性物质也可用于本发明的加入漂洗的组合物中。这类软化活性物质的实施例具有下式:

化合物(5)的实施例是二烯基二甲铵盐如二低芥酸菜子二甲基氯化铵、二低芥酸菜子二甲基甲基硫酸铵,二(部分氢化的大豆,顺/反比例为约4∶1)二甲基氯化铵,二油烯基二甲基氯化铵。二油烯基二甲基氯化铵和二(低芥酸菜子)二甲基氯化铵是优选的。可用于本发明的市售的二烯基二甲铵盐是以商品名Adogen472得自WitcoCorporation二油烯基二甲基氯化铵。
化合物(6)的实施例是以商品名Varisoft3690购自WitcoCorporation的1-甲基-1-油烯基氨基乙基-2-油烯基咪唑啉甲基硫酸盐,其中R1是无环脂族C15-C17烃基,R2是乙烯基,G是NH基,R5是甲基并且A是甲基硫酸根阴离子。

在本发明的阳离子含氮盐中,阴离子A-是任何与软化活性物质相容的阴离子,其提供电中性。最常见的是,在这些盐中用于提供电中性的阴离子来自于强酸,尤其是卤离子,如氯离子、甲基硫酸根、溴离子。然而,也可使用其它的阴离子,例如乙基硫酸根、乙酸根、甲酸根、硫酸根、碳酸根等。本发明中优选的阴离子A是氯离子和甲基硫酸根。

b)脂肪醇乙氧基化物,R-(OCH2CH2)aOHa=1至100,典型地为12至40、R=烃残基8至20碳原子,典型地为直链烷基。实施例,具有4或23个乙氧烯基的聚氧乙烯月桂基醚;具有2、10或20个乙氧烯基的聚氧乙烯鲸蜡基醚;具有2、10、20、21或100乙氧烯基的聚氧乙烯硬脂基醚;具有2或10个氧乙烯基的聚氧乙烯(2)、(10)油基醚。市售实施例包括但不限于:ALFONIC、BRIJ、GENAPOL、NEODOL、SURFONIC、TRYCOL。
乙氧基化物质的非限制性实施例,如乙氧基化表面活性剂包括下式的化合物:

本发明的非离子表面活性剂的特征是5至20、优选6至15的HLB(亲水的-亲脂的平衡)。
优选的乙氧基化表面活性剂的非限制性实施例是:
直链、伯醇乙氧基化物,其上所带的R8是C8-C18烷基和/或链烯基、更优选C10-C14,并且s为约2至约8、更优选约2至约6;
直链、仲醇乙氧基化物,其上所带的R8是C8-C18烷基和/或链烯基,例如,3-十六烷基、2-十八烷基、4-二十烷基和5-二十烷基,并且s为约2至约10;

特别优选的是带有每个R8都是C8-C16直链和/或支链烷基的烷基乙氧基化物表面活性剂,并且乙烯氧基的数量s是约2至约6、优选约2至约4、更优选R8为C8-C15烷基并且s为约2.25至约3.5。该非离子表面活性剂的特征在于HLB是6至约11、优选约6.5至约9.5、更优选约7至约9。市售的优选的表面活性剂的非限制性实施例是Neodol91-2.5(C9-C10,s=2.7,HLB=8.5)、Neodol 23-3(C12-C13,s=2.9,HLB=7.9)和Neodol 25-3(C12-C15,s=2.8,HLB=7.5)。

乙氧基化表面活性剂的其它实施例包括羧化醇乙氧基化物,也称为醚羧醚,其中R8具有约12至约16个碳原子并且s为约5至约13;乙氧基化的季铵表面活性剂,如PEG-5椰子铵甲酯硫酸盐,PEG-15椰子氯化铵,PEG-15洋橄榄氯化铵和双(聚乙氧基乙醇)牛油氯化铵。

当存在于本发明的供消耗的洗涤剂组合物中时,该非硅氧烷助剂按供消耗的洗涤剂组合物重量计优选包括约1%至约90%、更优选约2%至约75%、甚至更优选约5%至约60%。
在一个实施方案中,表面活性剂组分包括非硅氧烷助剂。
在其它实施方案中,该表面活性剂组分不包括非硅氧烷助剂。
极性溶剂
如本发明所述的组合物还可包括极性溶剂。极性溶剂的非限制性实施例包括:水、醇、乙二醇、聚乙二醇、醚、碳酸酯、二元酯、酮、其它氧化的溶剂,及其混合物。醇的进一步的实施例包括:C1-C126醇,如丙醇、乙醇、异丙醇等、苄醇和二醇如1,2-己二醇。Dow Chemical的Dowanol系列是适用于本发明的乙二醇和聚乙二醇的实施例,如Dowanol TPM、TPnP、DPnB、DPnP、TPnB、PPh、DPM、DPMA、DB,及其它。进一步的实施例包括丙二醇、丁二醇、聚丁二醇和更多的疏水二元醇。碳酸酯溶剂的实施例是乙烯、丙烯和丁烯碳酸酯,如可以商品名Jeffsol获得的那些。本发明的极性溶剂还可通过其色散力(δD)、极性(δP)和氢键(δH)Hansen溶解度参数来确定。优选的极性溶剂或极性溶剂混合物fP>0.02和fH>0.10部分极性(fP)和部分氢键(fH)值,其中fP=δP/(δD+δP+δH)和fH=δH/(δD+δP+δH),更优选fP>0.05和fH>0.20,最优选fP>0.07和fH>0.30。
在本发明的洗涤剂组合物中,极性溶剂的含量按洗涤剂组合物重量计可以为约0%至约70%、优选1%至约50%、甚至更优选1%至30%。
当存在于本发明的织物制品护理组合物中时,洗涤流体组合物按洗涤流体织物制品护理组合物重量计优选包括约0.001%至约10%、更优选约0.005%至约5%、甚至更优选约0.01%至约1%的水。
当存在于本发明的洗涤剂组合物中时,水按供消耗的洗涤剂组合物重量计优选包括约1%至约90%、更优选约2%至约75%、甚至更优选约5%至约40%。
加工助剂
可任选地,本发明的组合物还可包括加工助剂。通过维持供消耗的洗涤剂组合物的流动性和和/或均一性,和/或有助于稀释过程,加工助剂能够促进本发明的织物制品护理组合物的形成。适用于本发明的加工助剂是溶剂,优选除上述那些之外的溶剂、水溶助长剂、和/或表面活性剂,关于表面活性剂组分,优选除上述那些之外的表面活性剂。尤其优选的加工助剂是质子溶剂,如脂族醇、二醇、三醇等和非离子表面活性剂,如乙氧基化的脂肪醇。
当存在于本发明的织物制品护理组合物中时,加工助剂按织物制品护理组合物重量计优选包括约0.02%至约10%、更优选约0.05%至约10%、甚至更优选约0.1%至约10%。
当存在于本发明的供消耗的洗涤剂组合物中时,加工助剂按供消耗的洗涤剂组合物重量计优选包括约1%至约75%、更优选5%至约50%。
清洁助剂
本发明的组合物还可以任选地包括一种或多种清洁助剂。所述任选的清洁助剂可以是各种各样的并且可以各种含量使用。例如,去污酶,如蛋白酶、淀粉酶、纤维素酶、脂肪酶等以及漂白催化剂(所述漂白催化剂包括具有锰或所有在洗涤或清洁产品中有用的类似过渡金属的大环型物质)都可以非常低的含量或较高的含量(较少见)使用。催化性的清洁助剂例如酶可以“正向”或“反向”的模式使用,此为本发明的织物制品护理方法的独立有益发现。例如,可以使用脂酶或其它水解酶,可任选的存在作为清洁剂的醇,以便将脂肪酸转化为酯,由此增强其在亲脂流体中的溶解度。这是一个“反向”操作,和该水解酶在水中的正常使用形成对比,将水溶性较小的脂肪族酯转化为水溶性较大的物质。在任何情况下,任何清洁助剂必须适用于与如本发明所述的亲脂流体结合。
一些适合的清洁助剂包括但不限于增洁剂、表面活性剂,除了上述关于表面活性剂组分中所述的那些之外,酶、漂白活化剂、漂白催化剂、漂白促进剂、漂白剂、碱度来源、抗菌剂、着色剂、香料、香料前体、织物整理助剂、石灰皂分散剂、气味控制剂、气味中和剂、聚合染料转移抑制剂、晶体生长抑制剂、光漂白剂、重金属离子螯合剂、抗晦暗剂、抗微生物剂、抗氧化剂、抗再沉淀剂、污垢释放聚合物、电解质、pH调节剂、增稠剂、研磨剂、二价或三价离子、金属离子盐、酶稳定剂、腐蚀抑制剂、聚胺和/或其烷氧基化物、泡沫稳定聚合物、溶剂、加工助剂、织物软化剂、荧光增白剂、水溶助长剂、顽固泡沫或泡沫抑制剂、顽固泡沫或泡沫促进剂及其混合物。
适合的气味控制剂,可任选地用作织物整理剂,包括试剂包括环糊精、气味中和剂、气味阻断剂及其混合物。适合的气味中和剂包括醛、黄烷类、金属盐、水溶性聚合物、沸石、活性炭及其混合物。
用于本发明组合物中的香料和香料成分包括但不限于醛、酮、酯等。还包括各种天然提取物和精油,其包括各成分的复杂混合物,如桔油、柠檬油、玫瑰提取物、熏衣草、麝香植物、绿叶刺蕊草、凤仙花精油、檀木油、松油、雪松等。精制香料可包括这些物质的极端复杂的混合物。香料前体也可用于本发明。这些物质是能发生化学反应例如水解以释放香料的它们的前体或其混合物,并被描述在宝洁、Firmenich、Givaudan和其它的专利和/或公布的专利申请中。
漂白剂,尤其是氧化漂白剂是另一类适用于本发明组合物中的清洁助剂。活化和催化形式尤其如此,其应用漂白活化剂如壬酰基氧基苯磺酸盐和/或任何其直链或支链的高级或低级类似物,和/或四乙酰基乙二胺和/或其衍生物,或邻苯二甲酰亚胺过氧己酸的衍生物(PAP),或其它酰亚胺或酰氨基取代的漂白活化剂,包括内酰胺类,或更通常的任何亲水的和/或疏水的漂白活化剂的混合物(特别是包括C6-C16取代的羟苯磺酸盐的那些酰基衍生物)。
还适合的是有机或无机过酸,二者包括PAP和除PAP之外的其它物质。用于本发明的适合的有机或无机过酸包括但不限于:过羧酸及其盐;过碳酸及其盐;过亚氨酸及盐;过氧单硫酸及其盐;过硫酸盐如单过硫酸盐;过氧酸如二过氧十二双酸(DPDA);过氧邻苯二甲酸镁;过月桂酸;过苯甲酸和烷基过苯甲酸;及其混合物。
一类合适的有机过氧羧酸具有下式:

特别优选的过酸化合物具有下式结构:
其中R是C1-4烷基并且n是1至5的整数。特别优选的过酸具有如美国专利5,487,818、5,310,934、5,246,620、5,279,757和5,132,431中所述的结构式:其中R是CH2并且n是5,即邻苯二甲酰氨基过氧己酸(PAP)。PAP可以以Euroco商品名购自Ausimont SpA。
其它适用于本发明组合物的清洁助剂包括但不限于增洁剂,所述增洁剂包括不溶解的类型如沸石,所述沸石包括沸石A、P和所谓的最大化铝P,和溶解的类型如磷酸盐和多磷酸盐,任何含水的、水溶性或水不溶性的硅酸盐、2,2’-氧化双琥珀酸盐、酒石酸琥珀酸盐、甘醇酸酯、NTA和许多其它醚羧酸盐或柠檬酸盐;螯合剂,包括EDTA、S,S’-EDDS,DTPA和膦酸酯;水溶性聚合物,共聚物和三元共聚物;污垢释放聚合物;荧光增白剂;加工助剂,如轮廓鲜明剂和/填充剂;抗再沉淀试剂;水溶助长剂,如异丙基苯磺酸钠或异丙基苯磺酸钙、萘磺酸钾,或类似物,湿润剂;其它香料或香料前体,染料;光致褪色剂;增稠剂;简单盐;碱如基于钠或钾的那些包括氢氧化物、碳酸盐、重碳酸盐和磺酸盐等;和一种或多种这类清洁助剂的组合。
适合的织物整理助剂包括但不限于织物整理聚合物;例如合成的或天然的聚丙烯酸酯或淀粉羧甲基纤维素或羟丙基甲基纤维素、气味控制剂、气味中和剂、香料、香料前体,抗静电剂、织物软化剂、昆虫和/或蚕蛾排斥剂及其混合物。
该织物整理聚合物可以是天然的或合成的,并且通过形成膜和/或提供粘合特性将起到将织物整理聚合物粘合到织物上的作用。作为实施例,本发明组合物可任选的使用成膜和/或粘合剂聚合物以赋予织物尤其是衣物外形保持力。“粘合剂”是指当作为溶液或分散体应用到纤维表面并干燥后,该聚合物可粘附到所述表面上。聚合物可在表面上形成膜,或当停留在两层纤维之间并与两层纤维接触时,其可以将两层纤维粘合到一起。

清洁助剂也可以是抗静电剂。任何用于常规和干洗的适合的众所周知的抗静电剂均适用于本发明的组合物和方法。特别适合作为抗静电剂是已知可提供抗静电有益效果的织物软化剂。例如那些碘值为20以上的具有脂肪酰基的软化剂,如N,N-二(牛油酰基氧化乙基)-N,N-二甲基铵甲基硫酸盐。然而,应该理解的是术语抗静电剂不仅仅局限于所述织物软化剂,并包括所有的抗静电剂。

a)按所述织物制品护理组合物重量计优选约70%至约99.99%的一种亲脂流体;和
b)按所述织物制品护理组合物重量计优选约0.001%至约10%的一种表面活性剂组分,所述表面活性剂组分能增强亲脂流体的去污有益效果和/或能使水悬浮在亲脂流体中;和
c)按所述织物制品护理组合物重量计优选约0.001%至约10%的一种非硅氧烷助剂,所述非硅氧烷助剂能进一步增强所述组合物的去污能力;和
d)可任选的一种极性溶剂;和
e)可任选的其它清洁助剂;
其中,所述织物制品护理组合物能使水悬浮在亲脂流体中。
2.如权利要求1所述的织物制品护理组合物,其中所述(b)表面活性剂组分包含一种表面活性剂和非硅氧烷表面活性剂,所述表面活性剂选自硅氧烷基表面活性剂,所述非硅氧烷表面活性剂选自阴离子、阳离子、非离子、两性离子表面活性剂、有机磺基琥珀酸酯、甜菜碱及其混合物。

8.如上述任一项权利要求所述的织物制品护理组合物,其中所述组合物包括:
a)按所述织物制品护理组合物重量计约70%至约99.99%的十甲基环戊硅氧烷;和
b)按所述织物制品护理组合物重量计约0.01%至约10%的一种表面活性剂组分,所述表面活性剂组分能增强亲脂流体的去污有益效果和/或能使水悬浮在亲脂流体中;和
c)按所述织物制品护理组合物重量计约0.01%至约10%的非硅氧烷助剂,所述非硅氧烷助剂能进一步增强所述组合物的去污能力;和
d)可任选地,按所述织物制品护理组合物重量计约0.001%至约10%的极性溶剂;和
e)可任选地,按所述织物制品护理组合物重量计约0.01%至约10%的其它清洁助剂;
其中所述组合物能使水悬浮在亲脂流体中。
9.供消耗的洗涤剂组合物,当所述洗涤剂组合物与亲脂流体混合时产生如上述任一项权利要求所述的织物制品护理组合物,所述供消耗的洗涤剂组合物包含:

c)可任选地,按所述洗涤剂组合物重量计优选约1%至约90%的极性溶剂;和
d)可任选的其它清洁助剂;和
e)可任选的加工助剂;和
其中所述组合物能使水悬浮在亲脂流体中。
10.如权利要求9所述的洗涤剂组合物,其中所述表面活性剂组分包括选自硅氧烷基表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂、阳离子表面活性剂、甜菜碱或两性离子表面活性剂及其混合物的表面活性剂。
11.如权利要求9所述的洗涤剂组合物,其中所述组合物的闪点大于100°F,优选闪点大于140°F。
12.由供消耗的洗涤剂组合物来制备织物制品护理组合物的方法,所述方法包括将如权利要求9所述的供消耗的洗涤剂组合物与离散的亲脂流体混合以形成所述织物制品护理组合物的步骤。
13.用于洗涤需要护理的织物制品的方法,所述方法包括下列步骤:
a)将如权利要求9所述的供消耗的洗涤剂组合物与离散的亲脂流体混合以形成织物制品护理组合物;和使得自步骤a)的所述织物制品护理组合物与所述织物制品接触,以便使所述织物制品得到护理。
