Abstract

技术领域

由DE 196 51 670 C1已知一种用于针对座椅位置来调节一个汽车座椅座位构件的装置。在此尤其根据一个传感器信号使头部支撑自动地匹配于乘客,以便例如在尾部碰撞时使乘客更好地得到保护。
与此相比,按照本发明的具有独立权利要求特征的、用于调节至少一个汽车座椅的装置具有的优点是,该装置通过使用一个无接触测量的传感器可以在行驶过程中更好地监控人员的姿态,以便使乘客在其运动时更好地通过改变座椅轮廓得到支撑或保护。在此传感器可以给出图形或给出距离。尤其是对于具有良好侧面固定的汽车座椅这可以特别足够地有助于例如在向后行驶时上身的向后转动。总之这提高了汽车中的座椅舒适性。

描述
目前没有实现汽车座椅对乘客的每种姿态的匹配性。尤其是具有良好侧面固定的座椅妨碍某种运动、例如在向后制动时司机身体的转动。因此按照本发明建议一种用于调节至少一个汽车座椅的装置,它能够根据一个无接触测量的传感器的信号改变座椅轮廓,该传感器可靠地探测乘客的这种姿态。在此传感器可以给出图形或给出距离。这提高行驶舒适性并易于控制汽车。此外通过乘客在碰撞时相应地通过对于座椅的匹配而最佳地提前有所准备,由此提高安全性。
图1以第一实施例示出按照本发明的用于调节至少一个汽车座椅的装置。也就是说,该装置也可以用于调节多个汽车座椅、尤其是一辆汽车的所有座椅。但是能够对每个汽车座椅设置一个自身的装置。
一个座椅10具有一个位于其上的乘客11。这个乘客通过一个给出图形的传感器12探测其姿态。该乘客的头部位置和瞬间方向也通过给出图形的传感器12获得。为此给出图形的传感器12具有相应的分析机构,该分析机构根据所识别的头部位置姿态和乘客的瞬间方向将一个信号传输给一个调节器14。给出图形的传感器12尤其可以设计为视频传感器。这个视频传感器可以是单目的、立体的或直接测量进深的(例如飞行时间-测量原理),也可以设有完整的视频传感器阵列。代替视频传感器的可以是,给出图形的传感器也使用其它辐射。对此例如可以是超声波或微波信号以及红外信号,它们都适合于探测或监控一个人的姿态。也可以选择的是,所述传感器12是测量距离的。
分析机构、即例如一个具有相应存储器的处理器可以直接配置于给出图形的传感器,或者在一个控制器中取消该存储器。在此给出图形的传感器12最好连接在一个总线上,该总线与调节器14连接。给出图形的传感器具有一个总线控制器,该总线控制器能够通过总线实现通信。也可以选择的是,在给出图形的传感器12与调节器14之间采用双股线连接,其中首先必需存在单向地从给出图形的传感器12到调节器14的数据传输。这一点由此得到:仅需将给出乘客11姿态的信号传输给调节器14,这样使得调节器14可以在座椅10上进行必需的调节。如果测试方法或控制信号也能够用于给出图形的传感器12,则调节器14与给出图形的传感器12之间的通信可以设计成双向的。
调节器14同样是一个处理器单元,该处理器单元分析给出乘客11姿态的、给出图形的传感器12的信号,并据此产生调节信号。调节器14通过一个用于座椅轮廓调节的特性曲线产生这种调节信号,调节器14从一个数据库15获得所述特性曲线。这个数据库15可以是一个简单的存储器,它配置于调节器14并可以持久地存储特性曲线。但是也可以是一个通过一条总线与调节器14连接的数据库15。调节器14将调节信号传输到用于调节座椅轮廓的执行元件13。这个执行元件通过相应的电机表示,该电机可以改变座椅10的活动构件。头部支撑、不同的后背靠垫和座椅10的侧面靠垫都属于所述活动构件。例如面对上身转动的后背靠垫可以向后移动,而背离上身转动的后背靠垫为了支撑可以继续移出。

Claims (7)
1.用于调节至少一个汽车座椅(10,20)的装置,其中该装置用于自动地匹配于至少一个汽车座椅(10,20)的轮廓,其特征在于,所述装置这样配置,使该装置根据一个无接触测量传感器(12,22)的一个信号改变所述至少一个汽车座椅(10,20)的轮廓,所述传感器探测汽车座椅(10,20)上的乘客(11,21)。
