Abstract

涉及一种方法和实施此方法的装置,利用该方法和装置可识别洗涤液中的脏污物,这些脏污物可完全溶解在洗涤液中而且在此不产生洗涤液浑浊。根据本发明,可在至少一个部分程序步骤中,利用一种湿法焚烧方法和确定焚烧度的方法求得洗涤液的脏污度,并根据本发明在一导水装置上实施上述方法。

Description

一种导水装置的操作方法和导水装置
本发明涉及一种导水装置的操作方法及用于实施该方法的一种导水装置。
如今市场上存在的导水装置、例如洗碗机特别是家用洗碗机、或者洗衣机特别是家用洗衣机,通常都具有一个控制机构—一个程序控制机构,利用该控制机构可操作一个可由部分程序步骤组合而成的洗涤程序,在该洗涤程序中可调定出一个由使用者选择的、具有预定和/或可选择的参数的洗涤程序。
但与之相比,在DE 1 96 51 344 A1中公开了一种洗碗机—一种导水装置—的一种操作方法,其中在程序开始时才起动洗碗机,并根据至少一个为洗涤过程的继续运行所需的、并受其影响的、已掌握的参数调定出为洗涤过程的继续运转所须调定的参数,其中至少一个参数可以利用一个浑浊度传感器从洗涤液的浑浊度中求得,从而创造出一种完全自控的、用于操作一个洗碗机(一种导水装置)的方法,其中可完全排除由于使用者造成的误操作,还可借此将基本上自动的洗碗机的能耗和水耗限制在尽可能低的程度上。
按上述方法采用一种浑浊度传感器,其缺点当然在于:洗涤液中的污物可以完全溶解在洗涤液中,而且不产生洗涤液的浊度,当然也就不能识别出来。因此,在这样一种情况下也就不可能利用浑浊度传感器来判断被洗涤物品的洗涤状况。
实践中已证明:特别是有机物具有这种性质。由于在导水装置例如在洗碗机或洗衣机中被洗涤的物品总是被一些有机残留物例如剩菜、汗渍、皮屑等弄脏,所以利用浑浊度传感器来探测被洗涤物品的洗涤程度就可溶解的有机脏物的洗涤而言则是不合适的。
因此,本发明的任务是提供一种方法和实施此方法的一种装置,依此方法和装置可以识别出洗涤液中的脏物,这些脏物完全溶解在洗涤液中因而不产生洗涤液浑浊。
上述任务是通过本发明提出的具有如权利要求1所述特征的方法和通过具有另一项独立权利要求所述特征的导水装置加以解决的。本发明的一些有利的改进方案由各项从属权利要求得出。
根据按本发明的用于操作一种导水装置的方法,在至少一个部分程序步骤中,利用一种湿法燃烧和确定焚烧量的方法求出洗涤液中脏污程度。
在采用所谓的湿法焚烧时,就是将洗涤液中所含的有机残留成分进行氧化(“焚烧”)。从焚烧量中例如可对洗碗机或洗衣机中的洗涤液确定:在该洗涤液中究竟含有多少看不见的、被溶解的有机残留物,从而推论出被洗涤物品的洁净度。利用本发明成功地创造出了一种方法,依此方法便可识别出洗涤液中可完全溶解的而且又不造成洗涤液浑浊的脏物。
根据本发明的一项优选特征,将预定的臭氧量引入到洗涤液的一个分量中,将其引导经过该洗涤液分量,并将其引导出来;并利用至少一个所安置的传感器测量所引导出来的臭氧量,并同所引入的臭氧的量进行比较。众所周知,臭氧(O3)完全是由氧原子构成的,是氧的一种高能形态;臭氧特别同碳氢化合物能迅速反应,其中碳氢化合物转变成CO2并被析出。这也说明为什么在消毒剂、杀菌剂和洗涤剂中使用臭氧的原因(例如可参考:EP 0 716 686 B1)。臭氧在水中是难溶的,因此不会出现由于臭氧溶解在被测液体中而弄错测量结果的情况。
此外还已知利用臭氧在微波炉内腔中进行消毒和除臭(见DE-OS3904418)和对洗碗机进行除臭(见DE-OS 3921177)。此外,利用臭氧处理存储的洗涤液以达到消毒和除臭的目的也是众所周知的(见DE-OS 3540335)。
利用本发明提出的这种导水装置便能以所述的优点实施本发明提出的方法。
最好利用至少一个所安置的传感器来测量所引出的臭氧的量,并在一个控制机构中将其同所引入的臭氧的量进行比较。
特别有利的是,可以根据比较结果来改变该导水装置的程序流程。如果证明所述量大致相等,则被洗涤的物品完全除去了有机物,并可以着手执行洗涤过程的终止。若证明所述量有差别,则须继续洗涤过程。
有利的是,可以根据所述量相应确定的差的比较结果来改变导水装置的程序流程的相关参数。经过导水装置的控制机构,也可以根据所述量所确定的差、也就是根据被洗涤物品所得到的洗涤程度来采取措施,这些措施例如可促使强化洗涤,例如提高温度或延长洗涤过程时间。
此外,本发明提出的导水装置还有一个优点:再次被导出的臭氧残留量可以直接作用于被洗涤的物品,并于此支持所用洗涤剂的洗涤效果和/或有助于除臭。通过臭氧的作用,洗涤剂的洗涤效果会发挥得更好,从而可降低通常在这种洗涤剂中所含的强化剂成分用量。臭氧还特别对附着在被洗涤物品上的脏物有一种漂白作用,可以充分将这种作用用到被洗涤物品上。对脏物的漂白作用可降低脏物在被洗涤物品上的附着力,从而也促成更快速和更好地进行洗涤。此外,在清理剩余的洗涤液时臭氧当然还能通过湿式焚烧法起到有利的作用。
根据按本发明的导水装置的一个有利的结构形式,在结束洗涤过程之后可将臭氧导入到该装置的内部中,以此可达到装置内部消毒的目的,如果希望这样做并仍有待洗涤物品的情况下。

Claims (8)

1.一种导水装置的操作方法,其特征在于,在至少一个部分程序步骤中可以利用一种湿法焚烧和确定该焚烧度的方法来求得洗涤液的脏污度。
2.按权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,将一种预定量的臭氧引入到一部分量的洗涤液中,引导通过该部分洗涤液、并将该臭氧引出来,对引出来的臭氧量加以测量,并将其与原先引入的臭氧量进行比较。
3.其特征为可实施如权利要求1或2所述的一种方法的导水装置。
4.按权利要求3所述的导水装置,其特征在于,所引出的臭氧量利用至少一个所安置的传感器加以测量,并在一个控制机构中将其与原先引入的臭氧量进行比较。
5.按权利要求3或4所述的导水装置,其特征在于,可根据比较结果来修改该导水装置的程序流程。
6.按权利要求3至5中任一项所述的导水装置,其特征在于,可根据所述量相应确定的差的比较结果来修改该导水装置的程序流程的相关参数。
7.按权利要求3至6中任一项所述的导水装置,其特征在于,所导出的臭氧可引导到被洗涤的物品上。
8.按权利要求3至6中任一项所述的导水装置,其特征在于,在结束洗涤过程之后将臭氧引入到该导水装置的内部中。
