Abstract

本发明涉及一种含盐有机废水的负压操作处理方法,包括洗涤吸收、流化造粒、焙烧三步工序。生产过程中排放的含盐有机废水进入洗涤吸收塔预热并洗涤由气固分离器排出的尾气,预热后的废水经流化造粒干燥生成污盐粒,污盐粒再经焙烧处理去除其中的有机物。焙烧烟气经过二次焚烧净化,高温尾气的热量用于流化造粒干燥,之后经气固分离器进一步分离捕集细盐,再经洗涤吸收净化后排出系统。该方法具有热利用率高、处理成本低、效果好、无二次污染的特点。

Description

含盐有机废水处理方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种含盐有机废水的处理方法,适用于处理农药、染料、医药及中间体等化工生产中排放的难于生化处理的含盐有机废水。
背景技术
含盐有机废水的处理是农药、染料、医药等化工生产中普遍遇到而且必须彻底解决的一个难题,国内外对此进行了大量的研究。日本(特开昭49-46576)提出采用立式急冷焚烧方法,将废水蒸发浓缩后直接雾化焚烧,该法要使有机物彻底分解,需要900~1300℃焚烧温度和较大过量的空气,油耗高、处理成本大。前苏联《石油加工与石油化学》(HeeTnepepaбoTkα NHeTeXHMHя(MockBα)1979,11)提出采用喷雾流化造粒干燥处理含25%硫酸钠的合成脂肪酸废水的方法,废水经180℃喷雾流化造粒干燥,盐粒经325℃焙烧,得到含94~95%硫酸钠的无毒产品。该方法存在干燥温度较高、无机盐颗粒细易被空气挟带的问题。《日本公害Y对策》1975,11(12)提出的采用流化焚烧(600~800℃)处理高浓度含盐有机废水的方法,当废水中含有钠盐时,因其软化点处于焚烧温度范围内,流化过程中盐粒易粘联,影响流化效果,使操作难以稳定。《第二次全国染料环保工作会议论文》1988,(P92~96)中报道了采用喷雾流化造粒和流化焚烧分别在两个流化床中进行的方法处理含盐有机废水,系统操作为正压,流化焚烧的热量未予利用,该法能耗高、流化焚烧系统稳定性差。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的处理成本高、操作复杂以及仍然存在二次污染的问题,本发明提出了一种新的含盐有机废水的处理方法,该方法适用于处理农药、染料、医药等化工生产中排放的难于生化处理的含盐有机废水。例如处理上述化工生产所产生的含盐5%~30%、有机物2%~20%的废水。
本发明提出的含盐有机废水处理方法,包括洗涤吸收、流化造粒、焙烧三步工序,操作系统呈微负压状态。
本发明的技术方案采用以下工艺流程及工艺条件:
1.生产过程中产生的含盐有机废水进入洗涤吸收塔6中,经循环泵5循环与带有热量的造粒尾气多次逆流接触被预热。同时,维持洗涤塔中废水PH≥8,以减少尾气中氮氧化物、二氧化硫等酸性气体的排放。
2.预热后的废水经循环泵5一部分送至流化造粒床3中雾化、造粒干燥,维持流化床盐层温度110~160℃,水分被蒸发的同时盐和有机物与晶种接触长成直径2-4毫米的污盐粒后,连续或间歇排放至焙烧炉1中。维持流化造粒床层压降为400~800毫米水柱。流化造粒可以采用喷雾流化床或喷动流化床以涂布的方式成粒。
3.污盐粒中的有机物在焙烧炉1中进行焙烧处理。通过补充燃料及适量空气维持焙烧温度在500~800℃;炉膛负压10~20毫米水柱,污盐粒在焙烧炉中停留时间1.0~2.0小时以确保污盐粒中的有机物彻底氧化分解或气化掉,同时确保有毒有害物质彻底氧化分解以使烧残盐达到无害化,之后烧残盐连续排出炉外。焙烧炉选用卧式或回转式均可。
4.焙烧产生的烟气在焚烧炉2中进行二次焚烧处理,达到无害化。此时仍需补充燃料及适量空气。焚烧炉维持炉膛负压20-30毫米水柱,炉温800~1100℃。二次焚烧烟气进入流化造粒床3的热风室作为废水造粒干燥热源。
5.造粒尾气进入气固分离器4,将细盐捕集返回流化造粒床3作造粒晶种,尾气进洗涤吸收塔6洗涤净化,洗涤后的尾气由洗涤吸收塔6的顶部经引风机至烟囱集中排放。洗涤净化根据需要可以采用一级或多级。气固分离器优选旋风分离器。整个操作系统的负压由引风机提供。
本发明所述的含盐有机废水处理方法具有以下优点:一、适用范围广,不受盐的组成及含量的限制,对于农药、染料、医药等化工生产中排放的难于生化的含盐有机废水的处理均可适用。二、热利用率高、处理成本低。三、处理效果好、操作安全、不产生二次污染。

具体实施方式
结合图1用以下实例对本发明作进一步描述,但本发明绝非仅限于此。
农药杀虫剂巴丹生产工艺废水,组成为:氰化钠1.5%、亚硫酸钠及氯化钠19%、有机物3.5%(主要为巴丹),PH=8~9,处理量为1.0吨/小时。
工艺废水进入洗涤吸收塔6,经循环泵5循环洗涤吸收由旋风分离器4排出的尾气,同时废水预热至60℃左右。循环泵5将部分废水经雾化进入直径1.2米的喷雾流化造粒床3中造粒干燥,造粒操作空气流量为3000m3/h,造粒床盐层温度115℃,每半小时排出污盐粒130~140公斤,维持流化造粒床中盐层压降为600~700毫米水柱。污盐粒排至直径1米、长6米回转式焙烧炉1中,通过补充燃料及空气维持炉温在600℃,炉膛负压20毫米水柱。污盐粒在焙烧炉中停留时间1.0小时以保证烧残盐无害化。烧残盐连续排出焙烧炉。焙烧烟气进入直径1.2米、长6米的卧式焚烧炉2中二次焚烧。补充燃料及适量空气,维持炉膛负压30毫米水柱,炉温1000℃。焚烧烟气经过流化造粒床3进入旋风分离器4,旋风分离温度100℃,压降50毫米水柱。经旋风分离捕集的细盐返回流化造粒床3作为造粒晶种。之后尾气进洗涤吸收塔6被进一步净化,同时其热量在洗涤吸收时被利用。洗涤吸收塔压降30毫米水柱,温度60℃。洗涤后的尾气由洗涤吸收塔6的顶部至引风机经烟囱集中排放。整个操作系统呈微负压状态。
焙烧后的烧残盐中氰化钠含量≤0.5ppm;排放的尾气符合中国大气环保排放一级标准。

Claims (4)

1、一种含盐有机废水处理方法,其特征在于:包括洗涤吸收、流化造粒、焙烧三步工序,操作系统呈微负压。
2、按照权利要求1所述的处理方法,其特征在于:流化造粒采用喷雾流化造粒或喷动流化造粒方式。
3、按照权利要求1或2所述的处理方法,其特征在于:造粒尾气经气固分离处理,捕集的细盐作造粒晶种,分离排出的尾气经一级或多级洗涤吸收净化,同时用作废水预热的热源。
4、按照权利要求1所述的处理方法,其特征在于:对焙烧烟气进行二次焚烧处理,高温尾气的热量用作造粒干燥热源。
