壁柱
本发明涉及一种具有改进的声学特性和机械特性的壁柱。
一种用于构成建筑物墙壁,特别是内墙的常用制造技术是将例如石膏板的墙壁材料板固定到已知为垂直壁柱的槽形截面梁上。一般是,每个壁柱被固定到已经固定在房间的地板或天花板处的水平的梁或槽上,该房间内需要构筑内部墙壁。这种墙壁构建技术相对简单而便宜,而且,如果需要的话,例如当需要变更现有建筑的用途时,还可以用于对现有房间的空间进行细分。
其不是将一片石膏板固定到相同壁柱的任一侧,而是通常使用两行平行的壁柱并将单片石膏板固定到成对壁柱的每一外表面。这样做会在完成的墙壁内形成能够隔绝低频声音的相对较大的气隙。
然而,这种“双壁柱”结构通常需要某种形式的支架,其固定在跨过气隙的平行壁柱之间以给予结构足够的强度。虽然支架在壁柱之间提供了必需的刚性连接,但是它也提供了供声音传输的桥接点,降低了墙壁的隔音性能。尽管已经做过一些通过为支架提供能够降低其声音传输特性的弹性部件来克服这样的问题的尝试,但这些尝试仍然不能令人完全满意。
此外,对单个墙壁使用双排壁柱,其材料消耗以及安装两排轨道所需时间消耗,将明显高于如果单壁柱结构成为可行时将发生的消耗。
根据本发明第一方面,提供一种壁柱,其包括两个通过跨接腹板互连的相对侧壁,跨接腹板包括连接到各自侧壁的大致为平面的第一和第二部件和连接第一和第二平面部件的弯曲部件,弯曲部件具有至少一排沿着其纵轴形成在其内的长型槽。
从而,可以提供一种槽形截面的壁柱,其中连接两个侧壁的单个腹板具有基本上与具有拉长侧面的字母C对应的截面,各片墙壁材料将固定在侧壁上。
另外地,或可选择地,弯曲部件还具有在其内形成的多排长型槽,相邻排的槽彼此在纵向上错开布置。槽的长度优选是弯曲部件的中间连接部分的长度的至少两倍。可选择地,弯曲部件的宽度(即,半圆形实施方案中的直径)大约等于第一和第二平面部件中每一个的宽度。
弯曲部件优选为大体半圆形。
至少一个侧壁,最好是两个侧壁,具有纵向的锐角凹槽,例如V形槽,其延伸穿过立柱长度的至少一部分。此外,锐角凹槽大致位于横贯于侧壁宽度的方向的中间位置。
优选,彼此相背的侧壁表面的至少一个表面具有多个在其内形成的凹陷。此外,凹陷可以是角锥形。另外地或可选择地,可以通过深度压花工艺和/或压制波纹工艺形成凹陷。凹陷增加侧壁的刚度,因此使其更容易将墙壁板固定到立柱。
可选择地,第一非编织组织可以在弯曲部件的相对边缘之间延伸设置,由此在非编织组织与弯曲部件之间形成封闭的空间,并且可以在相对的侧壁之间设置第二非编织组织。
可选地,可以在相对的侧壁之间提供一片具有隔音特性的材料。该片材料可以包括玻璃或矿石毛状物、网状结合的聚酯毛状物、发泡塑料,或其它任何适于吸声的材料。

图1示出了本发明第一实施方案的平面图。立柱2具有第一和第二侧壁4,6,在使用中虚线8,10所示的板状墙壁材料能够连接其上。侧壁4,6基本上彼此平行和/或宽度基本相等,它们的长度等于壁柱的长度,因此等于所构建的墙壁的高度。沿着各自边缘连接侧壁4,6的是跨接腹板12,跨接腹板12包括从各自侧壁4,6伸出的第一和第二平面部分14,16,以及连接第一和第二平面部分的弯曲部件18。在图1所示的实施方案中,弯曲部件是半圆形的,从而,当两个同样的壁柱通过它们的跨接腹板12彼此靠近而连接在一起时,它们的各弯曲部件18将构成完整的圆形。此外,内折的凸缘20、22从侧壁4,6的自由边向内延伸,且基本上平行于平面部分14,16。
图2给出了图1所示立柱的前侧立体图,由此可看出弯曲部件18具有多个沿着其长度方向形成的纵向槽24,在所示的实施方案中,纵向槽24是沿着弯曲部件18的中心轴形成的。在优选实施方案中,纵向槽24的长度至少是弯曲部件18的互联部分长度的两倍。与预期相反,业已发现,与标准的“C”立柱相比,弯曲部件18和槽24的设置并没有对壁柱产生明显削弱。据信弯曲部件18为壁柱引入了足够的弹性,以允许立柱有一定挠曲,其可吸收由声波入射在板状墙壁部件8,10上而施加在壁柱2的振动能量。据信由于通过对经过弯曲表面18的声音振动的传输路径提供物理切断,纵向槽24可进一步提高立柱2的隔音性能。槽24还可减小跨接腹板12所使用的材料用量。
在图2中还可看见的是多个形成在侧壁4,6的外表面中的角锥形凹陷26。尽管也可使用其它的制造工艺,但是优选在立柱2的制造期间通过对侧壁4,6进行深度滚花以形成此凹陷。同样,可以另外或可选择的提供其它形状的凹陷,例如褶皱状的凹陷。每个凹陷最好是2毫米见方以及2毫米深,并且彼此间隔2毫米以重复图案方式形成。这些凹陷增加了侧壁的硬度,使其更易于连接墙壁材料板,例如使用螺丝连接。此外在图2中更清晰可见的是形成在各个侧壁4,6内并且彼此相对定向的锐角的凹槽28,30。
壁柱2的优选尺寸如下:
跨接腹板12宽度可以是40毫米至150毫米之间。
弯曲部件18的宽度或直径大约是跨接腹板12的整体宽度的1/3,弯曲部件18位于腹板的大致中间位置。
侧壁4,6的宽度可以是32毫米至52毫米。
内边缘20,22的宽度可以是6毫米至12毫米。
槽24的长度可以是大约70毫米。
槽24的间隔可以在10毫米至25毫米之间(即,槽的长度与间隔的比例大约是3∶1)。
槽24的宽度大约是1毫米至4毫米之间。
图3给出了本发明的另一个实施方案,其中沿着弯曲部件18的长度方向提供了不止单一一排的长型槽。在图3所示的实施方案中,设有第一和第二排槽24,25,其中相对于第一排槽24大约错开半个槽的长度沿着弯曲部件18的长度方向设置第二排槽25。在弯曲部件18的横向上,两排槽平均地间隔布置。
图4给出了具有沿着弯曲部件18的长度方向提供的第一、第二和第三排长型槽24、25、27的另一个实施方案,其中第三排槽27相对于第一和第二排槽24,25设置在中间。在另一个实施方案中可以设置其它的排的槽,优选是围绕弯曲部件18等间隔地设置。
通过提供多排长型槽,能够进一步降低立柱传输声波的能力。在所示的实施方案中,各排槽优选为彼此相对地设置,以使立柱内保持有足够的强度。然而,结合适当的立柱材料也可以使用其它排列方式的槽,所示出的实施方案并非要限制本发明的范围。
图5显示了按照本发明实施方案的壁柱的另一个实施方案。和图1至4所示出的类似,立柱包括由弯曲部件互连的第一和第二平面部分14,16。在图5的实施方案中,在弯曲部件中提供了一排斜线的槽24′。这些槽延伸穿过弯曲部件的大部分,但并未穿透弯曲部件的整体。
图6给出了按照本发明的壁柱的另一实施方案。立柱2具有延伸穿过弯曲部件18的开口面的非编织的玻璃纤维组织32,该组织32连接到跨接腹板12的第一和第二部分14,16。第二非编织组织34在侧壁4,6的相对表面之间延伸。非编织玻璃纤维组织的提供增加了壁柱2的吸声性能。
图7给出了按照本发明的壁柱的可选实施方案,其中在侧壁4,6的相对面之间提供一片吸声材料36,基本上填充了立柱2的侧壁和跨接腹板12形成的空间。吸声材料36可以是绝缘玻璃纤维、网状结合的聚酯毛状物或其它任何适当的材料。对于图3所示的实施方案,图4所示的实施方案为立柱2提供了改进的隔音性能。图3和4所示的两个实施方案使通过立柱的声音传输降低约2分贝。
图8中显示了按照现有技术的立柱墙壁结构。提供两个平行的垂直立柱81和82,单片的石膏板或其它墙壁83固定在每个立柱上。每排立柱位于上部和下部的轨道中。为了给墙壁结构增加刚性,在立柱81,82之间固定支架84。支架84具有由折叠的支架部分形成的弹性部分85,以努力降低声音传输质量。
与其相对照的是图9所示的使用按照本发明的一个实施方案的立柱2的立柱墙壁结构。在示出的实施方案中,所用的立柱2基本上大于图8所示的现有技术立柱81,82,并且位于适当尺寸的单个上部和下部轨道中。这允许多片石膏板83固定在立柱2的相对侧壁的外表面,同时在石膏板之间仍提供与图8所示的现有技术的立柱墙壁结构所提供的基本相同的气隙。立柱2的弯曲部件18提供了与现有技术的支架84的弹性部分所提供的弹性类似的弹性。

Claims (13)

1.一种壁柱,包括两个通过跨接腹板互连的相对侧壁,跨接腹板包括连接到各自侧壁的大致为平面的第一和第二部件和连接第一和第二平面部件的弯曲部件,该弯曲部件具有至少一排沿着其纵轴形成在其内的长型槽。
2.如权利要求1所述的壁柱,其中沿着弯曲部件的纵向轴形成有多排长型槽,邻近排的长型槽彼此在纵向上错开布置。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的壁柱,其中长型槽的长度至少是弯曲部件的插入部分的长度的两倍。
4.如上述权利要求任一项所述的壁柱,其中弯曲部件的宽度大致等于第一和第二平面部件中的每一个的宽度。
5.如权利要求1所述的壁柱,其中弯曲部件是大致半圆形。
6.如上述权利要求任一项所述的壁柱,其中至少一个侧壁具有纵向的锐角凹槽。
7.如权利要求6所述的壁柱,其中锐角凹槽大致位于横贯于侧壁宽度的方向上的中间位置。
8.如上述权利要求任一项所述的壁柱,其中彼此相背的侧壁表面中的至少一个表面具有多个在其内形成的凹陷。
9.如权利要求8所述的壁柱,其中凹陷是角锥形。
10.如权利要求8或9所述的壁柱,其中所述凹陷通过深度滚压工艺而形成。
11.如上述权利要求任一项所述的壁柱,其中第一非编织组织延伸于弯曲部件的相对边缘之间,由此在所述非编织组织与弯曲部件之间形成封闭空间,并且其中在所述相对的侧壁之间设有第二非编织组织。
12.如权利要求1至10中任一权利要求所述的壁柱,其中在相对的侧壁之间设有一片具有隔音特性的材料。
13.如权利要求12所述的壁柱,其中该片材料包括玻璃或矿石毛状物、网状结合的聚酯毛状物或发泡塑料。
